The check in clerk was unable to answer questions about the property, e.g. parking location and availability, since she was "from another hotel... just filling-in". Other clerks were very knowledgeable and helpful. Clean, quiet, good sized room and bathroom. Biggest issue for everyone on site was the one, lone elevator which was exceedingly slow and sometimes skipped stops.

Safe, new, clean, parking was okay. Pool was small. Gym looked adequate. As far as cleanliness and room setup was brand new and great. Staff was great. Only non fast food restaurant nearby was a pub style that was good but not open late night. Many fast food and c-stores nearby

The hotel was great the and the staff were friendly & helpful. When were were there, the elevator was out of order for maintenance for 2 days. We had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs so that was very very inconvenient. The hotel only had one elevator. When booking the hotel, we were not informed the elevator would be out of service. If we were disabled, we would be screwed. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. But they kept on running out of bananas. The parking garage was dirty and dusty. Looked a bit sketchy. So we parked next to the hotel. Our hotel room was clean except the toilet rim underneath was all black. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Hi I appreciate the staff at the property as they are warm and welcoming. The escalator needs to be updated as it’s slow and jerky. The gym is tiniest ever😅 Overall a great stay

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. But we booked a room for 6 (2 Doubles and a sofa), and the room had only 1 extra set of pillows and sheets etc for the sofa. So we had to ask for extra sheets and pillows rather than them being prepared. I was also dumbfounded that for their whole parking complex, that they had only ONE handicap parking spot. We were able to use it on our 1st night stay but werent lucky on our 2nd night. Lots of fast food options within 5 mins of driving and a casino too. Has a small pool that was relatively clean.

Hotel is good, nice rooms and spacious. Breakfast was really good. Pet- friendly. Pool was a disappointment as it was small and not made for actual swimming lanes but rather a plunge pool. Was not mentioned on the site as a plunge pool.

Our room and hallways smells like you are in a petland stores. I have requested to be moved but the same room smells the same. A good carpet clean is badly needed. Staff were very accommodating.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The lady making and serving breakfast was fantastic and helpful. The room however wasn't clean. There was old candy under the lounge chair and grime in the tub I washed out. The bed was very hard and not in a firm mattress way, in an old mattress sort of way. The pillows were too squishy (down filled?) and it was hard to get comfortable. There's a light that runs along the back of the headboard that kept flickering on after we shut the switch off. We called the front desk and they came and unplugged it from under the bed. It was a known issue apparently so why they haven't disabled these lights beforehand is a bit confusing. It was late by the time we fixed it and I imagine most people wouldn't notice until it's time for bed. The pool was a great temperature but there was a lot of hair in it. It wasn't a very clean hotel. There's only one elevator that took a long time and they even put up a notice for guests to use the stairs. But I noticed the staff needed access to the elevator a lot. Cleaning staff should not have to go up and down floors to access what they need imo. Everything should be on the floor they're cleaning. Especially since the sign is asking guests to use the stairs during high traffic times.

My sister was visiting me so we stayed for one night solely for the pool but didn’t end up using it because it was covered in algae and looked disgusting. Overall the rest of the hotel was fine, little things here and there in the room that made us question how thorough housekeeping was but mostly just very disappointed about the state of the pool. Definitely could’ve just done drop in at the Y for a lot cheaper but was looking for a nicer experience.

The first night we were there, there was a lot of kids running up and down the halls which i told reception, which her talk with them didnt overly help as it still continued. Your hotel advertises that all rooms are sound proofed which is a lie as far as i am concerned considering we had to phone the front desk and complain about the noise coming from the room next to us. The noise from the room beside us happened twice. Also the claning of the tables at breakfast coule have been better as i had to grab the bottle and napkins to clean a table we wanted to sit at. All tables were dirty.

