El apartamento muy bonito y grande. Es un resort muy completo y con instalaciones nuevas y bien cuidadas. Ubicado frente a la playa donde además proporcionan toallas, mesas y sombrillas. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Excellent hotel, the staff were all outstanding with customer service- special shout out to Gustavo on the front desk! Right on the beach (you do have to cross a busy road) - lovely pool and excellent gym. Near the golf course and great shopping.

Demora no Check in para avisarem que o quarto estava disponível por volta das 16h30 da tarde. Valor do estacionamento mais caro que aeroporto e taxa de resort( não entendi ô porquê). O hotel é muito bom, mas em um local afastado da Barra.

Um hotel 5 estrelas com péssimo atendimento, começando pela recepção, pois os colaboradores não são nada solícitos ou simpáticos. Fila no café da manhã, teve dias que ficamos mais de 20 minutos em pé esperando para entrar no restaurante onde o café da manhã era servido, e no atendimento, os colaboradores nem conseguiam atender a todos porque estava superlotado. O mesmo acontecia com o serviço de psicina! Entendo que fomos em um mês mais tumultuado, mas é nítido que o hotel não tem o preparo para receber essa quantidade de pessoas. Contudo, o que mais foi desagradável, pagamos por um quarto com vista para o mar e os colocaram em um quarto lateral, quando questionado na central de relacionamentos, nos informaram que havia chego um grande grupo, e que não havia mais disponibilidade para troca de quarto. Ou seja, a experiência do cliente, ficou muito a desejar, bem como o atendimento e resolução de problemas do hotel.

Excelente hotel para curtir o hotel. Tudo fica longe na Barra da Tijuca. Quarto excelente. Reclamações: cheiro ruim no banheiro; cheiro de fritura quando ligava ar condicionado (apenas em alguns momentos) e uma barata em nosso quarto na ultima noite. Bar da piscina deve iniciar a atender as 9hs.... 11hs muito tarde. Preço das bebidas nos restaurantes é caro demais.... uma chandon nacional brut 280,00!!!! No geral nota 9.

Excelente hotel! Buena ubicación, limpio, desayuno rico, personal muy amable! Piscina y playa increíbles! El estacionamiento es pagado y son 60 reales diarios, debería estar incluido en el precio por lo alto del valor de la habitación!

I had a nice stay ! Staff here did a fantastic job in customer service and overall very genuine people. Thank you! As for housekeeping ..:.they need a lot of improvement. My first room was covered in mold in the bathroom , the shower was broken where the mold accumulated by the drain. The bed skirt was filthy and the drain patio still had cup stains on the table. It also smelled damp and mildewy. Front desk changed my room without an issue, I showed pictures and I was given a humble apology. The next room was still ehh. The carpet was not vacuumed …not once since I was there. The same crumbs or whatever it was, never was removed. I Didn’t bother reaching out since I spent a lot of time touring , perhaps I should’ve. Overall the hotel is lovely, but my two rooms were not up to par . 7/10 rating. Also worth mentioning , there are a lot of stains on the facility furniture! Everywhere I went there are visible stains in the seats. It would be wise to not just wipe the areas clean but also use stain removers accordingly. Children and dogs are permitted and I found the children to be very loud in the dining area, specifically the sushi restaurant which has a more classy vibe. Thanks to the concierge and the staff in the spa, y’all are rockstars in my book!

This is a great hotel to vacation at while in Brazil. The staff were courteous. The room was clean on a consistent basis. The restaurants in the hotel served good food as well. Location was central to a lot of things in the area. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Brazil.

O hotel possui um café da manhã extraordinário, digno de observação positiva. Estrutura bonita e nova. Mas o ponto negativo, e que vale registro, são alguns: a) a recepção poderia ser mais cortês e simpática, especialmente, a equipe da tarde. E, a limpeza do quarto que deveria ocorrer diariamente, a tivemos apenas 2 dias das 4 diárias que ficamos no hotel - lamentável para um hotel deste nível. Aos futuros hóspedes - vale a anotação da obrigatoriedade de pagamento de R$75,00/dia de taxa de resort, que não é informada quando da reserva. Não que seja um problema o pagto, mas a publicidade da obrigatoriedade seria algo a observar. Pela recepção e pela não limpeza do quarto (sei que ocorreram problemas em outros quartos, mas não é um problema meu), classifico o hotel com um 3,5* e não como 4 ou 5. Há espaço para melhorar, e muito.

