The location was ideal for exploring SoCo and even walking downtown. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were first class. We loved the community room with on demand beverages and comfortable furniture. The oak trees on site were spectacular. We would stay here again.

Loved the open courtyard area. It was the perfect location for us. The room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed having coffee, and other beverages available 24 hours. The only thing I would change would be to have a microwave (unless we missed it) in the hospitality room. Such a cool spot.

There’s a well-appointed common area that provides guests with free coffee/espresso, wine, and beer. HOWEVER, pls note that folks with mobility issues might this location challenging. Also, and this is huge, the bathroom door opens directly in front of the bed. It’s glass, frosted so your significant other doesn’t get a free show, but it doesn’t offer a ton of privacy.

I loved it. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops in a nice area. There is a bar with live music across the street but when you enter your room and close the door, you don’t hear a sound. The room was spotlessly clean and any amenities you could think of were thoughtfully provided. The common room with a very expensive coffee/cappuccino machine and complementary beer and wine and filtered water is awesome. The towels were bright, white and soft. There was a lovely comfy bathrobe to wear. The toiletries they provide are full size. There is no check-in desk. I mentioned before we arrived that it would be unusually cold during our visit and asked for an extra blanket and all was provided and waiting for us when we checked in. I feel you only need to text the staff and they will respond.

Charming and quiet right in middle of Austin. Parking in great. Walk to everything on South Congress. There are some pretty steep stairs at entry, but they were worth it IMO. Suites are charming and deck is absolutely wonderful.

I stayed here for a long weekend. The facility is excellent- one of the best places I have ever stayed. Very small, with only a few rooms centered around a courtyard. Every room is a fantastic option. The common room is wonderful- they offer coffee, spring and sparkling water on tap, as well as a variety of beverages in the fridge. The courtyard is serene and shaded. I honestly cannot say enough good things. All that being said, there is one thing you should know. If you get a room that has a balcony out to the street, there is a bar kitty-corner from the hotel that has live music most nights until 2. It’s loud. If that is your scene, it’s awesome. It isn’t mine. But even that being said, it didn't bother me and I absolutely will stay here every time I come to Austin because all of those pluses BY FAR outweigh that small negative.

Perfect place for location. Otherwise I feel like the concept of clean lines and simple fell a little flat. Rooms are small and quite dark. The room that we got assigned had a large window except it faced the entrance of other guest doors, which compromised privacy. When you think of a tree house you think of privacy and large windows but that’s not really case here. Marketing of the hotel was impeccable but it felt lackluster when we arrived. Would not recommend for a private couples getaway weekend. Another pro to add to the con was that it was clean.

I think it was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed. Everything was sparclean! The room was big (blue room), staff was great and available. Common room is awesome! Coffee machine,tea, coc and water. Location!!! Safe, nice, and quite. No homeless around. Totally happy 😊

This was a lovely space in a great location! The room was very clean. For the price I thought the rooms were small. If you are not great at technology like me, it was also actually quite confusing figuring out how to get in the location of the rooms. Overall a very lovely place but in my opinion overpriced for the experience.

LOVE this hotel! Often out of my price range but I would stay here every time I travel to Austin if I could. Really quiet which is amazing because of the close proximity to South congress. Nice rooms, linens, bathroom amenities.

I absolutely loved everything about our stay here! The room was breathtaking and the private patio and HUGE tub were a nice touch. You can tell a lot of love was put into the design and layout of this place; I can't wait until our next visit :)

Fantastic location and beautiful hotel. The team were all super helpful and nice. They helped us check-in early, figure out the kitchen, and gave us recommendations for places to visit / eat. I was a bit worried we had a room facing the street, because there was a bar with a loud band a few doors down, but they stopped the music promptly at 11pm and we slept great! There's also a noise machine in the room.

The hotel is an absolute gem! Highly recommended. The rooms are so stylish. Free beer, wine, coffee and soft drinks provided. Comfortable bed and fluffy towels :) location can’t be beat either. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

The hotel is beautiful. Confirm the address as they have sister hotels with the same name. The location at 110 Circle was very loud with music from the nearby club the one night we were there. Luxury furniture and amenities.

The property runs like and Airbnb rather than a hotel. No staff on the premises. The lounge is nice but it would be nice if they had packets of peanuts for example. I would stay again and recommend but perhaps I would suggest a lower price point given the no frills, self check in feature

I was a bit worried we had a room facing the street, because there was a bar with a loud band a few doors down, but they stopped the music promptly at 11pm and we slept great! There's also a noise machine in the room.

