30 minute walk from the station. Only 5 minute walk to the Sportanlagen Waldstraße. Spotless big single room. Excellent value.

The location is not easy to get to if you are not driving by car. What they call breakfast was most definitely the worst I have ever had in a hotel! The buns were stale the coffee was weak, the eggs were cold, and there just was nothing there. No options at all! It was just horrible! But even worse than that was the incident I had with the night staff! On the day before I had to leave, I told the day staff that I would need a very early taxi to take me to the train station at 4:00am. She was very friendly and said that I would just need to tell the night staff to call for one for me. That night after my meetings I went to the night clerk and asked if she spoke English, she answered “a little bit” so I continued to speak German with her. Her attitude immediately changed; she was not being helpful. She made out my bill and charged me for the breakfast for the next morning that I would not be there to have. Then when I asked her to call a taxi for me for the next morning, she became more irritated. She called one taxi service that told her they were not open at 4:00am. While she was still on the phone, I asked her to ask when they would be open. She hung up and said, “No taxi”. I asked her if she could call another taxi service, and she gave me a dirty look and just went on with her paperwork. She was still standing right in front of me. I said without raising my voice or adding any tone, “Excuse me, but I need a taxi for the morning to meet my train.“ She just walk

Basic but good for 1 night.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist für eine Übernachtung grundsätzlich geeignet. Trotz früher Anreise war es leider nicht möglich, ein ruhiger gelegenes Zimmer auf der Rückseite zu erhalten. Die Einschätzung vor Ort, dass es nicht laut sei, hat sich aufgrund der stark befahrenen Straße anders dargestellt, sodass die Nacht bereits früh beendet war. Eine transparentere Einschätzung zur Lärmsituation wäre wünschenswert, um Gästen eine passendere Entscheidung zu ermöglichen.

Eine gute Unterkunft mit einem hervorragenden Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Alles ist sehr sauber und es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. E-Autos können dort auch kostenfrei an zwei Stationen aufgeladen werden und dieses Mal gab es auch die Möglichkeit, kostenfrei einen E-Roller auszuleihen. Ich komme immer wieder gern zurück. Nur das Frühstück lasse ich sein und gehe dafür lieber zu einem Bäcker in der Stadt.a
