My stay was okay overall, and the staff was friendly and helpful during my visit. However, I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that the hotel was undergoing renovations, as this impacted the experience more than expected. I also think the hotel could be clearer about their guest policies before booking, as this information would have been helpful to know in advance.

The hallway had a musty smell to it, the residents were loud and noisy, the elevator stopped working and I had luggage that I had to carry down stairs from the 3rd floor my room had a sore smell and it was literally coming from the garbage disposal.

It was nice,but I had to leave a day early

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and Tidy Property was in a very convenient location Plenty of parking Close to tons of great shopping and dining options Quick drive from the airport in a much safer location then staying in Memphis
