Great location but definitely lack that above and beyond service. Have a night club called Koyo Koyo but front have no idea about it when I asked at check in. Also I didn’t appreciate the front check in people took photo of my passport and visa on there phone and sent to someone on WhatsApp, it was very sketchy. Upon asking he said it’s easy for me to enter the detail later on. But I am concerned that how my personal data is being handled. BEAWARE if that bother you then u need to see something else because i know i wont be back. Room was overall great but the AC was seems like preset from back as I tried to change but it wouldn’t go more colder or fan being higher. I slept at 5am in morning from work and right at 7am the construction drilling wouldn’t stop till time of checkout at noon. When mention to the front desk at time of checkout he gave an attitude that why I didn’t complaint about it as if it was my fault. The restaurant server at 4am was great and the bellboys are awesome. Really need to work on front staff and for them to be more smiling and bit courteous.

Arjun at reception was very helful. House keeping by Seraj and Sony outrstanding. Harsh and Simon in the restaurant very cooperative. Roof leaking in the glasshouse near restaurant is risky.

Only had a one night stay, but this is a very stylish and well designed hotel. Only thing is the pool doesn't really get any sun, do dont expect to top up your tan!

It was great stay at Hyatt Centric , Chandigarh. Wonderful hospitality overall. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool,sauna,steam bath, Gym very well maintained, good quality fittings and systems in place. Amazing food, heavenly taste in every item prepared at the Corby’s restaurant. Ms Leela and other staffs at the restaurant ensured we were given the best hospitality and an experience that is memorable for lifetime. Both the Set Menu and buffet was awesome, simply superb . The rooms were adequate in size with fittings and equipments of very good quality. Overall we had memorable stay, thanks to Hyatt centric

Avoid Hyatt Centric Chandigarh at All Costs! Our experience with Hyatt Centric Chandigarh was beyond disappointing—an absolute nightmare! Despite booking the entire wedding event and reserving 85 rooms, the staff was shockingly rude and uncooperative. They displayed no flexibility in accommodating even the smallest requests, which is unacceptable for a wedding of this scale. The elevators were broken during our stay, causing endless inconvenience to our guests. The so-called “welcome drinks and snacks” were a disgrace—subpar and completely unworthy of a Hyatt property. Instead of hospitality, the staff seemed focused solely on exploiting us and finding ways to charge more money. When we raised these issues with the management (specifically Sunil, Aman, and Gauri), we were met with complete indifference. Rather than addressing our concerns, they dismissed us outright, showing zero accountability or care for their guests. Despite multiple emails to Hyatt and the hotel management, we received no satisfactory resolution. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for events. Save yourself the stress and disappointment—there are far better options in Chandigarh that truly understand hospitality.

One of my favorite places to stay in Chandigarh due to the location. The Taj next door is arguably one of the weakest Taj properties in the country so the best options in the past were Hyatt Regency or the JW. The Hyatt Centric imo is much better than those two, the breakfast in particular is one of my favorites from across India. Everything is fresh and really well presented. Made to order items are also promptly given. The main negative is that it’s still an old property that has been given a makeover, so the bones of the building feel a little dated, especially in the drop off area or elevators etc. But everything that has been given a makeover looks great. Also, as there are only 2 check in desks sometimes things can be a little slower than you would like.

Very comfortable stay. Location is excellent with Sector 17 shopping plaza bang opposite the hotel. All other tourist places are close by too with a car. The food is great and the hotel is clean, modern with friendly staff.

Hi for this trip I go with my family and book suit we have one newborn with us once we check in we went for shopping after we come come we found lot of ants in our room bed we bit diappoiuwith the situation later he change the room but is really scary if any ants bite newborn we don’t know how we handle that situation we want to address the issue by management specially when you pay extra for suit

Breakfast menu was cold. Room service was not done properly. Staff were slow nearly to no staff at breakfast area. Basic things were missing like water nor the staff didn’t even checked if we need anything. I had to ask them. When checking out the person at reception asked me about the stay told him few things like water. He took it lightly and asked me if I need water to while leaving it sounded like he’s making fun of me. It could be my feelings but I don’t appreciate these kinda statements when you asked me what was the issue.

Excellent hotel to stay in sector 17 , nice views ***** Walking distance to main shopping market in sector 17 It’s known for best shopping in the union territory. The main thing I enjoyed was the underground entrance to the Asia’s largest and most famous Rose garden, it offers probably close to thousand different flowers..

My stay in the Hyatt Centric was great. Hotel is situated at a very convenient place surrounded by greenery all around. Our check in was so smooth. We were briefed about all the facilities in the hotel at the reception. Room was nice, neat and clean and view of the rose garden was very good. Food in the restaurant was very good and the service was superb. Aayush in the restaurant was extremely helpful and he took care of us every day. He provided s outstanding service and made us feel at home. He is very professional and knows his business very well. He went all out to help us.

Fantastic customer experience from the time i checked in until i checked out. My deepest gratitude to all the staff,especially Nakul, Pratiksha and another Associate that i forgot her name. Excellent service. Head Chef was kind to approach me and asked about the new menu. Excellent service. Thank you for the room upgrade. I would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation. Keep up the good work everyone.

Inexperienced staffs in checkin counter . The first guy after 15 minutes of search couldn’t find my booking, inspite of screen shots of booking he as if challenges me . Horrible and disgusting employee of the hotel, these staffs bring down the image of the company. Next comes duty manager and she finds my name but again she plays around with the software for another 30 minutes to get me a key Then comes payment which was done by my master card, she swipes and tells my card is declined, again she does and when I raised my voice gets another machine and I found out they can’t operate ( I kept the prove of it) , finally the third swiping machine comes and my same card which was told in a disgusting manner “ card declined “ worked well. Overall 45 minutes for checking. Absolutely lousy people and I went by ratings so my advice is never go by ratings In the room, room service is again just horrible and loud decorated rooms, terrible small toilets. Never stay in such hotels
