Well maintained facility with a nice breakfast.

There’s an area out front where the dumpsters are kept. That needs to be cleaned up.

Well maintained dog park. The Suite at twice the regular rate per night room was ok if you are comparing it to a Ramada or perhaps the Red Roof Inn … kitchenette excluded paper towels, no cloths to wipe. most lamps inside did not work. Entry lighting in ceiling did not work. No Kleenex anywhere. No clock of any kind Why was room so expensive? This rate in Tallahassee Hilton on a disaster trying to escape hurricane Milton in Sarasota. Just Awful. Can I get my money back?

We selected this hotel as it has electric vehicle chargers (EV Chargers). Well, they do have chargers, but there is no way to charge your vehicle for two reasons: 1) all the chargers are broken, even the two Tesla chargers 2) Most of the time we were there, large trucks were parked in the EV charger parking spots, and no-one in the hotel seems to care. The hotel is poorly maintained; the rooms and bathrooms are "run down," the shower curtain is hanging partially off the wall, the hot water takes forever to come warm, and the refrigerator is entirely rusty and dirty. Do not come here, especially if you have an EV!!

Me an my Family stayed here because we had a football camp at FSU, all I can say is I picked a great place to stay when I was on my phone in Clemson SC the week before. Very safe I had to scan my key card to enter the building after a certain time, you even have to scan your key card to use the elavators. The breakfast was decent the staff was amazing the rooms are amazing, only thing they charge for parking if you are there for 2 days or more wish I would of known that but besides that everything was perfect. Definitely would stay here again.

Courteous, responsive staff. I liked the gym. All the equipment was working & maintained well. The breakfast had a very good variety of proteins & carbs. Overall very impressive.

Wouldn't stay again. The room was much older and everything was pretty dirty. Others' hair in the tub, the fridge had smudges all over it, the floor was so dirty that our stocks were sticky and black by the end of a couple of hours of walking around in the room, the bed and pillows were lumpy, it smelled musty and it took the shower about 30 minutes of running time to get warm. The only plus was that there are a lot of plugs.

Shower was dirty and shower gel dispenser did not work. There were multiple hairs on the shower walls, which tells me they did not even bother to rinse it off never mind properly clean. Room 320 if management is interested. This is my second stay at Hilton properties this month and both properties were not well kept.

On the surface it appeared to be a nice hotel. However, the rooms were filthy. My kids took their shoes off and after 5 minutes or running around, the bottoms of their feet were black. Additionally, the water was lukewarm at best. Nothing like a cold shower in a filthy room after 8 hours on the road. I mentioned this upon checkout and was promised a call from the hotel manager. A week later and I’ve still been unable to get a hold of anyone noteworthy. Not what I expect from a Hilton at $200 per night.

Flies in the room and the unit was not cleaned properly. Found used soap with pubic hairs which is completely gross.HIrs found in bathroom sink and floor.

The hotel was worn down, there were stains on the sheets and towels and crumbs, hair and dirt in the floors, counters, and in the pull out. When we asked for a new room we were told there were none. So we asked for new sheets which we were given but which were also stained. When we then opened the extra bedding to try and make the best of it there was a live bug in the bedding. At that point we asked for a full refund (which has yet to arrive) and left the hotel and stayed at the Hyatt which was much better.

While we just needed a place to lay our heads at night during college move-in weekend, our room was in such poor quality, it was very uncomfortable to stay in. The moisture level/humidity far exceeded the outside, it never dried out despite of AC blowing hard. Black mold all over bathroom ceiling, and the shower barely got warm unless you ran sink water simultaneously. It was incredible stuffy, moldy and very uncomfortable. Will not stay here again.

Upon checking in the system was down . They checked us in via paper way. No air in the main hallways. The room was nice however the bathroom shower had mold the whole way around it. The drain in the shower was clogged and was very slow to drain. The air conditioner kept going off and had a hard time coming back on. Breakfast was not out until right on the dot at 0700. Very big inconvenience for people who are traveling and are up at 0600.

My experience at Home2 Suites in Tallahassee, Florida, was regrettably the least satisfactory hotel stay I have encountered. Upon arrival, I discovered that my room was not adequately cleaned; I found a live cockroach on the countertop and a deceased one in the bed. To compound the issue, the air conditioning unit malfunctioned during the night and remained inoperable for an entire day. Additionally, the second floor was pervaded by an unpleasant odor emanating from the trash receptacle, which the housekeeping staff failed to address throughout my stay. Overall, I did not find my experience at this establishment to be enjoyable.

The room was barely clean. If you looked in the edges at all it was dirty. Especially the bathroom. The hall carpet had big stains. I didn't feel comfortable here at all.

Very spacious rooms. Well maintained and clean. Confortable beds and pillows. Kitchen was a great convenience, with the full size refrigerator. Our room didn't include a stovetop but we didn't need ii so we didn't request it. Breakfast was fully stocked, good quality, several options, enough space to seat during breakfast. The area is close to the Capitol. Abundat parking spaces for the hotel. Several restaurants in front of the hotel, within the same parking lot, no need to cross the street.

