What a delightful hotel, with delicious food, comfortable and clean rooms and above all, exceptional customer service. The folks that work here, care for you like a member of their family (or better). The breakfast is fully stacked with a variety of options, including custom omelettes. The location is perfect for exploring the mountains of cyprus. Parking is a 1 minute walk away from the hotel… I highly recommend staying here and I’ll definitely be back!

Great property in the beautiful village of Platres. Rooms had great views and were well equipped. Great front desk staff. Other staff were friendly although bar service in lobby was a bit slow. Restaurant prices were very high; great service but food quality did not match high prices. Would be amazing if hotel added a swimming pool. Would stay here again!

The stay in the hotel was really good, all the staff were over and above for helping out. The breaskfast was good every day of the stay and plenty to choose from. Parking is a little walk up the road past the hotel, I believe it is free for hotel guests but I was advised to just put in 1 Euro in the meter for 24 hour stay by local traffic warden. Other than that fantastic stay..

Les chambres en angle sont lumineuses avec 2 portes fenêtres et du soleil du matin au soir. La literie est bonne. Le petit déjeuner en terrasse est un plaisir avec des produits de très bonne qualité. L'hôtel est d'une grande propreté. La rénovation a été bien conduite. Difficile d'augmenter la surface des chambres ou de créer un parking en sous sol. Ce sont à mon sens les seuls points qui pourraient être améliorés ...mais je ne vois pas comment et à 2 ça ne compte pas!

Το μόνο αρνητικό η δυνατή μουσική του καταλύματος μέχρι αργά το βράδυ. Επίσης δεν είχε κλιματισμό στον χώρο προγεύματος και ήταν κάπως ζεστή η ατμόσφαιρα. Το γάλα και το νερό στο πρόγευμα δεν ήταν αρκετά παγωμένο. Το προσωπικό όχι και τόσο εξυπηρετικό.

The hotel is so quaintand lovely. Rennovations really made it so comfortble with modern amenities without losing its charm. You can see the entire staff love their job and they just ooze joy and prise when serving you and talking with you. Highly highly recommend this lovely hotel.

What a wonderful stay we had in this great hotel. Very clean and comfortable room with great views from private balcony. Fabulous shower. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Very pleasant and attentive staff. The bistro across the road, Cleopatras, was the icing in the cake!

Hotel is charming and the staff are wonderful. We found all staff friendly and helpful. We asked to change our reservation dates, and they made the change with no penalty fee. When we arrived, they served us a complimentary beverage. During our stay, someone delivered freshly baked tarts to our room. After we checked out, I left an item in the room, and the hotel contacted me and couriered it to me. Amazing! The hotel is small and the rooms are compact, but everything is so well-designed and thought out, from the lobby area to the rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again. Thank you!

Great small hotel in the Trodoos mountains. The staff was so friendly offering help whenever we needed and gave good advice on where and when to travel to enjoy the area. Food was amazing, both dinner and breakfast. Fabulous view from the room, especially in the morning.

Lovely hotel and beautiful location. Hotel staff were all very helpful and attentive. Food was extremely good. Would recommend driving up to Troodos and hiking the gentle trails around Mt Olympus. Listen out for Nightingales during dinner !

Such a delightful hotel, nestled in the mountains! The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful and made our trip SO GOOD that we extended for 1 more week! Troodos/ Platres has so many waterfalls to enjoy in the blazing Cyprus heat and coming back home to your hotel, enjoying a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant is a must! Their food was always swift to arrive and delicious! Love the staff, would stay here again and again!
