Overall, this is a good hotel. The view from our room was memorable, right out onto the Spanish Steps! I gave a lower mark because it is very hard to find the hotel as there is barely any signage. The entrance is actually on the 3rd floor and there is a very strange way to get there involving 2 different elevator keys. The area is great with many food and shopping options close by. The bathrooms are small and there is no wash cloth. Overall, a good hotel.

A séjourné 4 nuits

I really wanted to love this hotel due to its location right on the Spanish Steps and the small balcony overlooking them. However, the tiny room smelled of sewer that seemed to emanate from the shower drain that housekeeping daily covered with the floor mat (so they were aware). The door to the room was super hard to open (had to slam your body against it to open) and the rubber stripping actually fell off from around the door. The ac worked but blew super hard on the bed which would get cold then you’d turn off and the room quickly warmed up. And the closet door was elevated about three feet from the ground and you had to use a stick to try and fish out a hanger to hang clothes. Very strange set up. The hotel staff seemed to always be right out side our room and loud in the early morning with perpetual mopping/bumping our door despite us only seeing one other visitor the entire four days we were there. Overall a strange vibe. Very convenient to the metro.
