The pool was not available during our stay which woukd have been great for the kids. The breakfast buffet was great. Great value for what we paid

There are signs that lead you to believe there is a hot tub or whirlpool, but there is none. Also the pool is unheated.

After searching many hotels in both downtown Atlanta and suburbs, we were very pleased to find this great hotel with great rates, in a safe area, and offering free onsite parking. Area hotels are charging ridiculous rates for parking, some as high as $80/night. It's located only a few minutes away from the Perimeter Mall restaurant and shopping district, and the Marta red line. (Purpose of our trip was to visit the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coke). Ms. Suzan and Mr. Jamahal provided an excellent welcome. They also checked in with us twice via text to see how the stay was going and if we needed anything. The room was very clean & sanitary. The hotel offers a full, free breakfast from 6:00a to 10:00a. I highly recommend this property. When going back to Atlanta we will definitely stay at this property again.

We were there for a family reunion. The staff was extremely accommodating and our rooms were perfect. But, the family was very disappointed that the pool was closed the entire time that we were there after having been told it would be open. We were extremely disappointed.

Overall a great stay. Very friendly & helpful staff. Nice clean rooms that appeared new. One of the two elevators were broken during my three-day stay, but was in process of being fixed upon checkout. That was the only small inconvenience. Will be back!

One night family trip to ATL and the hotel was a great. choice. It was near the area we were visiting next day. Parking and breakfasta re free, they have a nice indoor pool. Overall great experience.

Very clean and organized. The breakfast was well catered for and items did not run out. The fitness center is really good. Check-in was a breeze. I will be back

The property itself was excellent, but the friendliness and outgoingness of the staff is what really shined. Also, they had a great fitness center compared to most hotels - which included a dual cable machine, full set of dumbbells (0-50#), cardio equipment, etc. I'd definitely stay here again.

Loved the location! Did not like that the pool was closed for maintenance the whole week we were there and not told and no discount for room. Also first day manager at the desk gave my husband a rolled eye for us taking cream to our room for the room coffee maker. In the middle.of a shower lost all water but was fixed in a couple hours. No milk for breakfast the first morning. Otherwise property was great and convenient for what we needed. Also was charged twice the pet fee but was reimbursed after a phone call. All these things could be corrected but needs work on customer service

My stay was nice. Besides the shampoo and conditioner dispenser falling off as soon as I checked in only to see they were held up by tape. Maintenance came up to put it back and said if it fell again to leave it down until we check out. Hotel staff was super friendly the pool was great and everything else were super clean the gentleman who checked us in was also amazing.

I like how friendly breakfast crew was and that the pool was heated. The room was not as clean. The bathroom I found hair and urine on the toilet. I wish there were microwaves in the room itself too.

Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Overall great place to stay.

Bedding was stained and/or anppearing unclean. Notified staff and it was changed right away. Bathroom could use a better cleaning as well. I did not discuss this with staff and instead used Clorox wipes to wipe everything down.

Overall- I would rate this hotel a 4/5. It was in a great area, convenient to shopping and dinning. Parking was free- which was difficult to find in the Atlanta area. Also free breakfast. I would def stay again. Nothing was negative, but I would say somethings that could have been better. Checking in took a while. Check in is at 3pm, we arrived at 4pm. I was the fourth person in line- the gentleman was nice, but not very talkative. I wish another staff member could have helped check everyone in quicker. Also, in the bathroom I found dental floss left behind from the previous customer. Not a huge deal as it was under the sink on the floor, but leads me to think they don’t clean very well. Overall, nothing terrible. Nice place to stay. Pretty easy drive to the Truist Braves Stadium, would stay there again.

Bed too soft. Didn’t like wall HVAC Loud HVAC and temp was impossible to control

All staff that we encountered were super helpful and friendly. Ola checked us in and Chelsea was at the e desk as we checked out. Both were very friendly and professional. Upon arriving in our room, my husband noticed that the toilet seat was very loose and not stable. He was stepping out to go to the Fri t desk and ask if they had a screwdriver when Stacey was passing by in the hallway. He asked Stacy if he had a screwdriver and he said yes, and. She tughr in and fixed the problem. He also offered to take our luggage cart back downstairs. The beds are comfy with a nice variety of different firmness and thickness pillows. There was a small fridge, but we had to go to the lobby to use a microwave. I didn’t care for the “sliding barn door” that moved between the closet and bathroom. It was almost too heavy for me with a shoulder issue and if someone was getting something out of the closet as another person was exiting the bathroom, the door would slam into them. The heating system was difficult to get set also, but it was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the dining area was pleasant and clean. The food staff was also helpful and friendly. We walked across the parking lot to the Red Pepper Taqueria for dinner. The TVs and music were really loud, but service and food were good. Parking at the hotel was easy and plentiful.

Great location and nice rooms.

