Beach front hotel , my first visit to Brazil, it was nice, but the hotel doesn't have car parking which was a pain to finsd a spot, you need to buy parking tickets for each day of your stay, as a tourist, you shouldn't have to deal with all of this, a hotel should have car parking, theycan charge for valet parking, but convenience is important not the cost.

Hotel incrível, muito bem conservado e limpo. Café da manhã com bastante variedade e vista para a praia. Funcionários atenciosos. Só não é nota 10 pela ausência de estacionamento, pois temos que deixar o veículo em vagas de zona azul.

Mind the lift! Someone was coming out of the lift and I was going to step in, but I got stuck between the two doors. I had to use my arms to keep the two doors open. My wrist was sore for one day. I reported the issue at Reception, and thought the incident was taken a bit too lightly. Still, they called a maintenance man who changed the setting, giving enough time for people to go out and inside the lift.

Lovely location in Leme. You can walk on the boardwalk and beach taking in the beautiful view. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The rooftop pool did not look clean and no one was using it. Delicious breakfast buffet.

Fabulous hotel with rooftop pool. I would have given it an excellent score but for a couple of little things. The staff were really lovely, helpful and friendly. The little things that niggled were: no tea and coffee making facilities in room, no drawers to put anything in. No means of drying items. Upstairs there are 6 sunloungers but you can’t use umbrellas over them. And last was the layout of the breakfast area, when it’s busy it’s a bit of a claustrophobic nightmare

Hotel não possui estacionamento, você precisa ficar procurando vaga no entorno, que é muito concorrido devido a praia, ficamos uma hora esperando até conseguir estacionar. Se for de carro, existem opções melhores no entorno. Fomos alocados em um quarto dos fundos e como não tem nenhum isolamento acústico é muito barulhento. Flanelinhas desde 7h da manhã gritando, buzinas e trânsito intenso. Acordamos muito cedo por conta disso. Café da manhã bem simples. Piscina bem pequena e muito suja, engordurada. Local estava cheio, mas as pessoas não estavam utilizando a piscina por conta da sujeira. Tentamos contato pelos canais de atendimento pelo WhatsApp e pelo Instagram, mas fui ignorado.

Estrutura mediana pra boa, faltam alguns detalhes de quarto em termos de conservação, móveis espelho do banheiro com sinais de deteriorização, café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade, piscina do rooftop modesta e sem muito convite pra ir, e academia é apenas um aparelho com uma esteira. Mas em geral um bom hotel.

Love Leme Beach! More quiet and fewer tourists than other beaches there. Arena Leme is a great choice with top service, ideal location, incredible views, and good vibes. Wish the pool and gym were nicer and balconies are small.

It was not clean at all. They change sheets only 2 times during 9 nights stay. All of pipes were clogged at check-in, no cold water at check-in. Breakfast was acceptable. Pool is super tiny. No iron in the room. No napkin in the room. Served food in the deck was very cold and old because they bring from the main restaurant in the main level and they do not bring frequently. Location is awesome, walking score is 100 view is the best. Staffs are respectful and professional.

Quiet end of the beach, so sleep was possible. Bed was comfortable. Lovely beach view from room. Very pleasant staff who communicated in English with us. Fabulous breakfast buffet - had enough options for my husband who has a wheat allergy. Rooftop pool and bar area was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy an amazing view of Copacabana Beach. Cocktails were delicious! Only negative comment - the ceiling in the bathroom had obvious signs of water damage and mildew. Brought it to their attention and they said that they would have maintenence check it out.

Perfekt placering precis vid Copacabana, överlag rent och stabil frukost (om än en aning söt). Mycket trevlig personal. Tyvärr är det lite slitet och balkongdörren går inte stänga (rum 107). Smutsiga gardiner och en AC som inte minskar fuktigheten, bara temperaturen.

No geral o hotel é muito bom. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Só tivemos que trocar o 1° quarto oferecido pois estava com cheiro ruim e a cortina black-out não cobria toda a janela. O 2° quarto oferecido tinha um probleminha no ar condicionado. Funcionava somente na velocidade máxima. Janelas sem isolamento acústico.

