So underrated. This place was AMAZING! Beautiful inside and the outside. Ratings are sparse because the property is only 5 months old but wow is a gem. Excellent staff, clean room and pet friendly! My only complaint was how small the bathroom is and the bed could have been a little better but overall would stay again!

Extended stay hotel, no cleaning room service, no breakfast, poorly equipped rooms, no dishes, or cutlery, or glasses or cups. Room didn't have operating tv, no shower curtain. Front desk had excuse they are busy because of hurricane. Actually POOR MANAGEMENT.

The only thing I really did not like was there’s no pool . You really need a pool !

The room was very clean. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. Was a bit surprised to find the a la carte menu for various services, and there was no breakfast included.

Didn't like that the tiolet didn't work right had to fix everytime to flush vent in bathroom very dirty also onky had two bath towels and 2 face cloths no hamd towels jad to pay a gee to get clean ones also only 2 carts to transport luggage and one was broken other missing 🤔 so had to carry everything from rm to car

The property was very clean. Looks as if its still having work done to the property. Staff is super friendly. The light switches in the room we were in were difficult to figure out with the lights and the tv. Also, the room had a kitchenette in it but if you do not bring your own kitchenware (pots, pants, utensiles, cooking utensiles, cups, plates, bowls, ect.) Then you will have to buy then whiel youre there as they do not provide them unless you buy them from the front desk. Very inconvenient especially if youre on a budget.

Pros: The room was clean and smelled good. The air conditioning worked well. It was decently quiet at night and in the morning. A newer, fairly nice property (physically speaking), although the area around the property looked like a desert. The property could use some landscaping, plants, etc. A no frills extended stay hotel. Cons: No ice machine. The hotel seemed to be staffed by all new employees. My perception was new employees training even newer employees. Too many transient people milling about outside. Wasn’t sure if they were guests of the hotel or guests of guests or people conducting parking lot business or what. Too much people activity in the parking lot. People hanging through car windows. Groups of people hanging out in idling cars at all hours of the day and evening. Felt a little unsafe and out of place in and around the property. Overall: Can’t recommend and probably wouldn’t repeat my stay. I’d probably spend the extra $50 a night and stay at a place with a free breakfast, pool and other amenities. I’m still waiting for my $50 “incidentals” charge on my credit card to be returned also. I hope I don’t have to call the hotel and/or my card provider to get that back. I’m glad I asked for a receipt, as I wasn’t offered or given one automatically upon checkout.

I didn't realize this was an extended stay type hotel and we had to evacuate due to hurricane Edalia and we were short on supplies needed for the stay at the hotel. However, the registration staff were very nice explaining why the room had limited supplies. It would be nice if this was given in the details of the rooms prior to booking so people will know what they need to bring.

I booked a Non Smoking room but clearly the room I received smelled like smoke and most of the hallway as well.

They only have cleaning service once every two weeks. And you have to take out your own trash to the dumpster in the back of the hotel.

My room was very clean and up to date, with it had a coffee maker The hallway carpet was heavily stained and look nasty. Lobby smelled like weed covered up with air fresheners every time I walked through it.

Dirty! I cloroxed someone elses liqiud poop off my toilet seat before sitting. The bed had at least 3 hairs in it before i got skeeved out and stopped looking... the shower also had at least 3 hairs in it, and then i stopped looking and cloroxed that. The bathroom also looked like a man shaved and that hair was never cleaned behind the sink faucet.

Receptionist was not at the desk, the entire building smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Bed was very uncomfortable . Overall worse.

Carpet in hallway were stained and smelled very bad. Having to empty my own trash was crazy, Staff or maid service should be doing that. No hangs in the room for hanging clothes. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No one answers the calls to the front desk from your room. I called multiple times no answer. The floors were really dirty. We found ramen noodles and bacon on the floor. Juice spilled in the fridge. The floors were so dirty it turned a white towel brown when wiping up water. I talked to the front desk lady the next morning about everything and she just acted like I was waisting her time…….

Filthy, carpets nasty, sheets on bed DIRTY, room smelled like smoke-smoke detector covered with plastic so that previous occupants could smoke, air conditioning broken in our room. Requested another room and was told there wasn’t another room available. Then a room all of a sudden became available. It was dirty, couch was filthy and THE AIR WAS BROKEN in that room as well. Someone had to come “fix” the air at 2:00 am. Handled poorly by front desk. Horrible stay, horrible service…save your money! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

The rooms were clean since this was a new hotel. We could have used more towels. It was very noisy and had trouble sleeping.

Only blinds on window so room wasn’t dark at night do to outside lighting. Hard to sleep, walls pretty thin neighbor noise .

We booked this last minute because the ac at the house went out and we have theee small kids. Our rooms were across the hall from each other. They had stains on the carpets. One room had a smart tv and working ac. The other room did not have a smart tv, the ac was broken and the tv had a bar going down the middle. When I asked to move rooms…the only solution was to be moved further down the hall. The staff was cutting hair in the lobby and was not friendly. Might be a cheap place…but was not worth what we paid.

Upon arrival and while checking in my son asked to use the restroom. The lady at the front desk said the restroom was for employees only. After traveling all day it would have been nice to have a restroom available to guest in the lobby. She was busy on her cellphone with her kid FaceTime while checking me in to have any type of conversation with me. Her customer service skills were out the door and on her phone. Once we got to the room there was only two towels. We had three guests. When I went to the desk to ask for more towels there was a sign to call for guest check in. Nothing regarding housekeeping. There was dried blood on the floor from previous guests. Worst stay ever. Would not recommend

Female traveling alone. Front Desk clerk checked me in around 8:30 pm, handed me my key and said my room # out loud in front of a man hanging around in the lobby. The beds are glorified cots - horrible. Pillows flat as pancakes. Floors may have been swept but not mopped. There was NO shower curtain, they do not provide conditioner or tissues; linens were dingy, wash clothes stained; no breakfast - only coffee and it's an instant coffee machine. No coffee pot in room - you have to pay extra for that and any kitchen accessories if you want to use. NOT a non-smoking room as advertised. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, etc. not provided in the room - you have to 'check them out'. Next morning front desk clerk was laid out on the desk asleep at 6 am when I went to try and get a shower curtain. She was upset that I woke her up, had an attitude. I used to live in this area and this hotel is in the middle of a large homeless community. Did not feel safe traveling alone. Expensive for such a terrible experience. First and Last stay here!

There seemed to be sketchy activity in the parking lot which i mention for awareness. Primarily though, the room was dirty and then when looking at the sheets saw they were clearly dirty and had hair on them. We've never left a hotel before but did this time. They were apologetic at the front desk and handled it well.

Room was clean, price was right, sketchy area

It was very sketchy there. Many homeless people hanging around. I would not stay there again & I was very excited to have a new motel by my Florida home when we have too many staying at my house, but I would not do it again.

The property was in a decent area, except for the Adult Pleasure store almost in front of the hotel. The parking was easy in and out and the rooms were nice. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

The smell of weed permeated the entire building. Very noisy during the night. There were hairs on the shower walls. I felt unsafe here. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
