The travel desk staff were very helpful with Uber bookings, and a dedicated manager ensured our stay was smooth and pleasant. Dining experiences were outstanding. Breakfast and dinner at Coriander Kitchen offered a wide variety, including healthy options. Kabana provided a serene poolside setting with a distinct menu, while Zeera stood out with its exceptional Indian delicacies. The only disappointment was Masu, the hotel’s bar. It did not cater well to business travelers or guests seeking a refined atmosphere. Early in the evening, the bar was empty, with no staff available. Later, private parties took over, with loud music spilling into Coriander Kitchen by 9 PM, disrupting dinner. Despite the staff’s best efforts, it remained intrusive for guests seeking a relaxed setting. Overall, Conrad Pune delivers superb service, elegant ambiance, and excellent dining. Hotel is okay but the staff is not that great. Their lounge staff kept harassing us over single and double occupancy. Business lounge is absolutely bare bones. United lounge is better than that. It would be nice if you could avoid their staff.

This is just a fantastic hotel, with incredible amenities, food, and most crucially - staff. We had an amazing 3 night stay as a family right from our check in experience to the final checkout. Highlights were the child friendly check out process, the quality of the breakfast spread and Asian restaurant, as well as the housekeeping team from Royce and the Ayurvedic massage by Martha. The pool and the desserts at PSB were just the cherry on the cake (no pun intended)l

While checkin was very smooth , the hospitality at breakfast table left a lot to be desired. Most of the female staff made eye contact and smiled but the male staff are bland with no eye contact and expressionless. While taking the plate from table the good dropped and the staff pretended to not seen it. after pointing them to pick the dropped food on table it was picked but not a apology. Missed basic etiquettes of a five star hotel. However he staff at reception and desk and room service are very cordial and genuinely helping.

This is a very grand hotel and a bit too fancy for me, but I love it - everything is beautiful. It is my home away from home in Pune and I always feels very welcome when I stay. It is centrally located so relatively easy to get to different areas as needed. The staff are extremely kind and professional. I cannot recommend the spa highly enough - the ayurvedic treatments are absolutely transformative. Between the therapeutic benefits and the kindness of the staff, this is my absolute favorite spa in the world! I highly recommend the Conrad in Pune. Absolutely worth it.