This hotel was nothing like the photos provided on Expedia. The room was small, had virtually no view other than of a roof and was noisy being low down on the first floor. The hotel does not appear to have any soundproofing and we could clearly hear people talking in the loft lobby outside our room at 6:30am. There was no hanging space for anything longer than a short top and nowhere for two people to sit other than on the bed. There was also a strange smell from the pillows. The supposedly smart tv would only communicate in Portuguese and the only channel we could watch was CNN. After arriving late evening we went to the bar on the top floor by the pool. We were not offered any menu but ordered a beer and a glass of wine. When we got the bill we had been charged 89 reais for a very ordinary glass of Chardonnay - by far the most expensive drink of our holiday. A good glass of wine at 5 star hotels we have stayed at in was 60 reais and we paid 24 reais a glass at lunch today for a very nice rose so how this downmarket hotel in Rio can charge that amount is beyond me. We actually felt quite uncomfortable in the bar due to other extremely noisy guests and, when we came to leave, we found that the door had been locked and we had to travel down in the service elevator. This was the last straw and although we had paid in advance for 4 nights we checked out after one and went to a proper hotel.

Hotel is solid, a bit outdated. Staff is welcoming. Breakfast is ok, not too fancy. Location is absolutely fantastic, at the quiet area of copacabana. Tip: don’t stay at the lower floors where the street noise may interfere.

I would like to express my appreciation for the hotel's proximity to the beach. There are a few conveniently located convenience stores just a couple of blocks away. The hotel staff was very friendly and the lobby was clean. I stayed in room 807, which had a small balcony. While the balcony was quite small, it was still a nice place to get some fresh air. The room itself was pleasant and had been recently updated. It was equipped with several English channels, as well as YouTube and Netflix. However, there were a few issues with the room. The toilet seat was uncomfortably hard, and the shower leaked. I also found that there were often mosquitoes in the room, even though I kept the windows closed. I couldn't figure out how they were getting in. Additionally, the room was quite noisy. I could hear all the garbage trucks and buses picking up trash in the morning, and every car that passed by. It sounded as if the window was open, but it was not. I could also hear people yelling and talking outside. Therefore, I would not recommend a corner balcony room to anyone seeking a quiet environment. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others. Also the bed was really soft and comfortably 😌
I would like to express my appreciation for the hotel's proximity to the beach. There are a few conveniently located convenience stores just a couple of blocks away. The hotel staff was very friendly and the lobby was clean. I stayed in room 807, which had a small balcony. While the balcony was quite small, it was still a nice place to get some fresh air. The room itself was pleasant and had been recently updated. It was equipped with several English channels, as well as YouTube and Netflix. However, there were a few issues with the room. The toilet seat was uncomfortably hard, and the shower leaked. I also found that there were often mosquitoes in the room, even though I kept the windows closed. I couldn't figure out how they were getting in. Additionally, the room was quite noisy. I could hear all the garbage trucks and buses picking up trash in the morning, and every car that passed by. It sounded as if the window was open, but it was not. I could also hear people yelling and talking outside. Therefore, I would not recommend a corner balcony room to anyone seeking a quiet environment. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others. Also the bed was really soft and comfortably 😌

If I could give this hotel 6 stars, I would! I'll start with warm, friendly and accommodating nature of all of the staff. FELIPE, one of the front desk staff, was phenomenal. Not only was friendly, he took extra time at every interaction to go the extra mile. From dinner suggestions and reservations, to fielding questions about the area(s), booking tours for us and almost always turning the computer around to provide a visual of where we were and where we were going... I hope your superiors pass this along to you, you definitely made our stay THAT much better. Upon our arrival, we were earlier than the properties "2pm" check-in time, but Felipe moved us to a different floor that a room would have been cleaned sooner, gave us 2 drink vouchers for the roof-top terrace and as promised - came down an hour later and got our keys (roughly 12:15pm) The hotel room was exactly as pictured and clean. We had a corner room with beach view and you could see all of Copacabana Beach, it was lovely. Complimentary breakfast was good, nothing too crazy, not underwhelming, ends at 10am. The cleaning lady for our room was so sweet! Always smiling, always did a great job, never been so happy to tip a human being! When trying to decide where to stay, having a gym was a factor for me. Despite being on vacation, I like to get even a quick 45/60 minute workout in, daily. The gym at the facility EXISTS, but is quite small and sliiightly underwhelming. Highly recommended! Will be back!

