The fitness center was small with 2 functional treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 stationary bike, and a weight machine. It would have been nice during the rainy days to have had more equipment. Elevator got busy with a full hotel and it took about 5-7 mins to get up or down the building.

IL soggiorno è stato bello.. la camera era grande e spaziosa.. Purtroppo la chiave si smagnetizzava spesso.. Gli asciugamani spesso erano vecchi e strappati.. la colazione era molto varia ma troppo freddo l'ambiente... La piscina era bella, ma non c'erano ombrelloni, quindi era facile scottarsi...

Nossa expectativa era alta, talvez pelo luxo do saguão principal, talvez pelas fotos que vimos do rooftop com piscina. A realidade deixou um pouco a desejar no quesito conforto da cama e travesseiros, o banheiro é bem antiquado (ainda tem chuveiro dentro da banheira) e a academia definitivamente não faz jus a um hotel desse porte. Pequena, dispõe de apenas uma estação de musculação daquelas bem antigas do tipo multiaparelhos em péssimo estado, uma esteira, e uma bicicleta mais modernas. Nota dez para o café da manhã que surpreendeu com muitas opções gostosas.

Lençol com manchas quando cheguei, não havia lixo no quarto, telefone estava fora da tomada, torneira com baixíssima vazão e não esquentava, além da cama ser desconfortável, com uma divisoria incomoda no meio, e apresentar rasgos na base.

In this hotel our room was spacious, king bed very comfortable, our shower was really good the only thing I was disappointed with it was the bathtub cleanliness. I couldn’t used a bath and jacuzzi system because of the notorious mold at the pipes. I think this hotel have a great location and have potential for more, but carpet smell and need better cleaning. One more thing, bottles of regular water are not for free. Pool is outside and small. Beach is very close, wonderful place white, soft sand, but to many sellers that insist to disturb all the time they are very insistent on selling you something and it’s difficult to rest in there. Do not accept any free tried massage on your feet because is an scam where the lady talks a lot but no massage and asking 200 reales for nothing.

I did like the cleanest of the whole around the property, although my room wasn’t clean all the time. I have notice the bathroom floor was not map for few days, since I drop lipstick on the floor and 2 days later was still there. The staff was not that great either. I dint have a phone service for two days and I have to go in my pajamas to the front desk at ten o’clock at night to ask for service, i was toll that I have to wait until the next day to replace the phones, it didn’t happen, i have to go back the next two days to ask again, this time was done immediately. Other wise my expectations at the hotel was very good. I would come back to stay again. Breakfast was excellent, and the rest of the staff very friendly and attentive.

No dia que chegamos, dia 18/09, chegamos de noite e nos deram um quarto de fundos e de deficiente. Bancada da pia estreita para cadeirante, box com cortina de tecido. Resumo: fomos tomar banho e o banheiro alagou. Molhou o tapete do chão. Tudo. Liguei na recepção e pediram para aguardar até a sexta de manhã, para tentar fazer a troca. Descemos para o café às 9h e o salão lotado de gente. Parecia férias de verão. Fomos na recepção, e conseguimos outro quarto para trocarmos. Esse, tinha um bidê que tbm vazava. Avisei e pedi para verem, saímos e voltamos e nada. Ficou vazando. Coloquei uma toalha de praia no chão no bidê. Deixamos assim até hoje no checkout. Dia 22/09

O hotel é ótimo (estrutura) . A recepção não! O check in foi bem básico sem nenhuma informação, apenas a entrega e uma folha com dados (caso queira ler). Mas o pior estava por vir. Chegamos cansadas de um passeio e pedimos comida no quarto (serviço de quarto), já com a intenção de não sair mais do quarto. Pois bem, não formos informadas que deveríamos pagar pela comida na hora e não no checkout como todos os outros hotéis fazem. Tínhamos um benefício de desconto por ser assinante silver no hotéis . Então nos fizeram descer na recepção pois não autorizaram o pagamento no checkout, e a mesma informação não foi repassada no check in . Quando descemos as meninas da recepção foram grosseiras e ainda queriam discutir sendo que estavam erradas. (Se tenho funcionários desse jeito demito já que é um hotel 4/5 estrelas). Muito arrogantes. Enfim, hotel bom, café da manhã bom mas funcionários precisam melhorar e ser uma equipe treinada com mais cordialidade até porque não é qualquer hotel.