The hotel itself was nice, but it’s clearly understaffed. When we arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk, and we waited about 15 minutes before someone showed up. Later in the evening, closer to 8:30, our friend went to the pool and waited around 10 minutes trying to get towels. When we arrived, we told her to go back to the pool and that we’d grab them for her—but after waiting another 20 minutes, my husband ended up going into the back room himself to get the towels. They definitely need more staff on hand to provide timely service.

The young lady at the front desk handled any requests we had promptly. We have twin 1 year olds and holiday in accommodated us with two cribs so we didn’t need to pack along ours from home which is a major help as a parent. Room was incredible! Huge and suited our family well. Great stay thank you.

I waited 20 minutes at just after 7pm for the front desk clerk to appear and check me in. There was no backup. She then answered the phone rather than giving me her undivided attention. The phone number in the sign to call if there was no one there, was the front desk number. I listened to it ring while I waited I told her the hotel systems were poor. After check in I asked her for directions to a place to buy a bottle of wine. She sent me in the wrong direction

They had the wrong room that we had booked for. They switched it to a another room , we went to the room and entered finding a woman coming out of the shower. Quite shocking. Went back to desk and told them situation and they gave us another room, once again went thru door only to find another guest in the room. So frustrated and angry went back to desk and once again gave us another room that was nice but initially had a king suite only to end up with a double suite. Very poor service and obviously not to safe. So make note to always lock your door at this location.

Incredibly rude front staff. Never in my life have I been asked for a secondary ID, especially that has a physical address? And yet my parents were questioned incessantly when they checked in, under their own name no less. For what reason? The ID was valid, matched their name perfectly, and the contact information and address was provided in the online reservation. I wish I had been there to stand up for the utter embarrassment of what should have been an easy, smooth check in. I am not sure if it is the fault of a rotten apple, or if the whole tree needs to be uprooted from the ground. I have been told that this is standard hotel policy, that all guests must sign and fill out a guest reservation form upon check-in. But again, I have never in my entire life been asked to fill out a guest reservation form in person after booking a hotel room online. Not a single hotel, not a single time. Gurinder, the staff who checked my parents in, tells me this is standard policy. And yet, why have I never been asked of this my entire life? Something to ponder before checking in this hotel.

The property is new and clean, but is across from a gas station and coffee drive thru. It's also on a couple of busy roads. Noisy traffic until midnight and started again at 5am. Ask for a room in the back of the building?

Its in a quiet neighborhood and isn't too far of a driving distance to most tourist destinations. The prices are very reasonable, facilities are clean, it's family and dog friendly. Lots of parking available for guests. Only one elevator, but its not laborious to walk the stairs. Friendly and accommodating service.

This is an awesome hotel for business and personal travel. Clean, great service and a great location within walking distance to restaurants. Spacious rooms, decent express breakfast and lots of complementary parking. This will be my go-to hotel in Langford.

The front office team is excellent, very helpful, both day and night teams... breakfast is better than you would expect for such property, they put dedicated effort to making it great and items are restocked very timely... the pancake machine makes some of the best pancakes I've had in this category of hotel! and housekeeping does a very conscious job on cleaning because our suite was spotless.

This hotel is perfectly fine for the budget, the staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. There are, however, two main things I would flag. Firstly, there is only one lift and as the hotel was busy, this showed up the design flaw in this hotel as couldn’t cope with the capacity. There are of course stairs but when you have a family of 5 with lots of bags the lift is needed. Secondly, the breakfast area is far too small for the hotel capacity, we ate in the meeting room both days as there was as nowhere to sit.

We came down at 845 for breakfast. The two ladies were working as fast as they could but, trying to keep up with those taking 6 bananas at once crowd was a bit overwhelming so, many things including the coffee needed replenishing. They were gracious and speedily refilled things when they were alerted to the void.

Gym looked well equipped, but we did not use the facility. Breakfast choices were excellent, but my husband found the hot food offered was not hot enough. Pancake machine was a great hit. The front desk staff were outstanding, very busy with demands from clientele but always pleasant and accommodating.
