Unfortunately I could not access the room! I’m in a wheelchair! There is no elevator and 2 set of very steep stairs. The reception is very nice but said she couldn’t refund me because management refused! I’ve now written to the hotel who agreed to refund me one night and says that is states stair and no elevator! When we book trough hotel.com we don’t go looking for the original hotel We rely on information provided by hotel.com. Picture are misleading!

Excellent, only one complaint and it’s minor. They advertise a BBQ on site, it’s a Coleman Stove

Clean, quiet, easy check in. Right downtown can walk easily to anywhere u need to go. Parking very close to the building, with parking pass provided. Will definitely stay again.

I will be completely honest in this review. The unit was very clean, well lit and cozy. A nice little kitchenette and decking area (not accessible from the room) just a few steps away from the room. Due to the location, it is not quiet but that should be expected. Kitchen staff from the restaurant across the street smoke cigarettes at the entrance of the property which is directly below the real bedroom’s window. The property should address this. This building DOES NOT have an elevator and does not disclose this in the listing. We were on the third floor with lots of luggage at the end of our month-long trip. On a hot day, this was extremely inconvenient for us. We booked this property as we really wanted two bedrooms. Don’t be fooled! The second “bedroom” at this property is simply a bed surrounded by curtains. This was extremely disappointing! This also is not disclosed in the listing. Also beware of the hidden fees. The property will charge you for parking whether or not you request or need it. They will refund it if you contact them. Other hidden fees are some levies not disclosed on Expedia. Super disappointed as this property has so much going for it and so much potential.

We stayed 3 nights in the 2-bedroom suite and it was excellent. Very clean and the kitchen had ample dishes and cutlery. We had good weather and took advantage of the very nice roof-top deck. Property is in a great location and you can walk to everywhere in downtown Moncton. Had to pay for parking in the lot but, it was very convenient to have this option.

I did not see anything on the info for this property that indicated 3 steep flights of stairs with no elevator. We managed,(we are 68 and 84 years of age) but we definitely know people who would not have been able to access the suite. The location is otherwise perfect although very noisy with evening traffic. AC is a bit sketchy- ducting kept falling out of the bedroom window. Bedding is much too heavy for summer nights. We would have appreciated access to streaming on the TV. The bed was comfortable. The bedside lamps are much too dim for reading. Access to a large number of good restaurants is right out the door as is the visitor centre and the Tidal Bore.

Everything was modern and clean. The communication and ease of check-in/-out was very good. The cleaning crew were all very friendly and helpful. The only negatives would be no elevator, so going up to the 3rd floor with luggage and groceries was sometimes challenging. The washing machine was very loud but cleaned well. I would definitely book again and would suggest these apartments.

Never got it running. There's a kitchen, but three plates? Three bowls? Odd number. Fridge with freezer. No ice cube trays.

Where to start? Looks like nobody take care of that property. Brocken doors on the furniture, missing remote control for TV, brocken closet door in bed room. But the most terrifying thing was - we couldn’t flush the toilet. We use the garbage bin to flush manually. Not worth staying here at all. I ask myself - how did the housekeeper clean that toilet?

I booked my suite for a weekend trip to Moncton. The location was central and close to where I needed to go so I could walk. Entering the building it was heavily scented. I don't have a sensitivity to that sort of thing but am aware that it would bother some people. Entering my suite I was pleasantly surprised at first. However over time I started to see that there has simply been some very basic renovation done to a old property to give the place a look of sophistication, but looking closely it was not quality work. Some items like towel racks are absent, air exchanger didn't work, and the shower drain plug was broken. I spent very little time in the room my first evening. Dropped bags and left. I came back late and headed to bed after a few phone calls. When I woke up in the morning I started to notice a bad smell. It may have come from the restaurant below (Lobster Bar) or trash cans out side, but it smelled of distant dumpster, or dead rodent. I left for the day at 7:30 AM and returned around 4:00 PM. The smell had not gotten any better. I called the virtual front desk and let the young lady know I was leaving and why. She assured me she would check me out and have management call me. No one has ever called me, and I was not checked out properly. I had to check myself out online the next morning. This was a bad experience that ended in me paying for two nights while cutting my trip short by a day because of a bad odor. I would not recommend this property.

The room was sweet. Just like staying in an apartment. Clean and bright. Music was playing and light on when we arrived. The communication when i had a couple questions was very quick. The info for check in was a bit confusing as there is no actual "key". So just need lock codes (emailed instructuons mentioned a key). And they let me know when i forgot an item and arranged it to be sent to me. A great stay for sure.

Our stay was great! The loft was clean and spacious..the only downside was the lack of blankets for the sofa bed (there was none!) and there was only sheets/comforter on the bed. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place and would return!

Improve bed firmness, state clearly that AC is only in living room area.

It's a cool property. An old building that has been renovated and updated right in the heart of downtown Moncton

Great stay, very comfortable and so spacious, has all the amenities you could possibly need! Would definitely recommend.

Loved the easy access and the parking, the only issue and I only mention it because it was very annoying, is the TV. The banner was not deactivated on the screen, so you the left side of the screen was continuously blocked by the Samsung Banner. There was no remote in the apartment to try to even turn it off. Besides this everything was great.

My husband and i booked a last minute getaway to Moncton with a reservation at Osaka. Next door so was perfect to walk to, and right around the corner from the Pump House brewery.
