The property looks nice, new and modern. However, our sheets were dirty and no one changed them. We called the front desk and someone showed up at the door, gave us sheets and left. So we had to make the bed ourselves. THERE’s NO HOUSEKEEPING!! Yet there’s a card to leave a tip for the cleaner - makes no sense. Our sheets also were not correctly placed on the bed. The fitted sheet did not fit the bed and was inside out. The bed was very uncomfortable. I woke up with back and neck pain each morning. The dinner lounge and very limited options but there are many nice restaurants in the area, so it didn’t mater to us. We had breakfast at the buffet and the pastries were delicious, thought the eggs tasted weird. We were able to find delicious breakfast restaurants around in the surrounding towns. Overall, it was a place to sleep for a couple of nights but I would not stay there again. No housekeeping is a deal breaker for me. The pool is tiny and was also very COLD.

We liked it! The proximity to the train, Salem, Boston, etc. was tough to beat. It was clean and comfortable. One thing to keep in mind: parking is in the parking garage, which is VERY close by. I saw a few people get nasty with the front desk staff about the lack of parking, but the garage is nearby and the hotel validates.

Beautiful property with modern and updated rooms. All amenities needed. Room wasn’t ready at the time I requested / confirmed. Keyless check in is useless as you have to stop by the front desk to activate. Power went out for 2 hours and there was no communication from staff on what happened. We were stuck on 4th floor with a family member with an injured knee who couldn’t do stairs. Panic attack ensued.

Indoor pool was so disgusting that it was unusable, the detachable shower head in my room was leaky, sprayed everywhere and was difficult to use, everyone that worked there looked miserable and annoyed when spoken to, the shared microwave on my floor was dirty, and the ice machine was broken and slimy. Front desk told us to go two floors up for ice. One of my most horrible hotel experiences.

Quality continues to deteriorate. No housekeeping staff available after 5 pm. Rooms not clean with visible damages involving walls, furnishings and fixtures. Attempted to speak with management. No one supposedly available. Staff took message for manager to contact us but no one ever did.

My room was dirty. Had to have maid come vacuum hair and dust off the floor. The bathroom door was broken. Was fixed by hotel after I mentioned it but metal shavings, paint dust and screw was left on floor. Sheets on my bed were torn too. Bar was closed all weekend and my family was hoping to gather there for a drink before going to dinner. Really disappointing.

The room was in rough shape. One light I’m mirror was out, floor tiles loose, towels threadbare, wallpaper in room shredded on wall, lampshades bent and disfigured. Really shoddy. This hotel is not being maintained well. At all.

The hotel was nice and looked new. The double queen bedroom was spacious and clean. The thing that definitely made the experience a little worse for me was that the shower was clogged so badly that by end my shower I felt like I was standing on a bathtub, which to me was gross. I even tried to turn off the water in the middle to let it drain but it was really slow going. The front desk staff was great.

The hotel in my opinion was great with excellent service. The cleanliness was excellent as well. This hotel is conveniently located near our preferred restaurants. They were an under 5 minute walk. I was even able to go to the Lifetime Fitness gym. The only inconvenience about the restaurants was that they closed at 10:00pm. The hotel is also a short drive from Boston-Logan airport. This of course depends on traffic.

A couple of other things I liked were the size of the room, the fitness center (it’s 24/7), the pool, the parking garage and cost, and there are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. Check-in was very quick. The room was very clean and quiet, with all the amenities offered. The area around the hotel is very nice and safe, with all the necessary dining, transportation (buses and trains are a 5-minute walk away), and parking (13 US dollars a day). Highly recommended. I really enjoyed my stay at the AC Hotel in North Boston. The hotel was very clean, modern and the rooms very very spacious. I dined at the bar/restaurant and the food was very good. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The access to parking and the T couldn’t be beat. I was in town to attend some events at Tufts and it was a very easy, quick access location from the hotel. Will be staying here in the future.

We stayed for an extended weekend. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful, especially Ari who took the time to not only explain but write down directions on using the T which is extremely close. The hotel is a short uber or ride on the T to everything. The only issue we encountered is the rooms could be sound proofed better, on our 2nd night the guests above us had heavy footed vhildren constantly running and thumping all hours of the night, The staff was very courteous and quick to help (we acrually heard them knock on the upstairs neighbors door!) which sadly only stopped the noise from them for a bit which obviously is not something staff can prevent. The hotel is very clean and bartenders make a good drink in the lobby bar. The $21 breakfast was overpriced in my opinion especially with so many other options close by, but service was exceptional. We will be back.

