La Quinta by Wyndham Odessa North - Sienna Tower

Gym is small but staff was excellent and room were decent for a traveling man

Friendly staff. Breakfast was not great. Elevator was broken and our room was on the 3rd floor. No discount offered

1 night stay. Stayed on the 4th floor. Water pressure was terrible.

A pretty average stay although the room was clean and comfortable breakfast was a bust- not much variety and salty eggs. The elevators were not working so had to climb stairs to get to room we were directed to aside door for our convenience but the receptionist neglected to tell us the key reader was broken couldn’t go in only out. Wished we’d known this before unloading luggage. As I said at the beginning only a B- or C+ stay

This was by far our worst experience at a LaQuinta. Upon arrival both elevators were out of order. We booked two rooms, opened the door to one of our rooms and was greeted by construction equipment in the room and the room was clearly under maintenance. We were moved to two new rooms. Our king room had a tub shower. The water did not drain properly so when we took showers we would end up standing in 4 inches of water because it would take about 30 minutes for the water to drain. In our double room we returned one afternoon to find ants all over one of our suitcases. This was a very disappointing experience. The only bright spot was the front desk staff. The front desk staff were very pleasant, accommodating and professional. I give the front desk staff 5 stars, but sadly despite the property being fairly new it needs a lot of maintenance help.

The outside of the hotel and lobby were clean And nice. After check-in , the front desk lady informed us the hotel Was having water pressure issues. Told us once we get to our room , check the water. If it wasn’t good let her know and she would swap our room. It wasn’t great pressure but wasn’t bad so we decided to stay in our room. The room wasn’t that clean. Dirty stains on the carpet , dirty stains on the sheets on one of the beds. The bathroom sink, tub and floor was dirty as well. We cleaned up with our sanitizer wipes and called it a night. The next morning we go down to the breakfast area. The worst hotel eggs ever!. The eggs were full of water and salt and the sausages didn’t looked cooked properly. As we try to get showered and ready for the road we noticed the water was hardly coming out of the faucet even none at times. Also , the water didn’t even get warm. We just washed ourselves off the best we could. After we dressed and packed I let the front desk staff know our complaint. After asking for the GM and having to go through 2 other employee , assistant managers I was told I can go to the hotel next to them , also a La Quntia ! They tell me they send people over there for showers if they need to???! Would have been nice to have been told this the night of check in and could have just checked in to that hotel. Probably a cleaner room as well?! You shouldn’t be allowed to rent rooms until your water issues are fixed.

Warning!!! If you’re in a wheelchair, or handicapped, please stay away!! Our room was on the very end of the hall; the absolute opposite side of the hotel of the elevators. So to have a child with cerebral palsy walk that length was out of the question. The room was in a terrible state, from the ac wall gauge not working, the fibers of the carpet coming up a few inches and getting stuck in wheels, to the rusty screw sticking out of the bathroom floor in between the toilet and bath, the shower curtain having holes and stains all over it, to the beds dipping and the pillows being paper thin. Now to the cleanliness of the property…the outside is covered in bird nests and poop, the elevator sounds like it’s about to break and is covered with sticky stuff on the walls and floors, the sheets and towels had hair all over them. It’s like the people that work here just don’t care and don’t understand that they’re in the hospitality industry.

You could just push the door open from the hall. There were only 2 towels for a 2 queen room. The next room we were transferred to was in disrepair. Water pressure was like a drip, the shower handle was falling off the sliding door and the shower bar was very rusty. Really disappointed with the condition since it had an 8.6 rating.

The overall cleanliness was top tier. The customer service was great to check in but so-so on check out. Major problem was the water and water pressure…. THERE WAS NONE!!! It was a trickle of water in the morning and I do mean trickle. There was more water coming out of my water bottle! Just horrible! No explanation on check out. No , let me see what we can do about your stay or next stay!

Easy check in. Low water pressure and room was 83 when walked it ar 10pm.

