One of the much better hotels we have stayed at. Great location and hotel and room was very clean with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was great. Fitness center was very nice. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Cincinnati.

At first check in we were double charged and had to speak to a manager to get our money back. The room was clean and nice as well as the hotel itself. Unfortunately, in our only one night stay our car was broken into in the parking lot. The staff did supply a vacuum and trash bags for our vehicles and tried to help anyway they could. The worst part is that we were told by many guests and the police that this is not the first incident even within the past 6 months. It would be in the hotels best interest to at least have working cameras in their parking lot, ESPECIALLY since this is not the first incident. Will not be staying at this location again because of they do not prioritize the safety of their guests.

Breakfast was good, fresh. The housekeeping was super friendly as well and hardworking but only two of them there. Pool was overloaded with chemicals and everyone had a rash. Laundry area smelled like feces .

Both elevators were out of service for part of my stay. My room, upon check in, had no towels. They made me come to the front desk to get them. There was little hot water at the end of each day.

Overall it was a good stay of 2 nights at this property. The location is convenient for shopping and dinning out. Only negatives are that we did not receive any clean towels other than the ones that were already in the room at check in. Also the water in the shower was luke warm. There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower for available for use but no body wash.

Unfortunately someone burned waffles in the dining room which set off the VERY LOUD fire alarm both mornings just after 7AM and the alarm continued for at least 10 minutes. NO WAY TO START THE DAY!!

Hotel is across the street from a large shopping mall and restaurants, but it is absolutely not walkable due to busy highway. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good. We were there celebrating a birthday and looking forward to the indoor pool, but it was absolutely freezing. The only unfortunate aspect of a very nice hotel.

Unfortunately the property was having significant plumbing issues when we were there. During a fire alarm (at 10pm) as we stood outside waiting for the fire dept we learned other guests hadn't had hot water for a couple of days.... when we were able to go back in my colleague learned she had no water at all... but then, when it started trickling in, no hot water... then she ended up fielding calls from staff trying to fix the hot water issue until around 12:30am. We ended up having to relocate to other hotel

We love staying here when we visit family. It is located near the mall and great restaurants. The hotel is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. The free breakfast is great, too!

Arrived at 345 pm to check in and the room was not ready. Lobby was full of people and the poor lady working the counter was doing her best to keep everyone happy and talk to everyone. Finally checked in after 4pm and got to the room to find a sticky and dirty bedside table, sheets had stains or were dirty, and the towels were the same. Overall not a clean visit and we wouldn’t stay again.

The property is not far from the airport and there are several restaurants nearby, including some within walking distance. While the hotel was quiet and clean, the facility needs remodeling and some maintenance. The lamps in my room have seen better days, the closet doors did not cover the entire closet space, wallpaper in the room was pealing in some areas, and the bathroom tiles were old and the grout looked like it needed repair.

This has been my favorite stay on our trip so far! They have a little bar downstairs, and they helped me order a delivered pizza. The room was laid out nicely, and the shower had the coolest shower heads I've ever seen. Definitely will be back.

Overall reasonable, very nice continental/hot breakfast. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. Biggest problem was major interior design flaws in room. Closet was in bathroom. Lighting extremely awkward. Not good storage to unpack clothes. Horrible room coffee. We asked for an extra desk chair but got no response.

Close to tons of shops and restaurants. Surprisingly quiet for being right off the freeway. Brand new renovation. Huge rooms. Bathroom was well designed and the shower had jets. Literally the nicest Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at.

I reserved a specific type of room, (accessible w/ bathtub).I arrived shortly after 3pm and was offered a non accessible room because my chosen room was not ready. I stated I would wait. the representative went in their back room and never returned as I sat in the lobby. About 45-60 minutes later, another representative came on duty and inquired why I waiting. When I explained, he immediately addressed the situation, offering me a suitable option. The original representative never addressed me again

The hotel manager, I understand, the assistant manager, treated my partner in a rude, humiliating, and even discriminatory manner. She went there to take an intensive English course with the Cincilugua staff. Everything was a disaster.

Everything was fine. nice hotel spacious room good breakfast;HOWEVER I’m giving overall 4 stars because my bus came late at night and I already called the hotel 2wice to let them know I was gonna do a early check in. Wait for almost 30 mins for someone to come to the front desk. Then they came then gave me the wrong key to a room already booked but fixed it once I came back down for the 2nd time haha overall was a good stay.

No one was at desk upon my arrival. I had to look around to find someone and when I couldn’t I tried calling. No one answered. I walked around the entire lobby to find someone in the kitchen to check me in. Other than a frustrating check in, it was fine.

Never go to this hotel with your ESA/service dog. Very rude and unresponsive! They will still charge you pet fee and get back to you when you call more than 10 times! They even asked about your document which is not allowed by law. The worst hotel I’ve ever met.

Hotel is in a great location directly across from Kenwood Towne Center Mall. Plenty of dining or shopping within 5 minutes of it. Staff was nice, room was clean. The breakfast was good and on par for what you'd expect for a hotel breakfast. The staff working in the hotel all smiled and said hello when walking by, which was a nice thing in my opinion. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati / Kenwood is a great place to stay on way to Kentucky or if just staying in Cincinnati. Convenient location off the highway and lots of food choices in the area. Parking is easy but getting into the hotel is a little tricky...look for signs and do not follow GPS. Fantastic staff, who are very helpful.