We came into town a day earlier than planned and the hotel we had reserved was full, so we booked a room here and it was GREAT! This was a much nicer property than the one we had the following night, and we were bummed that we hadn't booked the AC Marriott instead. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff inside the dining area saw that we had everything we needed. The front desk associate was very helpful in marking paths on the map and providing us with information on how/where to use the subway trains, which was a first for us. We also received tickets to visit The View Experience inside the Prudential Center, which was fabulous! Looking forward to going back!

This was a much nicer property than the one we had the following night, and we were bummed that we hadn't booked the AC Marriott instead. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff inside the dining area saw that we had everything we needed. The front desk associate was very helpful in marking paths on the map and providing us with information on how/where to use the subway trains, which was a first for us. We also received tickets to visit The View Experience inside the Prudential Center, which was fabulous! Looking forward to going back!

Overall positive experience. Staff was very helpful. The pool was cold, they had the heat going in minutes after asking to turn it up. The kitchen was OK with a last minute order before they closed. Front desk was very helpful, hooked me up with some free toothpaste when they heard me tell my colleague I forgot mine. My room was clean, my only complaint is all the light switches yet the room was not lit brightly. Will visit again as I am in the area every few weeks for work.

Keyless check in is useless as you have to stop by the front desk to activate. Power went out for 2 hours and there was no communication from staff on what happened. We were stuck on 4th floor with a family member with an injured knee who couldn’t do stairs. Panic attack ensued.

The room was beautiful with modern design, comfy, super clean. However, PLEASE have real glasses in the rooms! This is not a budget hotel, and having no glasses for water, or in bathroom, is not right. The bartender was awesome! Only wish we had been able to spend more time relaxing and chatting with her. The front desk staff...not so much. Did their job, but no effort to be smiling, welcoming, upbeat, or helpful.

The GM Jason was super rude. The staff was trying to be nice but it is very obvious that this new GM is treating everyone with disrespect. The comforter had pee stains!!!! The crib was dirty and we could not use it. The room service was not done and we were given 2 towels while we are a family of 4!!!!

This hotel is very conveniently located—just a 10-minute walk to the subway station and not far from the airport either. The downside is that housekeeping is only done every two days, and no fresh towels are provided in between. The cleaning staff were very friendly, but the front desk service was a bit disappointing. There was only one person at the desk, and when we told him we had forgotten our toothbrushes, he said someone would bring them to us, even though he had them right there. We waited for hours and no one came. When I went back to ask again, he finally handed them to me, without a single apology or explanation.

We booked this hotel because it costs much lower than the ones in the city, it turns out it's a good decision, hotel is pretty new and clean, a couple of minutes walking to restausants, a few minutes walking to the subway station which takes you to Boston downtown or any where you want to go.

Great hotel! Extremely clean, very comfortable and relaxing. Felt peaceful and safe. Very convenient location. My son and I had Boston Celtics tickets and with the "T" right next to the hotel it made it very convenient traveling into and out of the city to go to the game. No worries about parking and the hustle and bussel of the city. You could relax, enjoy the game, and then return to a hotel that was safe and comfortable.

The hotel in my opinion was great with excellent service. The cleanliness was excellent as well. This hotel is conveniently located near our preferred restaurants. They were an under 5 minute walk. I was even able to go to the Lifetime Fitness gym. The only inconvenience about the restaurants was that they closed at 10:00pm. The hotel is also a short drive from Boston-Logan airport. This of course depends on traffic.

My room was dirty. Had to have maid come vacuum hair and dust off the floor. The bathroom door was broken. Was fixed by hotel after I mentioned it but metal shavings, paint dust and screw was left on floor. Sheets on my bed were torn too. Bar was closed all weekend and my family was hoping to gather there for a drink before going to dinner. Really disappointing.

We stayed for an extended weekend. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful, especially Ari who took the time to not only explain but write down directions on using the T which is extremely close. The hotel is a short uber or ride on the T to everything. The only issue we encountered is the rooms could be sound proofed better, on our 2nd night the guests above us had heavy footed vhildren constantly running and thumping all hours of the night, The staff was very courteous and quick to help (we acrually heard them knock on the upstairs neighbors door!) which sadly only stopped the noise from them for a bit which obviously is not something staff can prevent. The hotel is very clean and bartenders make a good drink in the lobby bar. The $21 breakfast was overpriced in my opinion especially with so many other options close by, but service was exceptional. We will be back.

Says there is a continental breakfast but it’s actually $19 per person per day… the “pool” isn’t a pool so don’t bother with a bathing suit. Despite the room being clean, you can hear a mouse fart in the other room and the 4 days we stayed we didn’t have our room serviced once. Finishing touches on the property to we’re questionable like our tv and lamps hanging in all different angles but it was clean.
