We stayed here for one night on our Iceland trip. It was nice, clean, comfy. We had a little trouble getting into the lobby front door but we called and they helped us get in. The apartment was large and came with everything we needed. There is a foyer for your boots/shoes which is nice but there wasn't a good place to hang coats. We tried to book it for another night but it wasn't available. We would stay here again!

We only stayed here one night on our last night in Iceland but I wish we could have stayed longer. Access and parking was easy; the apartment was spacious and well appointed. It was really nice having a washer/dryer and full kitchen. That said, the restaurant downstairs was AMAZING and not to be missed!!!! We look forward to returning. :)

Email came with no code, so could not get in to the property, nor the room. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and carpet was visibly dirty. An email request to move was ignored. By far the worst hotel in the 10 hotels we stayed at in Iceland.

I booked this hotel from 12 to 16 February but was forced to leave on 13 February due to the condition of the room. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable. After the room was “cleaned”, dirty cloths and sponges were left on top of the bathroom surfaces. The toilet was in very poor condition and the overall standard of the room was far below what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. I was also given a disabled-access toilet without requesting this or being informed beforehand. Because of these issues, I did not feel comfortable or safe staying and had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. I contacted support to request a refund for the unused nights and this was refused. I would not recommend this property to anyone who values basic cleanliness and hygiene.

It was great for one night. Room was clean, good size for two people, water in shower was hot, and beds were pretty comfortable. There’s a restaurant downstairs with decent sandwiches. The only negative was that the room was extremely hot because of west exposure. It cooled off after sunset though and night was pretty nice.

One small window and it was very warm with a huge comforter for winter. It is summer here and I know maybe not warm for some but some of us run Hot!. This apartment had a small window overlooking route 1 a busy road. It was a comfortable apartment and super convenient. Would have liked a smaller less cumbersome blanket summer weight. But I know I'm probably in the minority on this. But check in was super easy, all online. Would stay here again.

Rooms were very spacious, quiet and comfortable! Bathroom and shower were great. We liked the key code system of room access as opposed to plastic keys. Management and housekeeping staff were very helpful and cooperative. We stayed for 5 days and in the middle, we had to transition from Booking to Expedia. Upon calling the management they made it seamless, and we did not have to switch rooms! Downsides: despite high quality Nespresso coffee pods, no sugar or milk! And no tea bags either! Breakfast was literally the same fare everyday with.no variation whatsoever! Something they should work on, if possible. But overall, a wonderful place, centrally located in Southwest Iceland and provides ready access to all spot on the Golden Circle and beyond!

There are some parts in the bathroom were missing. But overall the apt is really convenient, and close to everything. Only thing I need to mention is there is no front desk. The code to enter the building and room were supposed to be sent via email to me. I received the emails, but no code was included. I have to call the hotel to get the code. I saw many other people for the same problem when they wanted to get into the building.

This is a self checking property and there is no one on site to assist. Did not receive info to access the building. Had to call the number on the building to connect with property management. Make sure you receive a separate email with access information the day of arrival. Room is clean and parking is fine.

Room was great!! Checking in was not. I blame Expedia because after the request from Hotel Bella to pay at their website, Expedia wrote this: "Stay secure! Never provide credit card information in a message or on a website after completing your Expedia booking. Don\'t make any electronic payments outside of our platform." As a result I chose not to pay until I arrived and the codes to access my room did not work. I had to call for help. It was very disturbing. A woman who came later had paid a week earlier and couldn\'t get her codes to work either.
