WoodSpring Suites Broken Arrow

Staff Wouldn’t allow for our party to stay at location because every member didn’t have a physical ID. Never had a hotel location ask for every member to need an ID in the first place so after producing a digital copy for half of party that still wasn’t enough. So they wouldn’t allow us to check in nor would they allow for a refund. Even wouldn’t allow for hotels to help fix the situation when they called on behalf of us. Extremely unprofessional and weird behavior.

Room was ok , 4th floor stinks and no remote to TV , dog poop everywhere outside

Worked for what it was needed for. Wouldn’t stay here long term. Bed was very uncomfortable.

It’s just a motel with inside access. 1 bar of soap, no amenities like hairdryer, iron, etc. but did have a small exercise room. Coffee was simple and not out before 7:30. Property is difficult to access but also close to everything from restaurants to shopping.

DID NOT FEEL SAFE HERE AT ALL. HOMELESS PEOPLE WERE ALL OVER, THE WINDOW LOCK WAS BROKEN AND THE TOILET WAS BROKEN. WE DIDN'T EVEN STAY WE BOOKED A ROOM AT La Quinta and stayed there.
