Amazing hotel breakfast was fantastic catered for my GF. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Rooftop bar for new years was so good. Staff couldn't do enough to help us. Chris was outstanding nothing was too much trouble for him. Great location. We would definitely stay again Thank you

Excellent hotel property! This hotel is within walking distance of the Old Quarter. The area is safe and friendly. The hotel staff is very accommodating and professional. I especially appreciated their quick responses and being able to provide suggestions on the different sights to see in Hanoi. The pool and rooftop bar are a gem and have a great city view during sunsets. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking.

Property looks brand new and was just remodeled. Staff at check in go out of their way to help . They assembled my babies crib right away. Breakfast had many options. Loved the ice Vietnamese coffee. Pool view is amazing. Bar looks beautifully lit at night . Room is so comfortable.

I booked a quick stay in Ha noi and im glad that i found Le Jardin! The location is ideal for me and the staff is the friendliest and most helpful. They treated me like a special guest the moment i arrived. The hotel has amenities that makes it a steal for me.

The staff is so helpful and provide good service. They speak good English. The hotel it self has a great location in Hanoi and the rooms are clean and comfortable. When we first came to the hotel we got some Vietnamese yeah while they got our room ready. Recommend this hotel.

The rooms are a little small, but the service was absolutely exceptional. Every staff we encountered was competent and professional. Rachel the supervisor went above and beyond in every way. We had lots of luggage and the bellmen were also great. The room is a bit small and shows some wear or tear, however, it was clean and we did have everything that we need. The breakfast variety was smaller, but it was most definitely sufficient and tasty. We had a short stay so we did not use pool or gym and cannot comment on them. I would most definitely return if we were to visit Hà Nội again. Thank you to everyone at Le Jardin Haute Couture.

We had a really spacious suite, which was silent (no sounds from the bustling streets below!). The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely - especially Chris, who spent time with us on arrival to give us some really helpful advice on where to visit and trips to go on. It was really appreciated. The staff went above and beyond what we would normally get from hotel staff - they even spoke with and translated with taxi drivers and tour bookings for us. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy hotel in a good central location. Rooms are small and internet and cable channels like CNN, BBC are sketchy or not available most of the time. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant is decent. But the silver lining to everything is the front desk staff, who are exceptional and will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. A special shout out to Alice, who was amazingly helpful and went out of her way to make my stay amazing. These kind of special gestures are what makes travel so much fun and special.

Lovely spacious room with 2 bathrooms and a living room area. I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They are AMAZING!!!!! We also ate at the November restaurant on the 12th floor and the food was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

I had a suite with bedroom and living area and two bathrooms US$150.. excellent value for the money and a great location. Very walkable. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. I had an early tour this morning and they took my luggage across the street to a sister hotel, which I really appreciated.. Hanoi Fusion restaurant is across the street and it has incredible authentic Vietnamese food the best I’ve ever had!!

We got to know the receptionist Daniel which was so nice. He gave us many recommendations about what to do in the city. Highly recommend this hotel. Walking distance to all the popular places.

It's a little far from Old Walker, but it's quiet and pleasant, so it was nice to stay. Breakfast was great too. Above all, there were friendly and responsible employees, so there was no inconvenience. If I go to Hanoi again, I will choose this hotel.
