Rachele helped to organise trips outside Venice. Enjoyed Basanno, Asolo. Guido is an excellent driver. Need a new, faster toaster. Need more high quality induction cooking pans. Induction cookers are not easy to use!

Feels like a home from home. Excellent location on the grand canal with a garden view. Spacious and with character. Marta from views on Venice was extremely helpful in boat and restaurant reservations and always got back to us promptly. Slightly better equipped kitchen

This property is amazing and beautiful. It was very clean and had great views over Venice. We enjoyed our stay so much! The owner was very communicative and helpful. She asked if we wanted her to arrange a private boat transfer from the train station and arranged it all for us and gave so many details on where to meet etc. we also ended up asking advice for how to get to the airport and she was able to help us arrange transport for that as well but also provided the public transport options. Very helpful and a great property to stay at. I thought the location was great as well.

This is a great property on the Grand Canal. While there is no canal view, there is a small private dock next to the building. It is very centrally located, but also very quiet. The staff was very helpful in getting us taxis and working out logistics. We recommend it very highly.

This apartment has stunning views over the Grand Canal from the master bedroom, with an additional terrace overlooking Dorsoduro from the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are light and comfortable. The views are the key here though - got to be one of the best views from a kitchen window I have ever seen! Despite it being on the Grand Canal it is still quiet and peaceful. Each bedroom has an ensuite, but only one of these has a shower - the rest are baths. There is another shower room, but it is quite a tight fit using the shower. Shame, as a shower in the en-suites would make it perfect. Not a massive issue though.

We were dropped off at the private entrance off the Grand Canal by the water taxi and were met by Caterina, who gave us the grand tour and her number in case we needed anything. Nice, historic estate. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for the 6 of us (actually has 4 bedrooms and can fit 7!). Location was the best of all of amenities! This property will be on our list when we return to Venice and I will recommend to others!

The host made getting there a pleasure by sending a private taxi for us straight to the apartment. The apartment was very spacious for our family. It had a lovely courtyard which we know is rare in Venice. It was a nice location in an area with local shops snd restaurants near by but in a more quiet neighborhood which was nice! There were good amenities in the apartment however, we would have appreciated paper towels in the kitchen, but otherwise they had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The last thing was the 4th bedroom did not have AC so it was a bit stuffy (although we were there when there was a heatwave). Perhaps if they had a fan in the room, it would have been more comfortable. Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful palace. The apartment was beautiful and had all of the amenities. Catarina helped us arrange for a water taxi pick up and drop off which was key with all our bags. The air conditioning worked great despite the hot weather outside, We would definitely stay here again!

‘The apartment is so well located, quiet, bright and sunny. We loved our stay. Thank you for the wonderful Venetian hospitality.’ Maybe the bathrooms could need updating soon (ideally a separate shower in main bed?) and living room furniture could be more modern and ‘loungey’. But it is still very wonderful! Thank you.

She asked if we wanted her to arrange a private boat transfer from the train station and arranged it all for us and gave so many details on where to meet etc. we also ended up asking advice for how to get to the airport and she was able to help us arrange transport for that as well but also provided the public transport options. Very helpful and a great property to stay at. I thought the location was great as well.

This apt is wonderful, clean, amazing views, comfortable, and spacious. The mgmt company is fantastic, accommodating, and helpful. One of the vaporetto stops is one minute away. Easy to get here on water taxi from airport or train station, easy to walk to everything, or take the water taxis. We all enjoyed our 5-day stay so much! FYI, there are about 15 stairs up from the elevator to the apt, in case mobility is an issue. Our kids had no issue with it, and many times raced up the stairs while we took the elevator. Highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect for our whole family. My grandsons really enjoyed the spaciousness. It was a home away from home. We even celebrated the one year birthday of one grandson. What a dreamy palazzo! Just imagining the history of this magical place and the lives of the Loredan family lived inside these walls makes it hard to get out and explore the city. The mezzanine apartment was comfortable, homey and spacious. The location was perfect. Quiet yet close to everything. We will always stay at a Views in Venice location. The apartment is stunning! The views, the space, the furnishings, the kitchen. All just perfect and very rare for a rental. The location, minutes from bars, restaurants, supermarket shops - and ice cream and yet so very peaceful inside. A glorious happy stay in the perfect spot. Thank you so much to Views of Venice team! We loved our stay at this property. We were able to walk to all of the sites and it was also very close to the water bus stops for longer journeys. From the airport, we took a water taxi directly to the private entrance dock for the property (arranged by the host.). This was great so we did not have to wheel our bags on cobblestone or carry them over bridge steps. I highly recommend. Enricka greeted us and gave us a very thorough orientation to the home including maps to get around. Many food and gelato stops within a short walk. Although we did not cook, there seemed to be enough stocked in the kitchen to do so. This property is much larger than the photos portray in the listing. Plenty of room to gather as a family and to separate for down time. If we return to Venice, I would stay here again.