I loved it. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops in a nice area. There is a bar with live music across the street but when you enter your room and close the door, you don’t hear a sound. The room was spotlessly clean and any amenities you could think of were thoughtfully provided. The common room with a very expensive coffee/cappuccino machine and complementary beer and wine and filtered water is awesome. The towels were bright, white and soft. There was a lovely comfy bathrobe to wear. The toiletries they provide are full size. There is no check-in desk. I mentioned before we arrived that it would be unusually cold during our visit and asked for an extra blanket and all was provided and waiting for us when we checked in. I feel you only need to text the staff and they will respond.

LOVE this hotel! Often out of my price range but I would stay here every time I travel to Austin if I could. Really quiet which is amazing because of the close proximity to South congress. Nice rooms, linens, bathroom amenities.

The location was ideal for exploring SoCo and even walking downtown. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were first class. We loved the community room with on demand beverages and comfortable furniture. The oak trees on site were spectacular. We would stay here again.

The room was great. The common area was very nice. Able to relax in either the outdoor or inside common area. Also literally a stone’s throw to Congress while also providing a quiet place to relax.

There’s a well-appointed common area that provides guests with free coffee/espresso, wine, and beer. HOWEVER, pls note that folks with mobility issues might this location challenging. Also, and this is huge, the bathroom door opens directly in front of the bed. It’s glass, frosted so your significant other doesn’t get a free show, but it doesn’t offer a ton of privacy.

Treehouse Frame Hotel is an absolute hidden gem. Wonderfully appointed, it was very relaxing and tranquil. Since it was such a small boutique property, it was much more enjoyable than a standard hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room amenities were excellent. South Congress was just a block over so very walkable. Even though there are some bars near by, we didn’t hear them from our room. We will definitely stay at Frame Hotel again. Unbelievably pleasantly surprised. Well done.

Charming and quiet right in middle of Austin. Parking in great. Walk to everything on South Congress. There are some pretty steep stairs at entry, but they were worth it IMO. Suites are charming and deck is absolutely wonderful.

I stayed here for a long weekend. The facility is excellent- one of the best places I have ever stayed. Very small, with only a few rooms centered around a courtyard. Every room is a fantastic option. The common room is wonderful- they offer coffee, spring and sparkling water on tap, as well as a variety of beverages in the fridge. The courtyard is serene and shaded. I honestly cannot say enough good things. All that being said, there is one thing you should know. If you get a room that has a balcony out to the street, there is a bar kitty-corner from the hotel that has live music most nights until 2. It’s loud. If that is your scene, it’s awesome. It isn’t mine. But even that being said, it didn't bother me and I absolutely will stay here every time I come to Austin because all of those pluses BY FAR outweigh that small negative.

The hotel is beautiful. Confirm the address as they have sister hotels with the same name. The location at 110 Circle was very loud with music from the nearby club the one night we were there. Luxury furniture and amenities.

Loved the open courtyard area. It was the perfect location for us. The room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed having coffee, and other beverages available 24 hours. The only thing I would change would be to have a microwave (unless we missed it) in the hospitality room. Such a cool spot.

Exquisite experience. Comfort is exceptional. Everything is anticipated and provided. Bath towels and robes are super soft and comfy. Bed and linens are superior and amazingly comfortable. Beverage service is of the highest quality and always available. Privacy is greatly respected.

The property runs like and Airbnb rather than a hotel. No staff on the premises. The lounge is nice but it would be nice if they had packets of peanuts for example. I would stay again and recommend but perhaps I would suggest a lower price point given the no frills, self check in feature

We loved that the hotel was a smoke-free, pet-free facility. The parking was easy and convenient and the interior courtyard was beautiful! Everything was clean and well appointed. We highly recommend a courtyard view room and plan to stay here again when we’re in Austin. The ample interior lighting and ceiling fan were greatly appreciated as this isn’t typical for a hotel. Thank you for an incredible experience.

All check in was done via text. The property is peaceful and right off of South Congress. The room was very clean and extremely well appointed. The structure is modern, somewhat minimalist. The common area is charming and has coffee as well as wine and beer. Very satisfying stay!

Frame Treehouse hotel was an absolute gem of a place to stay! The room, the courtyard and lounge area and the free parking were all so nice and well designed. We were specifically in town to attend a show at the Continental Club and the location couldn’t have been better. If you’re going to be out late in the evening it’s perfect but if you want a place that’s quiet for an early night in, it might not be for you because of the noise. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.