The desk staf was very good. The rooms were dirty, the shower had not been cleaned and there was used soap in it. The pillow cases had blood on them and the bed had hair in it. It was made but dirty.

The cleaning condition was very poor. In particular, the floor and bathroom were very dirty. I would not go there again and would not recommend it.

Beautiful hotel clean rooms great staff

Faded TV, broken fridge, non-working ice machine, shower door didnt close all the way, office chair was torn up, and found a dead cockroach in the bathroom.

Please avoid this hotel at all cost. Housekeeping did not clean our room. They just made the bed and made everything look organized. There were stains all on the bed along with hair all over the pillows. It was absolutely disgusting. I was traveling with my two small children and it was absolutely unsanitary. When I called the front desk to complain, all they did was offer new sheets and I had to change the bed myself. Another room was not even offered. Please do not stay here if you are wanting clean conditions.

The room in which we stated was atrocious. It had not been cleaned. There wa black spots on the pillow case..pink bacteria in the shower, the mattress cover was ripped, I wiped down the door and had a ton of dust. Still waiting to hear back from the manager. I definitely would not stay here.

It’s spring break and we took a road trip all across Texas. We’ve stayed in various La Quintas the entire week and had nothing but incredible experiences. Until this one. Believe the reviews! The housekeeping DOES NOT change the bedding they remake used beds! We had someone’s stinky dirty socks in our bed then had to do their jobs for them and change the bedding ourselves and then we found a bedbug in the bed! IF YOU CHANGED SHEETS MAYBE YOU WOULDNT HAVE BUGS THAT IS SO NASTY!!! The man working overnight was amazing and super nice. The ladies and management the next day were awful and rude. We left and stayed at the Hilton (so much better please go there instead!) and got a refund, we will def not be back in our future trips. Absolutely unacceptable and vile. I’ll attach photos of the disgusting conditions.

Keys didn’t work, a lot of dirt at the entrance of the door, no power inside the room, pills on the floor, and to top it off was old food in the microwave. Terrible experience. I immediately requested a refund and found a different hotel a few miles down the road that didn’t have these problems,

Bed was very uncomfortable, had to change rooms due to AC ISSUE. The second room was ok, the stiff hard plastic shower hose was horrible and made taking a shower very bad. Very cheap and dollar store for this type of hotel.

No remote in room . Shower was dirty and door made loud noise when closing

It was great except the room was freezing cold when we checked in. The toilet paper holder is too far from the toilet

The experience was not very exciting. The room was hot making the stay uncomfortable. The hallways were also very Hot.

Experience was great from check in to checking out. Rooms were clean and the queen beds are plus.

The overall stay was great. The customer service at the front desk was awesome. They were polite, and made sure that my reservations were correct! Amanda, Rebecca, Karla were phenomenal. They took care of my staff and my team!

Everyone in the office was amazing and helpful.

Horrible service paid over 600 and my room was never serviced even tho I submitted a request over 3 times.

The front clerk to help was great and really nice and professional. Our second night there was a belligerent guest in i'll wait down from us. The man was cursing and talking loud, slamming doors through the hallway at one o'clock in the morning. This is so disrespectful & a disturbance. I called the front desk and made a complaint. However, he started back doing the same thing again moments later. At this point he should have been asked to leave. Again this is disrespectful and unacceptable for other guests who are trying to rest.

Had a few problems with rooms. Had to be moved and maintenance staff was not working due to christmas weekend. Breakfast was shut down early in Christmas Eve morning after we’d been told it wouldn’t be. Hotel staff was very friendly and courteous.

Open well lit lobby, quick check in, very good breakfast with multiple options. May I suggest extra blankets be available in rooms! Will go back to La Quinta next trip!

The room was beyond clean, both ppl at the desk were kind and helpful. Anna had a wonderful breakfast set out nothing was missed I'm a bacon girl and Anna made sure i had enough. I love the noon check-out. I was also traveling with 2 cats and wasn't charged an arm and a leg as the Hilton tries. I WILL be staying again. It was Awesome.