É um hotel que já tenho costume de ficar. Gosto muito das instalações e localização. Dessa vez gostaria de exaltar o ótimo serviço e cordialidade do funcionário Isaac da recepção. Fizemos check in com ele e ele foi muito querido e atencioso. Como pontos a melhorar, até hoje não entendo porque não colocam uma simples sanduicheira/grill disponível no café da manhã, é algo tão simples, e tão útil, e ao invés disso utilizam somente aquela esteira enorme onde única utilidade é tostar um pão de forma, se quiser esquentar um croissant ou um pão com queijo não tem como. Outro ponto, o processo de check out é muito antiquado e demorado, a cada pessoa que vai fazer check out, tem que esperar eles ligarem para alguém fazer a inspeção do quarto. Hotel nenhum hoje em dia utiliza esse tipo de check out mais, que gera demora e filas. Ficamos mais de 30 minutos entre a fila e término do check out. Tirando esses dois pontos, é um ótimo hotel.

Excelente estadia. Chegamos cedo de voo e cansados e precisávamos do early check in. Prontamente assim que um quarto foi vago e limpo a recepcionista (por sinal, muito simpática e solícita) nos deixou entrar. Isso já fez toda diferença em fazer nos sentir bem. O café da manhã é simplesmente MARAVILHOSO. Zero defeitos. Jantamos no restaurante do hotel. Comida muito boa também. Funcionários cordiais e simpáticos. Limpeza excelente do quarto. Fiquei cerca de uma hora em pé na fila para realizar o check-in, eu e vários outros hóspedes, obviamente. Eu nunca havia vivido isso em nenhum hotel do mundo. A experiência foi péssima. No check-out, a mesma coisa aconteceu: enfrentei uma fila imensa de cerca de 45minutos para conseguir, de fato, sair do hotel. Além de enfrentar a tal fila, ao chegar finalmente no recepcionista, levou mais uns bons minutos aguardando a checagem do quarto para conferirem se houve consumação, etc. No café, dei bom dia à moça que estava recepcionando no restaurante e ela nem se quer me respondeu, nunca vivi isso em nenhuma hospedagem (boa educação e gentileza eu tenho com todos a todo tempo). Estranho não encontrar essas qualidades basais em um hotel supostamente bem referendado. Na chegada perguntei onde era o final da fila, visto que parecia a fila do SUS e o funcionário, bem sisudo, cara amarrada, mal me respondeu, eu foi quem sorri, sem graça. Entendo que todo ser humano tem suas questões, há dias difíceis, todos temos nossas lutas mas, conversando com outros hóspedes, concluo q a cara amarrada e a falta de cortesia parecia "o padrão" do lugar (exceto o guarda-vidas da piscina: muito simpático e o rapaz q fez meu check-in também) Minha experiência foi péssima, cansativa, frustrante. EU ME SENTI EM UM AEROPORTO CHEIO nas FILAS DE EMBARQUE (horrível). Tentei nos dois dias antes da hospedagem fazer o check-in online e não foi possível. Não pretendo voltar e não recomendo.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente porque permite llegar rápidamente a la playa, si bien no está cerca de los lugares más turísticos de Río, eso permite que el ambiente sea muy relajado e ideal para descansar. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff people were helpful and accessible. We didn't speak any Brazilian but they were always ready to help. 1/2 block from the most lovely beach (Tijuca beach). Not as wild and crowded as Cococobana or Ipenema. Uber rides were very affordable and convient. The rooftop pool was nice and clean with beautiful views. Love this place. Will come again.
