We have undeveloped property 8 miles south of Grantsburg and we love to stay at the Grantsburg Inn while in town. It's a great hotel. Quiet, reasonably priced, and they have a laundromat onsite, which is nice for travelers like us. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Understanding the building is older there was some walking traffic noise from above but nothing terrible. Had booked10 months in advance for a music festival near by. Understanding prices increase over time but would have liked the customer service of honouring the price quoted and agreed upon when booking. It's a motel with hot water, AC, fridge, microwave, coin-op laundry. It's clean and comfortable. Take a drive down the road to Burnett Dairy Co-Op for a sandwich, cheese and ice cream...delish!

I love the prompt replies from the front desk. I love the easy check in and check out process and clear instructions on how to do so. There are brand new upgrades the rooms are remodeled. And the parking lot was plowed nicely from all the snow we just had. I am a huge hotel reviewer on Google and I will be leaving a great review and recommendations to stay here! Thank you!

I’ve stayed at this hotel for the past several years while in town for a festival. My room did not lock. There was a delay while that was being fixed. After check in I was advised that the prices went up, even though I’d booked months in advance. It would’ve been nice to know before I checked in so I could book a hotel closer to the venue I was there for. I received the receipt for a different customer, and notified the desk. It appears that customer got my receipt/personal info, which is very concerning. Because I’ve had great experience in the past, it was always worth the 45 minute drive from the festival. This year it was not worth the drive, sadly, and will most likely book elsewhere next year.

Beds were very uncomfortable!! Floor was vinyl but was nailed to keep the corners down and you feel them when you walk barefoot. Not worth the price!!

The owner was super nice and we were really happy to have 4 beds in one hotel room! However, the outside of motel wasn't very welcoming and several things inside the room were broken (handle on bathroom door, stopper for bathroom was missing, fan light didn't turn on).

Bed was lumpy so very poor night's sleep I felt like my head was lower than my feet on an uneven surface. I chose this for location and price. Next trip I'll stay 15 miles further east and pay $70 more per night

I arrived late (after 10 PM) and the office was closed. But using the phone in the office, the person who answered told me my unit number, that its door was unlocked, and the key was on top or the microwave. Great service, even thought their office was closed for the night.

The host was extremelt helpful with arrival and check in, very accommdating to our lat arrival. Lights on, room warmed up, all to make sure we were comfortable. Room was very clean and comfortable. No loud noises or environmental disruptions for a good night sleep. I would stay again.

Its good for a one night stay or if you have a dog. Not very friendly. No views. If they hadn't painted the outside yellow, it would be a really cool-looking place. There's a good place to eat, you can walk to. Downtown isn't too far away. Too much money for what you get.