Our stay wasn't worth the price. We were expecting more. Floors and mirrors were dirty when given the room. Housekeeping was friendly and cleaned room. Good location in front of the beach, very safe area. Taxis were always accessible which was very convenient.Water bottles that were in the room fridge were not complimentary. It would had been nice to know. We wanted to extend our check out time but that want possible. Hotel clerk said our room was booked but we could extend our stay for $300+ dollars more. Which was ridiculous for staying 7 hours extra.

This has everything one needs and more for a solid stay at a good price. It will exceed your expectations. That said, the BEST thing is the staff! They are amazing. The front desk can get busy but they are always so incredibly nice and helpful. Igor and the young female concierge with the beautiful long hair are first class all the way, as are all others I met in my 5 night stay.

The location and breakfast were excellent. However, several issues made the stay frustrating. Be careful not to take the water bottles from the refrigerator—there’s a steep charge, with no warning about it. If I had known, I would have bought a case of water down the street for a fraction of the cost. Even though housekeeping did not clean the room daily or replenish water, I was charged for four bottles every day for five days. The shower stall was poorly designed, so the water didn’t drain properly. After I raised the concern, they moved us to another room and admitted it was a design flaw rather than a drain issue. The new room had the same drainage problem, though slightly better. On top of that, the house phone in the new room didn’t work. They promised an IT technician would fix it on Monday, but no one ever came before we checked out.

This hotel is perfectly located, beach right in front. Various restaurants, shops and bars. The hotel is right by Pos1 1. The rooftop bar is excellent , facing the beach, small pool but who needs a pool of you have the beach right in front you. Close access to everything. Drive from GIG airport 35/40 minutes. Close to Sugarloaf and Cristo Redentor 10 minutes drive with traffic. When are searching for location on Expedia include LEME.

Hotel is great. Comfortable and very safe. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help you. Breakfast is good but layout can make the room a little chaotic with guests bumping into each other. Room is comfirbake and shower has great water pressure. Soap, shampoo and body wash smells great. The location is the best. Leme is a quiet district a few steps from Copacabana. So if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable hotel to sleep close to the action in Copacabana, Arena Leme is the place to stay.

We've stayed at many Rio hotels over the years, and unfortunately hotels in this world-class destination can often seem indifferent. They tend to be dated, not perfectly kept up, in need of cleaning, noisy, or with half-hearted service, a classic Rio complaint. Arena Leme was different. Everything crisp, new, clean, well maintained up. Service attentive and courteous. No need to even mention the fabulous views and location in the quietest corner of Copacabana /Leme beach, which still means it's buzzing with activity. Well done, Arena.

There are many cafes, pharmacies and supermarkets close by and literally a min walk away from the beach. Staff is nice and friendly and most if not all of the front desk staff speaks English.

Fabulous hotel with rooftop pool. I would have given it an excellent score but for a couple of little things. The staff were really lovely, helpful and friendly. The little things that niggled were: no tea and coffee making facilities in room, no drawers to put anything in. No means of drying items. Upstairs there are 6 sunloungers but you can’t use umbrellas over them. And last was the layout of the breakfast area, when it’s busy it’s a bit of a claustrophobic nightmare

Hotel was spotless, service was excellent, onsite breakfast was delicious and buffet style. The rooftop restaurant had a slightly different menu than the first floor restaurant and although the service was a bit slow the paella’s were delicious. And the bread pudding we had practically every evening. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return one day.

Hotel bom, ótima localização, bar e piscina muito bons. Deixa um pouco a desejar o serviço do café da manhã, reposição demorada, faltam os itens básicos como pão, ovo, frutas e frios. Tem que ficar o tempo todo pedindo pros funcionários fazerem a reposição.
