The staff at the property were amazing and made us feel so welcome. The hotel was quiet. Our only complaint was that it viewed as having a hot tub and it was covered up. It is one of the reasons we chose the hotel and this was a huge disappointment. Otherwise it was great. Great breakfast.

We enjoyed the pool for about an hour. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. So clean, they had shampooed the carpet in our room and it was wet the entire overnight stay. Just a bit annoying but also glad it was clean. Glad we packed our rubber soled slippers.

It is located just outside of town so it was quite, free parking, very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, nice breakfast - staff was always cleaning breakfast area during breakfast.

Went to check in and there was a really graphic violent movie playing in the lobby (slow motion bullet entry/exit with a dozen or more people being killed and a fair amount of gore with it) that was disturbing to my grade schooler. I travel fairly extensively and have never had anything being played that wasnt family friendly in a public area of an hotel before so that was off putting. Elevator cover held on by tape. The smell in the hall when we got to our floor made me a little nauseous and it had penetrated into the room. Pool/hot tub out of order. Breakfast was mostly good but the biscuits were ice cold. That being said, the rooms themselves were clean and well kept. It also felt safe. The front desk was friendly and helpful and the pamphlets in front were nice.

Our room was nice and clean, it was quiet. The staff was great and friendly. We were in town visiting family and they let my family go swimming in the pool area with us. Breakfast was delicious! Only thing, was the hot tub in the pool area wasn't working so we weren't able to use it. Everything was great and had a great stay!

The staff is amazing and so nice. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is good...the only downfall is the pool is cold, we met our daughter and her family and our granddaughter was shivering in it so we couldn't enjoy it so much, hopefully they'll turn it up soon.

This hotel was dirty and unkept. The staff was more concerned about smoke breaks than being behind the desk and they had a plug in air freshner in the lobby to try and cover up the smoke smell. Not everyone likes certain scents of toxic chemical smells and the plug in was nasty. I unplugged it. The hot tub and pool area was ol and also nto maintained. The hot tub made a wretched noise and celing was gross. They could at least paint something. The beds were saggy. We stayed 3 days and i had the bedding changed every day just for the feel of clean. The pillows were nice. There was a stain in the corner of our room that was moldy Breakfast was limited. Cereal but 1 kind of milk. Its nice when hotels offer the non dairy milk at least. They had bagels yogurt muffins. No toaster or bread even though they had peanut butter but toast would have been nice. Not hot breakfast (eggs or sausage), no waffle maker so very limited choices. We bought food across the street at Dakota Mart. Only nice thing in the area for food. We stayed 3 days and tried to be gone because it was not a relaxing clean environment

It was evident the owners and employees respected each other thus leading to happy employees who showed they cared about providing good service. That lead to cleanliness, and welcoming, organized environment. I trusted the rooms were actually clean, not half-a$$ed because the employees took pride in their jobs and how they performed them. The owners were very apologetic at check-in because checking in took extra time since they had just installed a new computer system required by oversight organizations and they were just learning it that evening. The owners apologized again when I ran into them at breakfast; the extra wait time at check-in was only an extra 10min maybe, so not inconvenient at all, but they cared enough to know those few extra minutes is not their gold standard. I'd stay their again because I saw the employees happy and knew they did their job well because they enjoyed working there.

We booked this location since they were pet friendly… at 11:30pm we were sleeping soundly as the front desk called and tried to kick us out b/c our cat was seen in our window (no noises, no destructive behavior). I’m livid at the treatment, and so was the day manager the next morning. The property is otherwise OK - but their night manager needs to learn about respect, and NOT calling so late at night with their hatred of cats (she was fine with Dogs, but NO cats!)

The male owner could not have been nicer, We stayed with our 2 dogs and the walking area behind the hotel was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was good...very good biscuits and gravy. We will stay there again on our way home from our trip out West,

Excellent hotel! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Not much to do in the area but for us, we were passing through and this was right off the highway. The hotel is so clean and inviting. I would highly recommend staying here!

Room was nice and clean as was the rest of the facility. Only complaint was the hot breakfast the second day was cold. Apparently someone turned off the warming tray. Nothing like cold scrambled eggs and cold sausage to start off the day.
