Hotel listed as coffee shop but no menus although they did have coffee. Heat didn't work in room. Convenient for staying overnight close to bridge.

Nice little place to stop. Wouldn’t stay more than one night. A/C was noisy and did not work very well. Blanket had holes in it, replaced without a problem. Food was good in the cafe.

Good: Very clean, good WiFi. Bad:They advertise that there is a restaurant, but when we were here (end of september) it was closed for the season.

The room was a basic room. Clean, beds were hard as a rock. The front desk staff, well he did not like dealing with me(female) he wanted to deal with my husband even though the reservation was in my name. The restaurant was surrounded to be opened at 7, we went at 8:30 and it was locked up. And this is the front office also.

We booked it for the location and playground, but will not book again. Listing and photos say there’s a playground, coffee maker in each room and a restaurant. I asked twice about the restaurant and menu. Was told it’s only breakfast, but no menu or suggestions of food options. There was supposed to be coffee maker in the room but instead we had to pay $3 for a coffee from the cafe. Room was supposed to be queen beds but it was double beds instead. I was hoping once we arrived we could get food and let the kids play, instead we had to travel more for food and playground.

When I booked it stated 2 queen beds, and coffee machine in the room. Once we got there was only one queen bed and no coffee machine. Also when checking in the guy was not very talkative or seem very friendly. This didn’t me a good feeling.

Overall is good enough. I did not like smell and high humid in the room.

When I checked in, the first room I was assigned reeked of urine. They changed me to a different room which was only slightly better. I have been travelling for over a month and this motel was definitely the filthiest and worst place I have stayed in. Floors were filthy and with used cups and goldfish crackers on the floor as well as lots of dead flies. (Flies were a big problem. But they leave a fly swatter in the desk drawer!) Lots of hair on the shower walls, which obviously hadn’t been cleaned recently. No glass or cup in the room and lots of truck noise from the highway. Walls are so thin I was kept up by snoring from the adjacent room. They also wanted $20 for each load at the guest laundry. Place was so dirty I checked out immediately the next morning even though I was booked for 2 nights. I couldn’t take another night in the filth. I never got a refund for the 2nd night. The motel said I had to arrange a refund from Hotels.com, but Hotels.com told me it had to come from the motel. It’s unbelievable that the motel charges $174 for a night. I guess they figure they can get away with it because they are right next to the Confederation bridge. AVOID THIS PLACE! There are other clean and reasonable motels nearby.

The room was damp and musty, the carpet was damp.

While our room was nice and big, it wasnt the cleanest. Under the bed had significant dust and debris. The sinks hadnt been cleaned in a while. The room was very hot and the curtainsblocked the A/C. It was, however, very quiet. Easy parking. Nice and close to Confederation Bridge.

Very poor air quality and A/C was so loud we couldn’t hear the tv with it on.

Found bed was uncomfortable. Liked the kitchen set up, washroom and close to shopping

The place is so outdated not enough outlets, they need updated beds and pillows. The beds were like laying on plywood and the pillows had no fluff to them at all. They didnt clean the room daily as a matter of fact they didn't clean it all the time we were they all they did was drop towels off. Very disappointed in the place amd would not recommend it to anyone.

The room is very big

We were in town for the CBMF. No complaints about our stay. We had a dinette unit that was nice and spacious. We were unable to hear neighboring rooms. The staff were nice and friendly, the lady especially. Thank you.

Looked like the room we were staying in was recently renovated. There wasn't enough plugs as available and the extension cord they were using in the room to plug everything in was damaged. The walls were paper thin, you could hear the people next door. Also the shower head was probably not even 5' high in the shower. My wife who is about 5'2" had to bend over to wash her hair.

I was disappointed that the staff went into my room did not tidy it. However they did open my windows and turned off the air-conditioning on a 30 degree day.

Prima motel om tijdens je doorreis door te brengen. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig en schoon / netjes. Aandachtpunt is de service. Het valt niet mee om nog minder geïnteresseerd te zijn in gasten dan hier. Toen we wilden uit chicken om ca 10u moesten we de mevrouw die de sleutel in ontvangst moest nemen uit haar bed bellen. Heus.

In front of the highway so very noisy

It was on the highway and one could hear the truck traffic day and night. Also the lighting in the room could be improved. It was not adequate

Pas de cafetière dans la chambre et le café qui goûte l’eau est vendu à 2,25$. Bien situé à l’entrée de l’île.

Room was comfortable and a good size. Air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was pricy but very tasty however not included with the room.
