We had a wonderful experience at N1 Hotel in Zimbabwe. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, making our stay very enjoyable. A special thank you to the cleaners, who did an excellent job every day. The rooms were always spotless, fresh, and well prepared. Their attention to detail really stood out. Big thumbs up to Joe, who was extremely understanding, kind, and professional. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and was always ready to help with a smile. His care and support made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Overall, the service was excellent, and we truly felt valued as guests. We highly recommend N1 Hotel to anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would happily stay there again.

Well mannered stuff, clean environment,,great breakfast, easy to book but they need wheel chair access because it might be hard for people with disabilities

The N1 hotel is a nice hotel. I only had a problem with the room. It was very big and empty, only with a bed which makes it a bit chilly at night.
