Just spent a very relaxing 3 weeks at Villa Eris.However….several things disappointed us with the Villa.Sky news was the only British channel on the satellite tv.The very inviting swimming pool,although heated, was still far too cold for us. I did offer to pay to have the heating turned up a little more, but got no response.Non of the internal doors closed properly, causing bedroom and bathroom privacy issues.The main bedroom was damp.We assume that the a/c was coin operated but had no instructions for that, or indeed, for anything else in the property.Also a little updating would be beneficial.We did enjoy our holiday in Puerto Del Carmen and will definitely be back but will not be staying at Villa Eris again

Great place to stay. The pool area was excellent and the location only 10 minutes walk from all the resort has to offer. Would love to return again!
