Stayed here for 3 nights in Bangkok, it was a very nice hotel with great facilities and the rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Perfect its a 5 minute walk from the trainline so taxi wasnt the only option for transport, when using a taxi the hotel was very helpful in arranging.

深夜の到着にも関わらず丁寧なチェックインでした。朝食は種類も多く、独特の香辛料やハーブの香りに慣れれば美味しく頂けると思います。 中心街への移動は、エアポートリンク駅へ5分程度歩きます。目の前の通りは常時渋滞のためグラブやタクシーは使わない方が良いかもしれません。 清潔で良いコスパのホテルと思います。

This is a Muslim hotel, so there’s no alcohol allowed on premises. The buffet breakfast was a little less than average. Only ladies can use the pool from 7 AM till noon. No men allowed at that time. We were on the ninth floor. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful but our room was dated. The hallways were dated wallpaper was ripped the air conditioner in our room leaked and water pooled on our floor. The shower was broken and our bed was full of hair. I did not contact the front desk about any of this when I was on site, our door lock battery died in the middle of the night and had to have them fix it so we could get back into our room and this hotel is a little out-of-the-way

Another hotel in Asia where the rating makes no sense. Price was fair but not exactly a great location for exploring the city. I stayed for 1 night to be near the football stadium. You might find the hotel (and maybe the area) suitable if your a Muslim but in terms of hotel amenities and logistics. It's average to poor. 242 rooms and just 2 elevators. 242 rooms and just a swimming pool the size of a Toyko hotel room. 242 rooms and a "fitness centre" the size of their smallest room (about 30sqm). Internet is slow, doesn't work in some areas of the hotel and is just all around not fit for purpose. I ended up using data most of the time. The buffet was decent. The room was clean and a good size but it overlooked the freeway. I was also placed in a room on the same floor / hallway as the Australian futsal team who chose to do some loud team meeting / bonding session and play video games in their rooms with the doors open, shouting at each other from room to room. Seemed like a bunch of bogans. I hope they lose every game for the rest of their careers. Not the hotel's fault but poor they can't shut these clowns up.

old rooms ,reception was not responsive ,had to update my keycard everyday to enter my room,only one lift was working ,waited for five minutes and could not access to the room because keycard could not work. apart from the breakfast there is nothing good about this hotel.

Cleaners clean our room every day except for the day we requested not to, which is very impressive. Staff are very helpful and approachable. On the negative note- It can be extremely noisy, we can hear people talking next door ( throughout the night), difficult to sleep when we can hear doors open and close. The shower can be extremely hot even when it’s cold. Phone line doesn’t seem to work and the tv keeps buffering due to no signal.

The people here are very lovely and helpful. Upon walking into the hotel, it feels very much like a 5 star hotel, but once you leave the lobby, the stars go down. We were on the 14th floor and upon exiting the elevator, you are greeted by a large empty space with just a sofa by the window, no other adornments/decor. The carpets looked very dirty. Our room was just as the pictures showed but again, carpets stained and dirty. It was rather off-putting. I guess it was fine for what we needed, a place to stay before heading to the airport in the early am.

I had a wonderful stay at Al Meroz. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning by offering delicious, fresh, and different varieties of food every day. The location was also perfect, with many halal eateries conveniently located around the hotel, making meals easy and enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs, even assisting us with booking a reliable driver during our stay. Overall, an excellent experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The lobby is with gorgeous colors and exquisite decoration. We are not muslims but we were welcomed by all the friendly staffs at the hotel. They also organized a complimentary cake for my parents’ wedding anniversary. Though, the room looks a bit empty and could’ve been better to add few furnitures. But, overall i will recommend this place to everyone.

Internet is slow, doesn't work in some areas of the hotel and is just all around not fit for purpose. I ended up using data most of the time. The buffet was decent. The room was clean and a good size but it overlooked the freeway. I was also placed in a room on the same floor / hallway as the Australian futsal team who chose to do some loud team meeting / bonding session and play video games in their rooms with the doors open, shouting at each other from room to room. Seemed like a bunch of bogans. I hope they lose every game for the rest of their careers. Not the hotel's fault but poor they can't shut these clowns up.

This is a Muslim hotel, so there’s no alcohol allowed on premises. The buffet breakfast was a little less than average. Only ladies can use the pool from 7 AM till noon. No men allowed at that time. We were on the ninth floor. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful but our room was dated. The hallways were dated wallpaper was ripped the air conditioner in our room leaked and water pooled on our floor. The shower was broken and our bed was full of hair. I did not contact the front desk about any of this when I was on site, our door lock battery died in the middle of the night and had to have them fix it so we could get back into our room and this hotel is a little out-of-the-way
