Ok hotel, 7 minuters walk from subway station and some restaurants. The room was nice, pleasant bed although a bit hard. Good water pressure in shower. The hotel serves breakfast, which was adequate (some bread, rock hard butter, cheese, ham, yoghurt, müsli). However there is NO restaurant, and the bar is limited to one beer on tap. They have a small convenience store in the reception area where you can buy some various drinks and candy.

For the purpose of my visit, it is pretty close and convenient to the Allianz Stadium. I like how it had a full kitchen with utensils and stove. The staff are pretty helpful and friendly, they have tried to assist me with my issue with the thermostat. As for the amenities, first the gym, it’s not a full gym. They have one set of heavy dumbbells and I think 2 kettlebells and TRX bands, but no cardio machines, so if you are looking for a good workout during your stay, I do not think you can do it in their gym facilities. Also, I was trying to see if during my booking through Expedia, it showed it has air conditioning, this hotel does not have cool/ cold air conditioning, only thermostat control up to 19 degrees Celsius. Basically, there’s no cold air coming out of the “AC vents” above like your typical air conditioning units, the summer heat was a little insufferable because the rooms do not get cold, but just set at 19 Celsius. The staff tried their best to fix it for me and had transferred me to a different room because my first room was so warm. So luckily, during my visit in Munich, nights were definitely cooler with a light cool breeze, so by the time the sun was gone at around 10pm, I open the window overnight and get some cool air, and by 6am, I close the window and trap the cold air inside which makes it a lot cooler. So, for travelers this summer or people who run hot, do not expect a blazing or traditional AC.

Ich mochte die moderne Einrichtung, die Größe sowie die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Abzug gibt es für widersprüchliche Aussagen zum Preis des Frühstücks. Beim Check-in wurde uns gesagt, es koste 18 € pro Zimmer, bei Check-Out haben wir 18 € pro Person gezahlt.
