Hotel em si foi bom, acomodação ok, poderia ter armário maior para colocar as roupas. Café da manhã, muito bom. A questão que ficou muito ruim foi logo no primeiro dia estragar o elevador, isso dificultou o fluxo dos hóspedes, sendo que o Hotel dispõe de 17 andares.

The hotel left much to be desired. During the five days I stayed there, only one of the 3 lifts was working, which meant it was sometimes impossible to go up or down. It took me 6 minutes to go from the ground floor to the 11th floor. The bedsheet was torn. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the tile finishing was missing. The air conditioning temperature control didn't work, causing the room to be very cold and giving me a sore throat. They mistakenly charged for a water bottle in the room. With the lifts broken, I had to take the stairs twice. There were several trays, dishes, jugs, and litter in the emergency stairs, which by law should always be clear. I reported this one night. The next day, the garbage was still there. I mentioned it again, and if you doubt it, the litter is probably still there. Overall, the breakfast is good, and they vary the hot items daily. Twice, the scrambled eggs were full of eggshells.

The stay wasn’t bad but the elevator was out of service. Imagine having to climb up to the 9th floor every single time and to the 17th floor to go to the pool. Oh and I got stuck in the elevator to make matters worse.

Estivemos hospedados em 04 casais de amigos,ficamos durante uma semana e estávamos em andares altos,com apenas tres elevadores para 180 aptos e com hotel lotado não precisa dizer o caos que foi já que só funcionavam 02 elevadores. Cada hora a equipe dava uma desculpa ou seja em uma semana o conserto não foi feito,descaso total com o hóspede além do café da manhã que era fraco e faltava reposição,não me hospedo mais nesse lugar.

Estivemos hospedados em 04 casais de amigos,ficamos durante uma semana e estávamos em andares altos,com apenas tres elevadores para 180 aptos e com hotel lotado não precisa dizer o caos que foi já que só funcionavam 02 elevadores. This was an excellent choice for a hotel. The room and dinning area where they offered free breakfast was very clean. There was a variety of delicious food. The hotel is located about two blocks from the Copacabana Beach, so walking was easy. Also they have a beautiful rooftop along with a pool with an amazing view of the mountains and the Christ the Redeemer. I would highly recommend you stay there.

Muito ruim. Limpeza do hall térreo péssima, atendimento na recepção ruim o o atendente era bem rude, só funciona 1 elevador social causando fila e muita demora pra conseguir descer do meu andar para o térreo e o café da manhã era bem ruim.

O que mais marcou infelizmente foram as coisas ruins INTERNET PÉSSIMA Dos 3 elevadores , apenas UM em funcionamento. O hotel já foi bem melhor . Caiu demais o apreço por ele .

O apto standard é minusculo, abre a portoa e bata na cama. O chão estava sujo. O box alaga , a agua nao escoa. Pouca iluminação para trabalhar. O serviço de elevador é um caos, tinham pessoas desce do a pé do 11° andar, pois o elevador não parava. AH DOS 3 SÓ 1 FUNCIONAVA.

Very small room and a constant smell of sewage from the bathroom in our room. The bathroom had an extremely rusty mirror, rusty trashcan, and the sink would spray water everywhere. The AC barely worked and there weren’t any outlets next to the bed which made it harder to charge our phones. The parking rate was the cheapest we found in the city, and the breakfast was phenomenal.

The room was ok but the bathroom was extremely dirty, it smelled terrible, I did not want to touch anything in the bathroom. The front desk ALWAYS had a bad attitude, different employees at front desk so it's the hotels culture to be rude. The cleaning crew was nice.

Fiquei no 3 andar, cheiro forte de mofo, mofo no teto do banheiro, banheiro bem ruim com as condições ruins ( sujo, toalhas encardidas, inclusive algumas manchadas, inclusive tinham acabado de limpar quando eu cheguei no segundo dia, e fiquei na duvida se tinham passado pelo banheiro, mas eu vi que sim pq estavam lá quando voltei). O ar condicionado estava pingando no chão, chamei para arrumar, falaram que tava certo, mas tive que colocar uma toalha no chão pq o tempo todo estava molhado. Café da manhã normal, mas satisfaz super bem. A equipe no geral é tem atenciosa e solicita. Ficarei de novo? Não! Mas fora de temporada para quem pretende gastar menos, talvez valha a pena. Mas com o preço de alta temporada sem chances!

Property is in a great location. Front desk and cleaning staff all excellent and friendly. Breakfast buffet good but very crowded. One thing to improve- the curtains do not fully close to block out early morning sunlight. Had to use a blanket hung in window in order to sleep past 6 am. But overall, a good budget-minded hotel.

Habitacion y servicios malos. El aire acondicionado no funciona y con el calor de rio de janeiro es horrible estar en la habitacion. En el frigobar habia botellas de agua abiertas y rellenadas. El wifi muy malo incluso sin servicio en momentos. No lo recomiendo.

