This was my 2nd time staying here. The service is excellent, both at the front desk and at the Bistro. It’s nice to get a cocktail in the evening, and sip it outside around the fire pit. The food is also very good, both for dinner and breakfast. Everything is clean and in good repair. There is an indoor pool and a gym, though I haven’t personally used either.

I booked the hotel because of the hot tub and pool. Also I paid extra for continental breakfast. The hot tub was under construction and not usable on the night we stayed. I paid extra for the continental breakfast and there wasn't any. Sad! The hotel was very clean and the customer service at the front desk was amazing!

Very nice hotel. Staff was excellent. Pool was on the smaller side, but was so warm which I loved! Bistro food was great. Beds were comfy and room was clean. You can see SU from the parking lot, so great choice if you are staying to see the college.

I felt welcomed, the room was very nice with a comfortable bed, and the pool hot tub area was fantastic. I was here during the winter, but I could see an amazing court yard with multiple chairs, fire pits, and bbq grills. The location was close to some amazing skiing and within walking distance to my son's college campus.

Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower was beautiful and felt good to take a hot shower after a long day outside. Highly recommend this location. The only part that may put travelers out was there's a bar on site so you can't bring your own. Thats fine for us but we were traveling for sports and lots of times the teams will gather outside in between games with their own supplies. Just be prepared

Across from the university, so during homecoming the parking lot got taken over this weekend. Hard to find a space if you went out. Room was quiet, but rather small compared to other places we’ve stayed. Bistro on premises which was good option considering the parking. But very restrictive on outside food drinks in common areas was concerned to have my water with me. Ok stay.

The room had pubic hair on sink. The bathroom was black when we wiped it. The carpet was dirty and found food under the desk. The customer service on sat was awful at front desk and kitchen. Ladies were rude and told us kitchen had lunch but an hour found out lunch was not served. Will never stay at that hotel again.

Our day was very nice except there was a overpowering smell of dog feces throughout the whole second floor whenever we opened our door or had to go to the elevator for the entire stay you could smell it it was disgusting I don’t know if that’s normal or if they’re just maybe be in the middle of redoing the carpeting but it was awful

We stayed here for graduation because it was convenient. The lobby, outdoor area, limited dining area was beautiful. The room seemed to be cleaned, however, our pillow cases had yellow stains, some dirt in the sheets, very dusty nightstand with body hair-light above full of dust, but wait…coffee pot full of powdery dust and mold. Only other coffee option was to purchase in the bistro area. We complained to front desk at night and was given 2 complimentary passes for breakfast…there were 3 of us. We were able to get pillow cases from house keeping. In the am, we woke up smelling like sewage from the bedding! Complained to front desk when checking out and all we received was “oh I am so sorry”! Thank god there is no need to stay there again. Our other family rooms seemed ok, except for the same coffee pot issues. For a conference center next to a university, this was terrible.

The property was fairly new. Loved the location. Behind Shippensburg University area.... Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of green grass and land... Rooms were big and very clean.. In room coffee and micro and fridge... All came in very handy. Beautifully landscaped and the outside seating area was amazing. Even on site propane bbq grill to use. Very attentive staff and nice bar..

My husband and I booked a room with 2 Queen beds, which we normally do. One bed to sleep, one to put our travel bags/suitcase on. We were amazed when we opened the door! The room not only had 2 Queen beds, but also a couch, chair, and desk. Very comfy after our 580 mile drive today.

We stay in a lot of hotels that are similar for travel sports, and this was by far the best experience of them all. The air-conditioning was quiet and working, the pillows and bed were comfortable. The bathroom was updated with ample counter space. The bed was comfortable. The service was impeccable specifically, and by the bar/restaurant she really was above and beyond the usual she really was an specifically, and by the bar/restaurant she really was above and beyond the usual. We were booked for 4 nights. Every day had to go after things like towels and toilet paper. Only had maid stop by one day. That was after I asked the nice staff that was cleaning checked out rooms for towels. The other towels and toilet paper we had to go to the lobby and get them.

My only complaint is, The Bistro service was super slow we waited an hour for our dinner and it wasn’t that busy. Also, We paid for Breakfast and the options were terrible. We were given the smallest menus. We should have been able to have a full breakfast.

We paid for the breakfast option prior to arrival When checking in the didn’t show it available Once we showed the confirmation email computer updated My husband and I went to breakfast next day Say at the bar told them we paid already Asked for the menu ordered and it was a mess from there They gave us items we didn’t order, made the breakfast we did order wrong then charged us 49$ on top of what we already paid When we brought it to their attention they said oh my bad it will correct when I close it out We were on our way to a funeral and had to leave Next day looked at the credit card they didn’t fix it Had to call hotel and go through the story again and it should not be this hard Simple process and very aggravated

The check-in was one of the worst I have ever seen. The front desk person was dressed as a football player and kept a long line of us waiting for more than ten minutes while he talked FOOTBALL with one guest, as he was oblivious to those of us waiting in line. Once in the room, the TV remote would not work, and the lack of a shower curtain resulted in water all over the bathroom floor. The front desk was the work.

This hotel was very clean!!!! It is also in a nice quiet location, but is still close to major interstate. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! We visit this area once a year and we don't plan on even considering any other hotels next year. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property is very nice. It was the second time staying there. We ate dinner and breakfast in the Bistro. We were very disappointed. My sisters salad bowl was dirty as was her glass. The food was not good either. We ordered the pull pork sandwich as we did on our first time we were there. It was very good on our first visit, but no good this time. The breakfast was not good either.

This is a great hotel- we stay here either on our way south or on our way back each time. It's clean, comfortable and quiet, and has everything you need. The bar/restaurant has a basic & resonably priced menu for a nice bite to eat or a drink after a long day of travel. Comfortable lobby and lovely large outdoor patio for relaxing. We've had an excellent experience every time.

Really liked the room, especially the updated shower & raised toilet. Great for us as seniors in our high 70’s. Really disappointed by the food service. Insufficient staff to handle the number of guests for graduation (Friday evening dinner & drinks) & Saturday morning breakfast. Took over an hour on Friday night to get a burger & turkey sandwich.