6 AM the room above us a child running back-and-forth for three hours until they left Pookie did not work had to go in second key did not work. Had to reach over the gate as well as everyone else entering the pool area. Check out was at noon received two knocks before 11 AM and someone tried to come in the room. Housekeeping. I had a child staying with me and we had the do not disturb sign on our door.

Hard bed

Modern and spacious rooms with all we needed (full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, etc.) for an extended stay. The surrounding area felt safe. Convenient to dining, shopping, and main highways. Nice breakfast. The only downside was the thin walls-- we heard everything. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The shower water was completey not hot one day-- and the other days it was lukewarm The floors are thin because you an hear every step above you and the slamming doors at 6am in unacceptable . Quiet close doors are needed

Huge room, and excellent breakfast

Room was on third floor and people staying above us were loud stomping on floor late at night. There was a small leak / water dripping from ceiling in bathroom. Stopped leaking so we didn’t have to switch rooms.

The mattress was not good at all, you felt the springs. The rest was fine.

We had a nice stay. The staff was great and the setup was good for those using a wheelchair. I think they just need to work on the a/c unit for the room I was in as it took forever to cool down and I was on the first floor.

This is an excellent hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay (wish it could have been longer). The beds, pillows were super comfy and the room was clean as a whistle. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future

The property is nice. We arrived 20 minutes early and although our room was ready, we would be charged $10 if we wanted to check in early. Not what I expect from a Hilton property. So much for customer service.

Booked a stay here because it was close to the Florida State campus. It also had plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We arrived late with our kids to be welcomed by a young man smoking pot in front of the hotel by the fire. The lady at the desk was wearing a mask with a picture of an attack dogs mouth and teeth. A little strange but she was friendly. The room was large which was nice. The beds although listed as queens seemed small and were not the most comfortable but not horrible. We took a shower the next morning and it was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. The water barely came out and in different directions (Shower head needs replacement ) but that wasn't the bad part. It was either a scolding hot shower or an ice cold shower, absolutely nothing in between. No kidding, I tried everything. Needless to say, very quick showers. We went down for breakfast and it was okay, had decent selections and they were very friendly. Later that day I mentioned to the same lady with the dog mask the issues we had with the shower, she replied with sorry. Not, let me have housekeeping or maintenance look at it or would you like to try another room?? Not good customer service for sure. Same shower experience the next morning. Overall, not a great experience and we will not choose this hotel when we come back in June or in the future.

Major safety risk! Stayed for two nights. First night went okay, but on the second night, a random man claiming to be the building’s security repeatedly knocked on our door at midnight! We immediately called the front desk and they did absolutely nothing! They simply said they don’t have a security guard and that we shouldn’t open the door for the man. Are you kidding me?! The man left after a few minutes, but the staff did absolutely nothing to put our minds at ease. They did not come to check on us to see if we were okay, did not check the cameras to locate the man after he left our door, nothing! The man obviously had nefarious intentions, as there were only females in the room. I am just disgusted by their lack of concern for the safety of their guests. Due to this and several other things that happened during our stay I absolutely do not recommend!

The breakfast leaves a bit to be desired but did the job. The hotel's proximity to a few restaurants and the local university makes it a great option.

Way overpriced for the stay, wasn't impressed with the area but close to the hospital. The shopping centers by it were very dirty. Hotel was average.

Adequate, OK hotel. I’ve stayed at a few Home 2 Suites and this one didn’t quite meet the standards of the others. All but two of the electrical outlets in the room did not work, toilet seat lid was broken, blankets were ripped and threadbare. Breakfast was pretty bad. Overall, it was f, but I will probably not stay here again.

Nice full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Near lots of restaurants.

Great location to FSU - clean inviting , modern - great breakfast included , kitchen in room was awesome - even a dishwasher . All at a reasonable price for our stay! Will stay again when my daughter starts FSU in the Fall!

Very disappointed in the quality of this Hilton property. Room and bathroom were dirty. Breakfast was disappointing. Additionally, after getting my cereal and searching for a spoon, I was told the kitchen was out of spoons. I did note that there were many in the used utensil bin, as did the breakfast room staff, however, they did not replenish the spoons. The breakfast selection was very disappointing. I do not recommend this location

I was surprised that the breakfast attendants did not have the hot egg selections readily available. We waited almost 30 minutes for fresh omelets.

Liked the spaciousness of the room. The breakfast was good. Lots of varieties to choose from. Would recommend.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Next time I will walk to Starbucks for breakfast though.

The reason my family and I use Home2 Suites is for the consistency in the quality that is delivered. This was the exception, the place just looked beat up. The tub didn’t drain, the lavatory drain didn’t operate properly, the board at the front desk said there would be waffles at breakfast and there wasn’t. It was just an overall disappointment.
