The staff were nice to deal with and spoke english which i appreciated as my french really sucks! Located not far from Lille airport. Locked parking gates after a certain time (we were unaware they did this)...but they had a button at the gate you could push to be let in. Room had odd odor, especially the shower room. Shower/ bath room with sink literally looks like a closet. I believe the doors (like a closet) didnt lock which wasnt ideal. You had to actually take a step up to enter the space. Bathroom was small and required that you step up into it. Bathroom reminded me of an airplane bathroom......only toilet inside...no sink. An elevator is available, but it is smaller than what we are used to in Canada....four adults with backpacks just barely fit in. Breakfast was ok

Très bien pour le lobby ou la salle du petit dejeuner. Esprit style respectée. En revanche quelle déception dans la chambre (111). Les toiles d'araignée n'ont visiblement pas été faites depuis des mois vu le nombre et leur taille. L'etat du bas des murs. Les plaintes ont été arrachées et remises avec des vis. La peinture enlevée par la manipulation des meubles ou sur la porte des WC. Propriété du canapé avec les taches. Je n'ose même pas m'asseoir dessus. Et pour finir, avant de me coucher, j'inspecte toujours l'état du matelas. Un bon coup d'aspirateur ne serait pas un luxe vu tout ce que j'y ai trouvé. Pour 160€ la nuit, je m'attends franchement à autre chose. Un peu plus de lumiere, comme un plafonnier, ne serait pas un luxe. 1 lumiere à l'entrée, 1 lampe de bureau, c'est super light

Nous sommes arrivés samedi 25 août 2023 à 01h en provenance de l'aéroport et repartis à l'aéroport à 8h . Pas de navette , nous avons dû réserver un taxi à nos frais. Par ailleurs, nous avions réservé une chambre pour trois dans laquelle il n'y avait que des serviettes pour deux. Sommes déçus.

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour car nous avions opté pour cette hôtel qui indiquait une chambre avec 1 lit et 2 lits simples! Sauf que ce ne sont pas 2 lits simples mais 2 lits dépliés d’un canapé ! Si nous l’avions sû, nous n’aurions pas réservé car trop inconfortable !!!! Le petit déjeuner est correct mais rien d’exceptionnel. Je vais régulièrement dans les IBIS Styles et il est loin d’être le meilleur !!!

Hôtel sans prétention proche aéroport et ville, très pratique pour 1 nuit. Les chambres manquent de cachet, et résonnent. Les baguettes de finitions ne tiennent plus. Les blocs sanitaires restent spacieux et fonctionnels mais commencent à vieillir et une rénovation serait bienvenue. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct (pour rappel compris dans le prix) et le personnel charmant.

Agréablement surpris de pouvoir trouver le petit déjeuner à disposition à 5h20, avant de prendre mon taxi réservé par l’hôtel. Service au top !

The staff were nice to deal with and spoke english which i appreciated as my french really sucks! Located not far from Lille airport. Locked parking gates after a certain time (we were unaware they did this)...but they had a button at the gate you could push to be let in. Room had odd odor, especially the shower room. Shower/ bath room with sink literally looks like a closet. I believe the doors (like a closet) didnt lock which wasnt ideal. You had to actually take a step up to enter the space. Bathroom was small and required that you step up into it. Bathroom reminded me of an airplane bathroom......only toilet inside...no sink. An elevator is available, but it is smaller than what we are used to in Canada....four adults with backpacks just barely fit in. Breakfast was ok

Les blocs sanitaires restent spacieux et fonctionnels mais commencent à vieillir et une rénovation serait bienvenue. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct (pour rappel compris dans le prix) et le personnel charmant.

Arriving at this hotel was greeted by a young man who made us feel welcome. Spoke English and ibis should be proud of a great staff member. He gave us a welcome pack for the Lille braderie which had maps and bus times, restaurants. So organised, The room was clean and modern and we had dinner downstairs and sane young man produced an English menu.Breakfast was fantastic so much choice. would stay again and recommend.

Me and my family with a dog was passing by and needed a night for rest and charging of our EV. The hotel has only two spots for charging but during our stay there was a spot available. The price was below Tesla SC peak prices. The hotel was clean, dog friendly and with very helpful and nice staff. The breakfast, although small, offered several local things and held overall very high quality. Hotel is highly recommended!
