when checking in rep failed to acknowledge me - he was on the phone which seemed like forever... others began to come in and wait - again, not acknowledging us until after the phone conversation. otherwise - it was a good stay. we utilitize this hotel when we come into town once or twice a year. All other reps were fantastic. Hotel is clean. Food is fresh. MP

Lots of yummy choices for Breakfast and the coffee - which is important to me - is always fresh. My room was clean and comfortable, and I love the giant mirror in the bathroom that has a makeup mirror light built in. I have stayed here before and will stay again.
