There were a variety of unresolved issues with this stay and this property. 1. I reserved a suite on a high floor and was put in a studio on the second floor because of my late arrival and all the suites were booked. I booked the suite 3 weeks in advance. 2. The room was in in poor condition, room 203. The couch was torn and very worn to the point that you can't sit on it without leaning towards the center. The coffee supplies were depleted prior to our arrival and not restocked. The wall paper was peeling off the bathroom wall. 3. The cleanliness of the room was only fair. 4. This hotel has a rodent problem, all night for both nights of our stay, we could hear chewing in the kitchen area. When I told them I was told simply "thank you for letting us know..." 5. Valet is VERY slow. At check out it took over 45 minutes for them to bring my vehicle. In their defense they were busy with checkouts. 6.The restaurant closes at 9:45pm, not 10pm and if you order food at 9pm you will be notified that the kitchen closes and you might not get everything that you order. Overall this was the worst $600.00 I've ever spent in a Marriott branded hotel. This was more like a fancy Motel 6 with a bad attitude.
