A/C went out in main areas of hotel for two days. A/C in room would not go below 76. Pool light was not attached to wall and was floating. Hot tub did not work. Both pool and hot tub had a lot of debris and dirt in the bottom. Breakfast ran out of most foods. House keeping did not come until after 3 days and repeated requesting. Broken ice machines. Extremely disappointing for a hotel that is only 6-7 months old!! I can’t imagine what this place will be in a few years.

Had a great stay in this hotel. Everything is brand new and clean. It had the best gym I had seen in a hotel ever. The breakfast was amazing!

Clean room. We were on the third floor, but faced the highway so it was a bit noisy, but not terrible. The hot tub was warm, and everyone who worked there were very nice. Good stay!

Absolutely fantastic property! The hotel is clean, new, and has friendly staff with plenty of amenities, including complimentary breakfast. They do accommodate longer-term residents, so not sure how long this place will stay pristine, but I hope they can keep it that way.

The property was fine and for the price compared to others in the area was good. I didn’t like the barn door for the bathroom that didn’t stay closed and the walls are thin. I could hear people walking above me.

Hotel is near major highway and railroad. The noise from the highway and train whistle were very loud and last all night. In addition this hotel charges $3 for parking and does not offer free wi-fi unless you sign up for Hilton Honors Program.

The property is newer. The room was clean although when we checked in the front desk person was not present, we had to wait for them to come out of the back office. The next morning at 8 AM (2 hours before closing) the breakfast was low on everything. The sausage and potatoes were had no hard no eggs, this is one of the reasons we book hotels that have breakfast included and this was a disappointment. The next day we needed some assistance at the front desk and again nobody was around so we had to wait for them to come out of the back office. Staff not friendly

The staff that I met were super but I think they were short staffed because I requested 3xs more towels and a refill of our shower wash but no one ever came. Also requested pool towels while at the pool but never got any. More help is needed.

Very nice hotel with great customer service. Breakfast was very limited but property was clean and convenient. Certainly one of the nicest Hampton inn’s I’ve stayed at in recent years. I would stay here again.