Tudo muito bom. Quartos sao bons. Comida variada. O atendimento é o diferencial. So algumas consideracoes a fazer: o quarto que ficamos tinha um tipo de vazamento no banheiro, após o uso da ducha a agua no vaso sanitario. Faltou um pouco de informacao sobre o que estaria disponivel no hotel e como utilizar (na hora do checkout vimos que estava incluida uma taxa, a qual era referente a servicos que não utilizamos). Precisou ser estornada. Outra coisa desagradável foi que avistamos uma ratazana proximo à piscina. Bem incoveniente, uma vez que a área está a alguns metros do restaurante....

Reservei o hotel achando que ficaria no padrão Grand Hyatt como conheço o de SP, mas o hotel era extremamente descuidado, sujo demais, secador e cofre do quarto não funcionavam, esqueceram de limpar um dia meu quarto. Café da manhã horrível de tão cheio, fila pra tudo desde mesa a comida. Conseguir uma xícara de café coado era uma luta, mesas sujas sem talher, comidas sempre no fim… Odiei a experiência e com certeza não voltarei.

Reservei o hotel achando que ficaria no padrão Grand Hyatt como conheço o de SP, mas o hotel era extremamente descuidado, sujo demais, secador e cofre do quarto não funcionavam, esqueceram de limpar um dia meu quarto. Café da manhã horrível de tão cheio, fila pra tudo desde mesa a comida. Conseguir uma xícara de café coado era uma luta, mesas sujas sem talher, comidas sempre no fim… Odiei a experiência e com certeza não voltarei.

The front desk service was not pleasant. Especially the tall male that was working between 10am til 11:30 am on August 19. I felt like they didn’t want to help us when we arrived at 7am from a long overnight red eye flight! I understand check in is st 3pm but I travel ALOT to know I can be accommodated if I arrive early. I even notified the company 2 days prior before check in to try to receive early checkin but no one responded. Everybody that was checking in after us received pleasant service and a room key but we was the only ones waiting!

Hotel is very nice, clean, and in good location. Very far from tourist area, which I knew before booking, but I regret. Staff was friendly. My biggest issue is that when I checked out, the hotel left a pending charge on my card for 31 days with my stay and with the room hold. I called for weeks and nobody answered or returned my calls or emails. Other than that, good hotel.

Já devo ter me hospedado mais de 10 vezes no Grand Hyatt do Rio, e me sinto confortável para dizer que já foi muito melhor. Não sinto que seja um hotel 5 estrelas mais. O processo de check-in é bem burocrático e demorado. O quarto não estava pronto às 15h, me disseram que era por causa do berço que tínhamos requisitado. Surpresa: quando finalmente entramos no quarto, esqueceram o berço. Tivemos que ligar para recepção e pedir. Aí mandaram apenas o berço, sem roupa de cama para ele. Ligamos de novo para que enviassem roupa de cama, e mandaram um lençol para cama king, gigantesco, que tivemos que dobrar para usar. As toalhas foi a mesma coisa, tivemos que pedir duas vezes para mandarem toalhas, pois só tinham 2 no quarto (éramos em 3). E toda vez que limpavam o quarto, levavam as toalhas e deixavam só 2. Era aniversário da minha esposa, pedi no check-in, depois ao serviço de quarto e ao guest relations um pedaço de bolo para cantarmos parabéns. Três pedidos, as três vezes falaram que iam mandar, e nunca recebi. O hotel estava totalmente abarrotado por causa de um congresso, e por causa de uma promoção para um grupo grande de argentinos - e o hotel não pareceu conseguir comportar todos com diversos problemas recorrentes de serviço (nos restaurantes, na piscina, na praia, etc). Sinceramente, o nível de serviço, durante 4 dias de estadia, pareceu similar a um hotel 3 estrelas.

Não tem mais serviço de quarto 24h e não fizeram nenhum dia reposição do frigobar, mesmo solicitando varias vezes, o que te impossibilita de tomar uma simples água fora do horário que ainda atendem os quartos. Excellent hotel, the staff were all outstanding with customer service- special shout out to Gustavo on the front desk! Right on the beach (you do have to cross a busy road) - lovely pool and excellent gym. Near the golf course and great shopping.

O local fica um pouco longe, demanda trajeto de aproximadamente 30-40 minutos para o Rio e as suas maiores atrações. É bom caso já conheça o Rio e queira descansar e aproveitar o hotel.

Kids club great but not sure I’d leave my children there without parent because not really much staff just one at the door. beach across road was perfect, quiet and the most clean out of all beaches on the coast. Reclamações: cheiro ruim no banheiro; cheiro de fritura quando ligava ar condicionado (apenas em alguns momentos) e uma barata em nosso quarto na ultima noite. Bar da piscina deve iniciar a atender as 9hs.... 11hs muito tarde. Preço das bebidas nos restaurantes é caro demais.... uma chandon nacional brut 280,00!!!! No geral nota 9.