Location is quiet but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. About 20-30 minutes to St. Mark’s Square. Easy access to stops for Alilaguna and Vaporetto. Lots of room inside to spread out and relax. Very helpful host team! We were very pleased with all the info and support we received!

While European trips are such a wonderful experience, let's face it, they can be exhausting too. Long flights, crazy airports, hauling luggage... So when we got to Views of Venice, we were finally able to breathe, relax and enjoy our trip. The team made sure we had what we needed to truly appreciate Venice. They set up our transfer to and from the airport, met us at the gate, gave us an overview of Venice and restaurant recommendations. I'm so grateful!
While European trips are such a wonderful experience, let's face it, they can be exhausting too. Long flights, crazy airports, hauling luggage... So when we got to Views of Venice, we were finally able to breathe, relax and enjoy our trip. The team made sure we had what we needed to truly appreciate Venice. The host made getting there a pleasure by sending a private taxi for us straight to the apartment. The apartment was very spacious for our family. It had a lovely courtyard which we know is rare in Venice. It was a nice location in an area with local shops snd restaurants near by but in a more quiet neighborhood which was nice! There were good amenities in the apartment however, we would have appreciated paper towels in the kitchen, but otherwise they had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The last thing was the 4th bedroom did not have AC so it was a bit stuffy (although we were there when there was a heatwave). Perhaps if they had a fan in the room, it would have been more comfortable. Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family!

Très bien situé proche d’une petite place, très sympathique où il y a de bons restaurants La station du Vaporetto n’est à quelques mètres Le jardin est très agréable Nous recommandons cet appartement très bien décoré avec des tableaux de collection

Location was great. Quiet spot of Venice but can still walk 15 minutes or so to main areas. Also a very large space. Lots of bedrooms and a big living room.

Location is quiet but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. About 20-30 minutes to St. Mark’s Square. Easy access to stops for Alilaguna and Vaporetto. Lots of room inside to spread out and relax. Very helpful host team! We were very pleased with all the info and support we received!

What a dreamy palazzo! Just imagining the history of this magical place and the lives of the Loredan family lived inside these walls makes it hard to get out and explore the city. The mezzanine apartment was comfortable, homey and spacious. The location was perfect. Quiet yet close to everything. We will always stay at a Views in Venice location. Thank you Annalisa for making our arrival so effortless.

This is a great property on the Grand Canal. While there is no canal view, there is a small private dock next to the building. It is very centrally located, but also very quiet. The staff was very helpful in getting us taxis and working out logistics. We recommend it very highly.

We loved our stay at this property. We were able to walk to all of the sites and it was also very close to the water bus stops for longer journeys. From the airport, we took a water taxi directly to the private entrance dock for the property (arranged by the host.). This was great so we did not have to wheel our bags on cobblestone or carry them over bridge steps. I highly recommend. Enricka greeted us and gave us a very thorough orientation to the home including maps to get around. Many food and gelato stops within a short walk. Although we did not cook, there seemed to be enough stocked in the kitchen to do so. This property is much larger than the photos portray in the listing. Plenty of room to gather as a family and to separate for down time. If we return to Venice, I would stay here again.

This apartment has stunning views over the Grand Canal from the master bedroom, with an additional terrace overlooking Dorsoduro from the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are light and comfortable. The views are the key here though - got to be one of the best views from a kitchen window I have ever seen! Despite it being on the Grand Canal it is still quiet and peaceful. Each bedroom has an ensuite, but only one of these has a shower - the rest are baths. There is another shower room, but it is quite a tight fit using the shower. Shame, as a shower in the en-suites would make it perfect. Not a massive issue though.

This apartment is spectacular! It is located in a historic palazzo right on the grand canal. The rooms are clean and furnishings are a mix of antique pieces and comfortable modern furnishings. The AC works great, an important feature for June in Venice. The location in Dorsoduro is perfect - 15 min walk to St Mark's Square but a residential, less crowded feel. The owners / management company helped us arrange for transport to and from the apartment and met us at check in to go over a few things. This was invaluable to us after a long day of travel. Highly recommend!

I have never stayed in an apartment in Venice before and this exceeded my expectations, which were quite high. I chose the apartment for its cosiness (January stay), with lower ceilings than many others, and warm wooden floors. The heating was excellent, the living room warm and welcoming and the bed very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever and would definitely stay here again. Nothing