The hotel is walkable to the beach area. About 2-3 blocks. We felt safe in the area. Next door is a local pharmacy and a few places for food. We didn’t hear exterior noise in our room. Breakfast buffet was pleasant with lots to choose from. Con are the following: -The wifi connection was terrrible. Signal was not that great. I needed to work in the mornings and just loading my emails was taking long or not connecting. If you need to work I would suggest not staying here for a week. - they don’t have an iron to provide but they do have a service for that for a fee - when showing, water will get out towards the toilet and sink due to the curtain they have installed. You have to put several towels. - room service did not cleaned the floors.

O ar-condicionado do quarto ficou sem funcionar durante TODA A ESTADIA , entramos em contato com a recepção varias vezes e na última onde já não aguentávamos mais decidimos ir pessoalmente na recepção em plena 3:30 da madrugada em mais uma tentativa TOTALMENTE insucedida para resolução do problema. Achei uma total desconsideração ,já que o quarto tinha uma micro janela a qual seria impossível conseguir dormi com a temperatura ambiente sem ao menos disponibilizarem um ventilador para amenizar a situação tendo em vista que ficariamos apenas uma noite e escolhemos esse hotel com muito carinho imaginando ser uma das MELHORES opções para descansar de uma viagem supera longa vindo de Ushuaia -Arg. A ideia seria exclusivamente descansar mas sem dúvidas alguma foi a PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA DE TODOS OS HOTÉIS que já fiquei em minha vida, infelizmente!!

Gostei muito da atenção e educação de todos os funcionários desde a recepção ao café. Café vasto e de qualidade, no quarto adorei que tem sabonete e shampoo para usarmos além de secador de cabelo. Hotel com tudo maravilhoso, porém tive uma experiência desagradável na chegada. Check-in era as 15h, já cheguei antes, fiz o pré-check-in, fui fazer outra coisa e quando regressei para finalmente descansar de uma longa viagem, fui surpreendido por não haver um quarto pronto para mim naquele momento. No entanto, mais de 6 famílias que chegaram depois de mim, já estavam recebendo os seus. Tive que ir três vezes na receptação até eles me entregarem o quarto. De resto hotel ótimo.

Muito ruim. Limpeza do hall térreo péssima, atendimento na recepção ruim o o atendente era bem rude, só funciona 1 elevador social causando fila e muita demora pra conseguir descer do meu andar para o térreo e o café da manhã era bem ruim.

Check in muito demorado,poucos funcionários para a quantidade de hóspedes.Além da entrada ser só as 15 h,quando entramos já era quase as 16 h e quando subimos pro quarto o mesmo tava ocupado.Tivemos que descer para que fosse feita a troca para outro quarto.

My recent stay at Americas Copacabana Hotel was excellent! The hotel's location is ideal--within walking distance of a supermarket, a variety of restaurants, and Copacabana Beach. The hotel's staff members were tremendous--professional and personable. The room was very nice and comfortable. The included breakfast was outstanding. I'm thankful to all of the team members I encountered; they each contributed to a first-rate experience!

This was an excellent choice for a hotel. The room and dinning area where they offered free breakfast was very clean. There was a variety of delicious food. The hotel is located about two blocks from the Copacabana Beach, so walking was easy. Also they have a beautiful rooftop along with a pool with an amazing view of the mountains and the Christ the Redeemer. I would highly recommend you stay there.

The hotel left much to be desired. During the five days I stayed there, only one of the 3 lifts was working, which meant it was sometimes impossible to go up or down. It took me 6 minutes to go from the ground floor to the 11th floor. The bedsheet was torn. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the tile finishing was missing. The air conditioning temperature control didn't work, causing the room to be very cold and giving me a sore throat. They mistakenly charged for a water bottle in the room. With the lifts broken, I had to take the stairs twice. There were several trays, dishes, jugs, and litter in the emergency stairs, which by law should always be clear. I reported this one night. The next day, the garbage was still there. I mentioned it again, and if you doubt it, the litter is probably still there. Overall, the breakfast is good, and they vary the hot items daily. Twice, the scrambled eggs were full of eggshells.

It is a clean hotel with average amenities.Pool is very small,breakfast is very poor.There is no vegetable in the breakfast,no tomatoes no lettuce no caprisum no olives nothing.They had scrambled eggs,could only be someones nightmare.I didn't touch the sausages,eggs ,cakes all junk food.Coffee machine is a 2 star machine,doesn't even give you proper coffee.Apart from these it is ok but definitely not worth what I paid for.

El hotel es demasiado caro para lo que es. Las habitaciones son miniatura y te cobran por todo, hasta por dejar las maletas aunque en expedia se promueve como parte de sus servicios. Pagamos una cena de año nuevo que fue de lo más sencilla, buffet y acabo a las 11, sin bebidas alcohólicas. Lo único rescatable es el personal, en recepción y la hostess del desayuno, el cual destacaron otros viajeros, pero a mi no se me hizo tan completo. Además que a las 10 am se termina, lo cual es bastante molesto cuando estás de vacaciones y quieres descansar. No me volvería a hospedar aquí.
