Had a great stay at La Pinta Hotel. The check-in/check-out process was very simple. Room was in decent condition, though things could definitely use some refurbishing. All-in-all a good experience. Mind you, if you plan on bringing a car there is limited parking in their lot, you may end up having to park on the street if you dont get lucky.

The Pool water was brown, especially in the jacuzzi. Looked like a diarrhea accident. The front desk lady in the evening looked stoned. There is no safe parking and there is constriction. The parking up front is super narrow to drive thru. They said they have security but I never saw the security person out there in my 3 day stay. Some hair in the bathroom floor but otherwise looked clean inside the rooms. They only give you one key card to your room and it was super dirty with globs of brown on the plastic. Tacky detail.

Went for couple of days overall cleanness was very good! The only thing is that the bed was a bit small and pillows are not great! And street parking that is unsupervised. But other than that it’s amazing ! Would definitely stay here again

Pues la habitación ya se ve vieja, sobre todo el área del baño, el mueble del lavamanos y otros detalles en regadera. El resto de la habitación bien, solo no pudimos descansar muy bien ya que se estaba llevando a cabo un evento de motocicletas y era muy ruidoso.

Nice clean room but street in front is under construction with very noisy heavy equipment. It is not accessible from that street. The hotel should warn travelers of those conditions. poorly lite access at night when coming to the hotel. I would not stay again.

En general bien. Cama y ropa de cama muy bien. Baño, regadera muy bien. Limpieza muy bien. Servicio de TV muy bien. Lo que no tan bien: por la mañana es ruidoso. El ruido de Las chicas del aseo y de los huéspedes se cuela a las habitaciones. Requiere mantenimientos menores como que: una de las llaves de la regadera se salía, los cajones estaban rotos y no embonaban, el extractor del baño solo hacía ruido y extraía nada, el wifi nunca funcionó.

En términos generales estuvo bien, es un hotel pequeño, bien ubicado, lejos del ruido, es muy confortable, pocos cajones de estacionamiento, etc. Me hubiera gustado que los recepcionistas tuvieran ese tacto amable al recibirte, te reciben de manera poco amable! Esa suerte tuve yo! Ojalá y mejoraran eso!

It was a great stay but the only bad thing is that until 3pm we could check in, even if it wasn't booked the day before. The other problem was that a week before i call and asked whats the earliest that we could check in and they said 12p. But two days before my stay i call to confirm and they told me that i can't check in before 3p.

At time of arrival the receptionist was rude, and she proceeded to inform us that my room that was requested was no longer available and that we had to get a room that was not requested/paid for. The following day we insisted on obtaining the room that we ordered via Hotels. I don’t recommend this place.

Tardaron mucho en Check-in “2 horas” para ser exacta que porque no encontraban mi reservación. Paciente espere a que me resolvieran y atendían a otras personas que iban llegando, rezagando la atención que me daban. No tienen estacionamiento, me tuve que estacionar en la vía pública a dos cuadras del Hotel, en El Restaurante del Hotel “El Embarcadero” al pedir después de 40 min me ofrecieron cambiar mi platillo pues no tenían pechuga a la Cordoun Blue, lo entendí y pedí Fetuchini Alfredo con Pechuga de pollo a los 30 min salieron a decirme que tampoco tenían y lo cambié nuevamente por pechuga asada con verduras, después de 20 minutos paso lo mismo y al final pedí enchiladas Me sirvieron mi platillo después de “2 horas”, Yo aún paciente entendí. Al siguiente día al hacer mi check out pedí de favor si podía salirme a la 1pm porque así era mi necesidad en ese momento y me dijeron que No, ó que tenía la opción de pagar $400 pesos extra y asi podría quedarme una hora más. Acepte mejor salirme a las 11 para yo poder atender mi compromiso del que me iba a desocupar 12:30. A la salida me retuvieron una hora pues tenían que revisar la habitación… y como que no tienen personal se tardan, yo ya desesperada por irme y que me dicen que tengo que pagar la sábana y la funda de la almohada que porque está manchada, estaba como sucia de polvo, me dijeron que era tinta, yo sorprendida y con prisa de irme pagué Pero No Volvería, No fue un detalle, Fueron varios y No, no lo recomiendo.

Excelente Ubicación, recién remodelado, en una zona tranquila y aún muy cercas del centro Turistico. Recomendado 100% Great Location, New Rooms, located in a peaceful neighborhood and still close to Downtown. 100% Recommended. Tolles Lage, neue Zimmer, in einer ruhigen Stadtteil und dennoch in der Nähe der Innenstadt. 100% empfehlenswert.

This hotel has changed since years ago. No more pool bar! Overall it's still very nice and clean, upgraded and affordable. Walk to downtown in a few minutes. Breakfast in the restaurant (also new) was excellent. But it closes at 3 pm! Staff were courteous but not as warm and welcoming as they could have been.

This hotel has changed since years ago. No more pool bar! Overall it's still very nice and clean, upgraded and affordable. Walk to downtown in a few minutes. Breakfast in the restaurant (also new) was excellent. But it closes at 3 pm! Staff were courteous but not as warm and welcoming as they could have been.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We really love the Family suite (2nd floor). We were satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. However, the dining service was not great. 20 minutes after we were seated we still had not received any service, nor was our drink order taken. The table they sat us in was dirty. We asked twice if they could clean it, the older man would not do it. He said the other server was going to do that. The other server was extremely busy with another large party. This older man was lazy and seemed like he did not want to wait on us. After 25 minutes of no service, we left to have breakfast at another restaurant. When asked for recommendations at the front desk, the receptionist was of no help.

just stayed here 1 night check in was nice and easy, there is construction on one of the roads so it was kind of hard to get in to the parking spot. other than that it was a nice stay. we did try the restaurant next to it but service there was not good at all, she was really rude and not very helpful as it was our first time there. food was good though.

La habitación es muy cómoda, acabados muy bonitos, y sumamente limpio, el servicio de internet es bueno pude trabajar sin problemas, a comparación de hoteles de grandes cadenas en los que no puedo a veces ni descargar correos electrónicos. El hotel cuenta con restaurante, la relación costo/calidad es muy buena en promedio 200MXN por persona en el desayuno. Sin duda será mi primera opción al regresar.

Hello there, well check in was easy, clean room AC good, house keeper super nice, the pool, clean nice. I've forgot my sneakers in there room, I called the front desk and they saved them for me, which it was cool. We had breakfast at restaurant, the food was ok they can definitely improve, our waitress name is Alejandra, she does not need to work there! she does not like people, the service was horrible, no good morning I mean I literally have keep calling her the get things like more coffee, water, napkins etc. I still tip her. The next next day as we were leaving she gave me the worst look. The restaurant was empty we were the only ones there and yet service was horrible. We came back a few weeks after to pick up my sneakers, we stayed there again the front desk guy name Alejandro super nice! I talked to him about what happened before my experience. The hotel parking is under construction the first time we stayed it there was noice, Alejandro gave a room far which it worked out, We did not had breakfast there. Would I stay there again yes definitely.
