Valet included in resort fee made things very convenient. Staff at Brew were so pleasant food was fresh. Room service was a bit delayed but improved throughout stay. Cleaning of room was consistent.

I loved the room and the location. Before heavy traffic hours, this location is 15-30mins away from the main hot spots in LA. I liked the valet parking but it was not included in the price. Valet parking is $20 a day and you HAVE to pay for it due to their being no self parking lot. i didn’t like that part.

Everything was nice. Nice big bathroom in the bike suite. Water pressure was good, the shower head has some issues as we couldn’t get the rainfall to turn off completely but it’s not a deal breaker, just hard to shower if you don’t want to get your hair wet. You’re basically forced to use their valley parking as self parking is a fair walk away but I never had problems getting my car in a fair amount of time using their car request method via my phone. But of course there’s tipping the valet every time you come back and leave so that alone was a little chunk of change. Check-in was fast and easy, staff was excellent. Room was nice! The couch in the bike suite we stayed in had an unfortunate crusty spot on a few of the cushions which was quite disturbing but the linens were clean and crisp. The fold out couch was about what you’d expect. Not great but not horrible either. The one thing that bothered me was that there was someone in the room across the hall or near the wing of the hotel that was willing to pay the $260 fine for smoking in their room and the smell was permeating into the hallway and into our room. Bike suite had a large closet as well.

The hotel was very clean and loved that valet parking was included in the resort fee, as parking at other hotels was as high as 80 dollars a night. There were quite a few restaurant options right in the hotel, making it convenient to dine without leaving. We stayed in the bike suite and it was very spacious and I loved that there was a separate bedroom from the living area. There were one and half baths and the full bathroom was very impressive. If I ever make it back I the LA area, I would definitely stay here again.

Never had hot water in bath sinks. Sometimes had hot water in shower. Tub always had hot water, but drain was broken and wouldn't hold water. Lighting very poor in bathroom. Valet was fast and friendly. No room service during hours the restaurant was closed. "Grab and Go" cafe was 30 minutes due to the line and slow food prep. Prices were reasonable. Carpet and furniture in the room was dirty.

I liked how spacious the room was. I disliked how dirty the counter and sinks were. Hair and stains all over. There was pink mold in the bottom of the shower. The mattress pad had a lot of stains and hair. The room was also dusty.

Staff were cordial and helpful. The Bike has everything you need in one place. Sushi, ramen, bar food,seafood, mexican food, and of course the breakfast cafe. The only draw back was that our room didnt have a microwave. You can store drinks and cold foods in the mini fridge though. My wife and i had a wonderful honeymoon and the bike was very accommodating.

The place was clean and quiet just about the entire time. Most of the space on the ground floor was dedicated to the casino and the restaurants within which made me keep coming down to see what else was around and what I should try next. My only complaint is the walls seemed kind of thin. I could hear just about everything in the hall. It was most noticeable Saturday night hearing things going on outside and downstairs.

Had the bike suite it was great, huge room 1 full bath with huge shower another powder room in the wet bar area. Front desk lady was incredible. The negatives security is on a total power trip asking me questions as I'm simply waiting for a door dash order. The tv channel selection was weak at best, the screen mirror for your phone didn't work.

Wonderful and clean, super accommodating and friendly staff. Spent 8 nights and it was awesome. Nicest bathroom ever also! My only complaint was that we thought we had booked a 'suite' but it was one big room with a table/mirror to divide the bed from the couch. Definitely not a suite.

Reception area was gorgeous; hallways, pool area, room were all beautiful as well. Room and bathroom were large, closet not as much, but lots of drawer space. Mini fridge but no microwave. Service from everyone was very friendly, from reception, to valets, to the bars. Casino is cards only so no roulette, craps, or slots, but not a big deal for me. Only issue we had was mosquito bites while sitting at the brewery bar. I imagine that's an easy fix. Overall very happy with my stay there and would love to go back.

They don’t have enough staffs especially house keeping. Every time when I ask for some daily necessities, they just say they don’t have enough staff and hence need to wait for next day. Even as simply as asking for a bed sheet or bath towel. That is a horrible experience. They even refuse to make the bed if I have my pillow on it. Is this make sense?! Ridiculous! They explained that pillow is a personal belonging. So whenever there is any personal belonging on bed, they don’t tidy up.

We booked a room from Friday to Sunday, right before we got there on Friday night. They informed us there was a plumbing issue and we can’t stay there anymore. We was already in the lobby, they said they sent other guest to other hotels and paid for those guest rooms. We asked them to do the same for us too then, they said they couldn’t try to help us out because we did not pre pay for our room. We asked to taken to a manager but they said there was none working on a Friday night. Don’t stay here, no customer service and shady staff.

Room and bathroom were massive! Room was clean. Only downside is the distance from the city however this was fine for us … about a 15-20min Uber trip. The area around the hotel isn’t the nicest and as 2 females would not feel safe walking around at night. Plenty of food options in the hotel plus supermarket just over the road. Would recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Park Bicycle Casino. It was in a good location close to the freeway. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were spacious. As a note, I would like to say that it took a little while for the shower to get hot, but once it did, it was very relaxing. The bar had good food and there were also other eating options close by. Shopping centers are across both streets and other stores like Target and Walmart were nearby. This casino does not have slot machines, but if you like to play tables games, it is a great option. Lastly, I want to emphasize how nice and accommodating that the staff were. They went out of there way to be friendly, courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back on my next visit to California.
