First Inn Hotel Blois

The staff at this location were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. However, there was no soundproofing for the hallway whatsoever. I got woken up by people at 1AM, 5AM, and 7AM nearly every day for the whole week that I spent there. I had the room with the two separated beds and the beds were pretty small so not the most comfortable to sleep in. The TV was small and outdated. The AC wasn't working as apparently the whole building was set to 24°C even though it was already 18°C outside, so I was sweating in bed every night from the heat and couldn't open the window because people were being loud outside and smoking at all times of night. We then had a cold night so I wanted heat from the AC unit but it wouldn't heat up at all. Other than that everything went perfectly well. The shower was nice and very clean with really good lighting, the toilet was in a separate little cubicle and was very clean. The breakfast buffet was really good for the price (8€), the indoor dining area was nice and clean, although pretty loud at times, and the terrace was nice, clean, and calm. For roughly 50€ a night you really can't go wrong, although this hotel seems like it's more appropriate for only a one or two night stay. Even then I don't regret having stayed here a week as it is a really good hub in a small town to visit the chateaus of La Loire.

Basic but very good for the price. Very clean. Helpful staff. Very environmentally friendly. Had sheep, chickens and even make honey from their bees.

Es gibt keine liebevollen Details (oder unnötigen Schnick Schnack), das Hotel bietet ganz einfach einen business-mäßigen, pragmatischen Komfort in guter Qualität. Für uns war es praktisch auf unserer Radreise gelegen und auch unsere Fahrräder wurden gut untergebracht.

Séjour inoubliable personnel à l’accueil très gentille et agréable chambre très très propre petit palace tellement nickel 👌 j’ai rêvée par la propreté le petit déjeuner très bon franchement j’ai jamais vu une vaisselle aussi propre le sol tout briller la gérante super gentille j’ai tellement de choses à écrire ✍️ cet hotel mérite davantage d’étoiles 👍

Accueil agréable. Petit-déjeuner bien composé. Chambre et sanitaire bien organisés Toilette isolée de l'espace douche-lavabo. Propreté nickelle.

Era difícil aceder à cama por estar colada à parede. O acesso à internet também não foi dos melhores. Quanto ao pequeno-almoço, muito pobrezinho… prever un secador de cabelo.

We left the notice saying “do not disturb” and she came into the room and cleaned the room without our permission. She touched our personal stuff, which was very disrespectful. The breakfast was minimalist but ok for the price.

Nice place right off the freeway. Good stay. Only complaint was the bed. Hard as a rock, and it squeeked hard like a donkey every time you moved. It was so loud and kept us awake much of the night. Staff were great and very helpful. I think we just got the bad room/bed. We would stay there again.

Chambre bien agencée et agréable. Il manque juste un désodorisant pour les toilettes.

Very small rooms very basic The zinc is inside the bedroom the Inc next to your bed. I know for the type of hostel is what you should expect but its the closest to be in a jail cell the bed so hard that is was imposible to sleep and they no give extra blankets or pillows.

Parfait, excellent accueil. Nous avons pu acheter des billets pour les chateaux de la Loire à tarif preferentiel. Excellents produits pour le petit dejeuner. Calme, insonorisé Je recommande.

Arrivé à minuit, l'enregistrement autonome n'a pas fonctionné j'ai du appeler le numéro d'urgence, la dame est venu rapidement. Bon hôtel, chambre propre et assez spacieuse. Petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Personnel sympathique.

Using hotel as a stop off for a journey future in France. Perfect for this, and restaurant is 5min walk away..

Excellent accueil, la chambre est conforme, propre, assez confortable, et prix correct. L'hôtel est suffisamment proche de toutes les commodités en voiture et du centre de Blois. Bonne expérience.

Je trouve qu'il manque un peu d'équipement au niveau de la partie douche (support pour les serviettes, sèche cheveux, endroit pour poser ses effets personnels). La literie est impécable, c'est très propre, le petit déjeuner parfait, le calme est présent. Le restaurant (le boucher) proposé par l'hotel est très bien.
