Chambre propre, personnel serviable et accueillant et emplacement très central

Un bon emplacement pour des visites à pied, localisation centrale et pratique. La suite était propre et bien équipée pour un séjour confortable, j’ai apprécié l’accueil et les petites attentions.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately far below expectations. The room did not match the photos at all, and the air conditioning was not working. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, nothing was fixed. To make matters worse, our room was next to the technical/AC room, and we were exposed to constant noise throughout the night. Ventilation was also very poor; when we opened the window, it faced a ventilation shaft, and strong smells from the restaurants below would fill the room. Cleanliness was also an issue; the toilet was not clean and there was ash inside the toilet. Although we were promised a one-night refund as compensation, this promise was never fulfilled. I have been writing to the person in charge, Michelle, for days, but I have received absolutely no response. We have been continuously delayed and are now being completely ignored. Both the stay and the post-stay communication have been extremely disappointing. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Posizione eccellente, camera pulita, letto comodo, personale gentile e disponibile.... Peccato solo per gli odori (di frittura, di cucina in generale) che arrivavano se arrivi la finestra.
