Be aware since I didn't see it listed anywhere that this is a VALET only parking hotel. There is no regular parking. This does make it tough when you're on a time constraint BUT that being said the hotel was nice, the staff was great.

Property was very nice itself and conveniently located near the Cleveland Clinic. I like that they have a shuttle, but we walked some of the time. The onsite restaurant and bar is nice, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the mornings. I do not like that they don’t have hotel parking unless you’re willing to pay for valet. We had to park at the Cleveland clinic garage and walk back. Would stay again, but really don’t like the parking situation. Nice onsite gym, pool and sauna as well.

EVERY person I talked to was super nice. The room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed. The gym was a great experience. It did NOT smell like body order and plenty of machines and dumbbells to use.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was amazing. Restaurant had good food. Full bar as well. The entire pool was only 3 ft deep. Within walking distance to Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. Only valet parking onsite. Otherwise you have to park across from main campus and carch a shuttle back to the hotel.

The valet parking is $25 a night and you have to wait like 30 minutes even if you call ahead of time. I missed my dinner reservation waiting on my valet. Why charge so much for valet (mandatory pretty much) if the service is poor.

The hotel itself was fine, however, I found the parking itself to be very frustrating and inconvenient. They only offer valet parking for $25, if you don't want that, you park 15 min walk away for $10 in the garage of Cleveland Clinic.

Holiday Inn Cleveland clinic is located about two blocks from the main campus. A shuttle is available for Guest to take you to the hospital starting at 4:15 AM. This was a great service and provided ease of mind of getting to the hospital. Valley parking is available, and we chose to use that so we didn’t have to deal with driving and parking every day. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the pillows great for sleeping. The only thing I wish they would add is better Wi-Fi and a greater selection of channels on TV. Other than those two items, it was a great stay

Liked its proximity to the Cleveland Clinic. Did not like the area around it. Not a very safe side of town however they exist for the Clinic and it was a short walk, 7 minutes. Only had one encounter requesting money or food. Room was dirty, noisy and toilet seat nearly came off. I did secure it. Shower was very difficult to adjust temperature. Could not get a bill to actually what I was charged. Just told it would be sent to me, too late to dispute if necessary.

The shuttle and the shuttle drivers were wonderful. The hotel restaurant was terrible and I had to switch my room after seeing a bed bug on my pillow. The bathroom and floor of the new room were not clean. I would not recommend staying there for the price.

Amazing hotel and wonderful staff. The room took a while to cool off but was quite nice. I loved it will be back. Staff told me that they would set the thermostat at a certain temperature when requested.

Room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was also well lit, which important to me. Room cons: bathroom outlet did not work, room was missing iron, and safe did not work. Hotel seems understaffed, especially in the restaurant. Restaurant staff seemed more focused on non-customer tasks than serving guests. Had breakfast at the restaurant. They did provide a small pot of coffee right away but getting silverware and napkin for buffet was challenging. My husband took coffee pot to my visible waitress for refill and she said she would get more after folding napkins. More staff and more training seem needed. Otherwise staff was very pleasant and helpful.

All of the staff I encountered were friendly (except for the check-in/check-out staff). Valet, Restaurant and Cafe staff especially, provided excellent customer service. Room and hallways was very clean and bright and appeared well maintained. My only issue with the room was that the mattress was kind of “saggy” and not very comfortable.

Just know that you will pay a valet charge per night. For us, that fee was $25 dollars per night. Not something that should deter you from staying here but something you should know when booking. Also, because of the parking, you should be prepared to meet your Uber eats/door dasher outside of the hotel. With that said, the room was nice, the bathroom was beautiful. The wifi was spotty but, regardless of the few flaws, it was a great place to stay.

Only one person at the front desk at check in, except she wasn't at the desk, she was across the aisle, stocking up the lobby store. Did not acknowledge me in any way. Front desk staff wasn’t as friendly as my prior staff. Housekeeping only refreshed my room once during my entire stay. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. The experience was different from my first visit. The buffet staff was wonderful. Very friendly and professional

Staying here for over two weeks was truly such a great stay. All the staff here are phenomenal, Rhi at the front desk, by far is truly so great and made changes in our stay so easy for us. The shuttle is so great to have back and forth to the clinic. 10/10!

The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient for the clinic with shuttles running to and from the clinic all the time, you never have to wait long for one to get you to and from appointments. The area is not the greatest especially after dark. Watch yourself.

I was there to visit my Mom in a memory care place. This was a great respite, and it seems like it was for all the Cleveland Clinic patients' family members I met at the lovely, friendly, high quality bar/restaurant in the lobby as well. Best burger and house chardonnay ever, at a really reasonable price. And every staff person I interacted with was lovely. Definitely returning!

In addition to the excellent service received, I want to bring special attention to the restaurant on property. I enjoyed the best meal of my stay in Cleveland right inside of the hotel. During my stay in Cleveland, I dined at some amazing venues in downtown Cleveland. None of the venues served the upscaled quality I received at the hotel. The food was so great, I'd travel from Atlanta, Georgia back to Cleveland, Ohio just to eat at the Hotel Restaurant.

Check in easy, restaurant was subpar. Little variets, mostly handhelds and pizza. Little understaffed. Room was ok, footprint indentations on one of the beds, not sure why. Shower floor dirty. Staff very helpful.

Property was very nice itself and conveniently located near the Cleveland Clinic. I like that they have a shuttle, but we walked some of the time. The onsite restaurant and bar is nice, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the mornings. I do not like that they don’t have hotel parking unless you’re willing to pay for valet. We had to park at the Cleveland clinic garage and walk back. Would stay again, but really don’t like the parking situation. Nice onsite gym, pool and sauna as well.

As this property is located on the Cleveland Clinic campus, the staff is well versed in dealing with patients and their families. They are unfailingly helpful and kind. Many options for meals and beverage service. The hotel is a short walk to many of the CC buildings, and there is a CC shuttle service. We will stay here again in the coming weeks.

I have stayed here multiple times and the hotel is consistently nice. Previously there was a over perfumed cleaning smell in the lobby every evening. I noted that in a review and have noticed that this has resolved. They have about every anything on-site you may have forgotten to pack and grab foods not related to the restaurant which is great.
