Smart, tidy property in a superb location. Staff are very attentive. Rooms are clean, the restaurant on the top floor has a good dejection of food. Papu Singh deserves a mention, a very charismatic helpful young man. Overall a very good experience and nothing negative.

The hotel served is very bad quality food in their buffet dinner which was priced at 3600+ for two people. The dinner was cold , most dishes were empty and no one to attend personally to advise on availability of food. Disappointed thoroughly. The pool lounge was flithy in the morning. Worst experience.

Decent hotel, nothing more, for the price. It is not really a 5 star hotel, but good at 4 stars. Not sure who gives the awards stars. Heat did not work in the room (air con did, but it was cold), the mini-refrigerator did not work. The same day laundry was ready at the end of the next day, so glad we didn't have to check out that day. A lot of the food was too salty, not as bad as India overall, but not 5 star quality at all.

The property is located in an interesting part of the city but close to government offices and other sites. It’s clean and modern with very good staff and service. Only issue is that the room doors close automatically and basically slam shut very loudly which is disturbing. Many guests don’t seem to care about annoying others. Perhaps the hotel can do something about that.

Home from Home! We had an amazing stay at the Renaissance Lucknow. The staff were super friendly and made our trip memorable. The reception Girls - Shreya and Gulafsha - everything we needed got sorted instantly. The restaurant/breakfast team - Rahul, Swat and especially Shaksham - your information , with your local knowledge we found all the shops, bazars and markets we didn't know existed. So far our best stay in India. Thank you , Thank you , Thank you soo much.

The stay had a few disappointing aspects. The room had a persistent bad smell due to poor ventilation, which made it uncomfortable at times. Room service was also quite slow — even for basic requests, we had to call two or three times before receiving any assistance. This affected the overall experience and level of comfort expected during the stay. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of options available each morning. The staff at the breakfast area were courteous and attentive. We also appreciated that the hotel helped us upgrade our package, which turned out to be very beneficial and added value to our stay.