I liked everything about my room except for the shower design. Im afraid that in the attempt to be more "modern " youve lost the true function of providing a warm relaxing shower. The fact that i couldn't close my shower door felt so invasive and cold.

The deadbolt on my door would not work and the door would not shut all the way by weight only if pulled so would fine door open often

There were guest that were very loud at 3a.m. The walls are paper thin so I could hear them 2 doors down. My toilet was very slow to flush and looked as though it was going to overflow. Regulation of the air conditioning is problematic because it was rather warm in the middle of the night so we found ourselves waiting on the AC to kick on. Stayed here many times but this may be our last

We slept on the most comfortable mattress in the world!!! The room was so nice and roomy as was the bathroom. Everything was perfect!

I don’t have pillow- I request in front desk and they don’t have any? Rude guy In reception! Throughout the night- no pillows- what kind of hotel is that?

Everything was okay except there was no microwave. Other than that it was great.

My family really enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast was great, lots of options. It was clean, rooms were nice, and it was in a nice area. My only issue is that there was only 1 elevator working the whole weekend which made the line long and lots of waiting for it. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jamal. I would stay here again.

Dawn at the front desk was very hospitable and accommodating. I needed an early check in and she was so helpful, kind and welcoming! The room had all the necessary amenities, the breakfast had many food selections, the bed and pillows provided a good night’s rest. The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet.

Unfortunately i lost my sister while staying at this hotel. I have to commend this hotel on how me and my family were treated. They gave me another room, xhecked on us, had a card signed by the staff at check out. Im thankful so kind people. Caring people. I appreciate each and everyone that had part in this. You guys are AMAZING!

This property is an absolute mess. For a Dunwoody property, I expected more which is the only reason I opted to try it out this time around. Booked a room that included drinks and snacks and the front desk clerk went back and forth with me as if I didnt know what I was talking about even after showing her a copy of my reservation. Then the elevator goes out (apparently a regular occurrence based on the conversagion in the lobby) right after I get to my room...on the 7th floor. I had to walk down to the lobby to leave then when i came in and asked to be moved to a lower floor, I had to walk back up to the 7th floor with the front desk clerk taking the other set of stairs to open the door because he didnt want me to have two sets of keys. After I packed up my stuff, the clerk was still outside at the end of the hallway, I assume to make sure I had left. He never even asked to assist with my bags. I then had to walk back down to the 2nd floor to a handicap room that I specifically avoided when booking. I am beyond pissed off. Im still recovering from a car accident and the 7 flights I had to walk multiple times felt like 700. I booked this room to be close to my business around the corner for the weekend and to avoid the additional stress on my body of driving back and forth multiple times late at night. The joke's on me though because everything currently hurts and I know I'll likely be in pain the rest of the week because of this. Never again.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. At check in I was given a room that had not been cleaned. I went back down and was upgraded which is the only plus. The next morning we went down for breakfast 3 times to find out that the hotel had ran out of food and supplies and had sent one of the staff to Walmart. Upon check in I was asked if I would like daily room service. I stated yes, however my room was never cleaned during my stay

I've stayed here 3 times in the last 4 months and have nothing bad to say! A very safe location, clean (and I'm OCD about cleanliness) and easy, free parking. We go to Truist and Ameris Bank Amphitheatre and it's very convenient! Any staff I interacted with were all friendly and professional. This is now my hotel of choice when attending events in the area!

We arrived at hotel and they sid not have our rooms that we paid in advance for. They found a room for my kids but did not have a room for my wife and I. The first attempt to assign a room failed because the card reader was dead and we could not enter the room. Eventually, one hour and fifteen minutes later, they found us a room at 1am in the morning but it did not have all the amenities that we paid for. The staff was clueless.

Our stay here was excellent. The view from our room was wonderful. Location is good. Two restaurants within walking distance. Easy on off from freeway. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was great. Everything was clean and comfortable.

really poor access. Atlanta is a nightmare to drive in but finding this hotel is just hard. The only direct access is a right-in-only one-way driveway with no sign. Ditto the side access that takes you through an office building parking lot. The hotel itself is fine. Once you figure out how to get to it.

Clean and convenient hotel located just outside the Perimeter. Great dining and shopping in an upscale area of Atlanta.

Great location, central to major roads and shopping centers. Modern and well-kept in appearance.

Very basic. No lotion, shower cap,tissue, etc. Breakfast was terrible. Out of dark roast coffee, no eggs, hash browns, They were obviously not ready to serve at 8:30 am. People standing and wait for food

Location is amazing. The breakfast could be a little be better. More eggs and fruit options.

We had a great short stay. Full breakfast was great as well.

Breakfast area was out of over 75% of the items including coffee.

Great location, bed was confortable. The only thing that could have been better was the breakast hours. Wish it was open until 10 am instead of 9 am
