I could hear someone running up above me but then that stopped. And the door itself was horrible to open.at time fustrating. The manager warned me about it at checkin. I feel they should just replace the door handle. Refrig was great.microwave great, I like the convience to the parking lot from my room.i like how friendly the clerk was. The room was clean.i brought my dog and was leary there might be fleas, but it was clean . The pool was small ,in the back. And not well lit. I did not feel safe back there so i did not use it. I feel they should put more lighting back there and have the gate by the door to building ,for safety . The exercise room was good. This was first time ive had my dog at a hotel. No problems . Dispite the pool and door issues i would come back when im in town again. Free breakfast tomorrow. Looking forward to the waffles...

When we arrived we found the elevator was out of service and had been so for one month with no estimate of when it would be fixed. We were on the second floor and could not be moved lower. The TV remote did not work, the batteries were missing. Housekeeping was provided after three days stay unless requested. After two days I asked for housekeeping, trash removal and clean towels were provided. The Exit Door at the end of the hallway on the ground floor didn't always close completely. The staff was cordial and attentive to requests.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Safe and quiet location that was conveniently located as well. Breakfast and pool were average; nothing special. Negative was the elevator wasn't working in the morning. Not bad for us since we had minimal bags but quiet an inconvenience for some other customers.

They should post that the elevator is down and we have to use the stairs. So nice being on the third floor and having to go up and down the stairs. Also I guess being a Platinum member no longer gets a goodie bag or even a free water. Just sad

We arrived late to the hotel after a long trip. The first thing I noticed when walking in the room was that the couch had a stain and was covered in pet hair. In the bathroom there was one soap and very thin cheap towels. No fan in the bathroom for when you take a shower. There was some kind of dirt on the console where the tv was, it was wet. There was some kind of debris/fuzz on the cover of the comforter. After traveling almost 16 hours it would’ve been nice to come to a clean room, especially at $180 a night.

There was mold in the shower and a cockroach crawled up the wall from behind the headboard as we were lying down to sleep. The walls and floors were paper thin and you could footsteps and TV from next room. The staff at check in was incredibly nice.

Our room had been mopped with a dirty mop. The floor was sticky and smelt bad. The carpet was dirty and the whole room stunk. The hallway carpets on the first floor were stained.

Came in and found other people’s clothes had been left in the closet and then found a cockroach brought it to the front desk. Was told there was nothing they could do because we paid through a 3rd party. Then was sent to another room where there were fans and dehumidifier running and smelt like mold. Informed the front desk and told them we would stay put but to please let us know if another room opened up. Never was informed and then the front desk asked US if we had moved rooms and when we told them no they said well they no longer had any more rooms available for the day.

Very expensive for the area and the sound-proofing is not good. We were awakened at 6:30am by non-stop yelling and cursing by the couple adjoining our room and was able to hear every word clearly enough to record and share with the sheriff to conduct a safety-check. Was not offered anything from the hotel for our inconvenience. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Check in staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the staff were there to please. Clean, comfortable room with lots of space. The only thing that kept it from being five stars is the noise level from the hallway and other rooms. We could here very clearly what our neighbors were saying and they were not being loud.

A/C in our room was not cool at all and made it very uncomfortable. The lobby and the rest of hotel outside the rooms had no A/C on at all and was hot and stale. I would like to reiterate to the comfort inn that you are located in Florida? one of the hottest states. You would think A/C would be a priority. Also a little shady area with some area locals hanging around property. I booked another place next day.

This was a good deal for the price we paid. We had a spacious suit and breakfast was included. They also had a pool but we didn't get to enjoy that amenity. The space was clean and comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Yeah overall this property is a 3.5 but the staff wasn't really helpful during our stay. I think it was pretty cool that they allow dogs to stay there but then we found dog crap in the hallway in the elevator on multiple floors and we inform staff no less than four times yet they failed to take care of it even on the day I was leaving they were still stains in the carpet as if no one cared to do anything.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now, visiting family, we are starting to get to know the staff by name and have gotten the same room and are very satisfied with all the staff ,would recommend and will be back. Happy to have found a place that we know is clean and comfortable and friendly staff. We do mainly deal with, Zack, who is great.

I wasn’t allowed to check in because I left my license at home. I had a picture of my license along with all my credit cards including the credit card I used to book the room. The person on the desk would not listen to anything that I said. I asked for the manager and he said she was on vacation. Later I found out he was lying. I ended up having to have a friend go online and rebook the room. It cost me an extra $50 for the reservation. Then I tryed to get my money back from Expedia but they said unless the hotel released it back I couldn’t. The next morning I spoke with the assistant manager who couldn’t believe the previous days person on the desk wouldn’t take my picture of my license as proof. Also had the same credit card that I booked with which would have been plenty of proof. Anyway they released my money back to Expedia. Then after a 2 hour wait they finally agreed to give me back my money. It ruined my golf trip.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very accommodating. When we got to our room we realized that the fridge was not working. I talked to the girl at the front desk and within 1/2 hour another one was brought it. We will def be staying here in the future.

When we got to the hotel they had us on 2 different floors. The lady checking us in took the extra time and got us one the same floor right across from each other. She made it so much eazier with 5 kids. Would recommend them to anyone.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had only one trashcan in the room. When we left the next morning I mentioned it to housekeeping and when we returned we had 2 trash cans. Maintenance cane and left their name stating what they had done. If anything was needed, a quick stop at the front desk was all that was needed.

Hotel was in a safe location - felt very comfortable staying there. A short drive to Rainbow River tubing. The room was clean and comfortable. Close to Blue Gator, Swampy's and 2 Rivers, three great places to enjoy when you're in Dunnellon.

The hot breakfast was better than most. Our room was clean and organized. Bedding and extra pillows made sleeping there great. Surprisingly, the AC in the room was perfect. I loved that I could control the thermoset. This location is prime as it is close to major shops. Definitely coming back to this hotel the next trip I take up there.

Well first of all we were told the elevator was out of order. The clerk said there were no rooms on first or second floor. Hard to believe. The coffee was terrible. It looked like dishwater. The breakfast was very limited and Terrible.
