Hampton Inn & Suites California University-Pittsburgh

Breakfast had no meat and was cleaned up before time. There were random tears in the wallpaper in the room and lobby bathroom. Shower waterpressure was weak

I have stayed here many times. Something has changed since my last visit. The staff was very friendly and my room was clean. Unfortunately, that's where my positive rating ends. My AC was not turned on prior to my arrival (it was a hot day)-a minor inconvenience, but noteworthy. Every vending machine was out of order, and the ice machine on my floor was not working either. When I'm paying what I consider a higher price than other hotels in the area, I think it's ok to expect a little more for my money. Hopefully they can fix the issues.

This is the third or fourth time I have stayed at Hampton inn in coal center I enjoy staying there. I don’t know if it was the beds in the room we stayed in this time but they were very uncomfortable my wife and grandson slept on them but half way through the first night I made a bed on floor…all staff are polite,amazing,friendly and helpful

Staff is great, the hotel is a solid option for the area.

Me and my family was their the weekend of the storm and we stay friday to sunday but left sunday morning. Room was clean due to weather the cleaning peoples did not show which was great that the hotel cares for their staff and not risk their life coming to work in that nasty storm. The pool was great only problem was their was a birthday party and the parents of two boys left the boys alone at the pool which one slide doen the pool rale and hit his head on the low end by the stairs and lucky me my husband and daughter was their and me as a care giver we saw what happen rush to see if he was hurt or bleeding, went to front desk and gave details of how the mom looks and he told me where i can find them. Lets just say no matter what age do not leave your kids unattended doesn't matter if other peoples are there i mean we love and protect all kids no matter what just in future reference not all peoples are like us and ect. Other then that we enjoyed our stay and will be looking forward to come back again.
