Amazing location and facilities! Room was fantastic with amazing views Facilities were brilliant (24hour pool and hot hub) Fires lit in evening - free snores provided Free games (pool, shuffle board, etc) for the kids as well as slides and flying fox

Wow, what an amazing place. Superb location right by the Yosemite entrance, lots of great food options, pools and spas were amazing. The nightly free smores was a highlight. They have lots of experiences you can book, we did horse riding and united a paddle board to take to a lake, both were amazing. Highly recommended.

Wonderful resort in a terrific location near a park entrance. Rooms are spacious, with nice amenities, friendly staff, very nice pool and hot tub, very good on-site restaurant. Bonus points for having two levels of on-site EV chargers. Off-season rates were very reasonable for a quality resort stay.

Rush Creek is a relaxing and restorative place to return to after a day of adventuring. The rooms are well designed, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the service is attentive and helpful. It's all clean and perfectly maintained, and the wooded setting is lovely and quiet. I enjoyed relaxing by the fire pits and meeting other lodgers, and loved my much-needed massage and my spa pool soak. Yes, it's a drive into the Valley, but so worth it!

Location is wonderful. Close to the park entrance. The grounds were nice with a pool and assorted games. In the evening there were fire pits where we met some of the other guests. However, one of the jacuzzies was not functioning which was frustrating. And the hotel was hosting a wedding (mid week) which added a lot of noise. The listing indicates that guests could not smoke in their rooms but that didn't stop our downstairs neighbors from smoking on their balcony with the odor wafting into our room. We prefer staying at smoke free properties.

Nice place with good amenities in great location. Nice pool and lots of other activities to entertain kids Please improve EV charging situation. 2 chargers with highway robbery prices is not enough. Please add few Tesla destination chargers.

My family and I absolutely loved our two night stay here. Our check in was fast and easy. The lobby is lovely and has a cute, well-stocked market. Our room was a good size, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice with a large shower. I was pleased to find a laundry room to clean our dirty hiking clothes. We were so pleasantly surprised to find that the location was minutes from the park entrance. We all had a blast in the pool and hot tub. We ate dinner both nights and the food was delicious. The game room was stocked with lots of fun games for the kids and they loved the free s’mores kits. The recreation desk had excellent recommendations on where to hike. The property is beautiful and peaceful. I truly can’t recommend it more. I can’t wait to return someday.

Rush Creek Lodge offers clean, comfortable rooms set in beautiful natural surroundings, with friendly staff and good service that make you feel welcome. The location is perfect for exploring Yosemite, and the atmosphere is warm and relaxed. Unfortunately, the gym is a disappointment - tiny, poorly equipped, and not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel.

Really close to yosemite, friendly staff, beautiful views. The food was reasonable and on site so that was a plus. Loved the fact that the pool is heated and you are able to use the hot tub and pool 24 x 7.

This price point and reviews we expected better. Upon entering our villa 2 maintenance people were in our room and left without offering what they were doing or answered when we offered to come back later. On a 3 night stay we had 2 of the 3 dinner reservation issues and orders wrong with wilty lettuce, missing ingredients on orders and overcooked dry chicken sandwiches. Average dinner $32 for adult $16 for kids. The pool had A LOT of white floating maybe tissue but it was gross, 2 days. We were told they had lots of new trainees on the food line. We are flexible, not picky guests and this was a lot of error even for our liking, especially for $800 a night. Hopefully their communication and customer hospitality trainees learn quickly. We did like the creek through the property, the playground both indoor and outdoor for the kids. Overall a good time, but would stay at Tenaya next time.

Perfect stay where everything we encountered did not disappoint. Cleanliness, food, service, proximity to the Park - a great stay!

Needs better customer service. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned although i requested it couple of times. Front desk service is lacking and they often say there’s nobody to help out. General store is pricey. Spa is lacking in service, pricey but not as expected. No shower room in the spa, could definitely use an upgrade and better customer service

It is a shame that room cleanness did not meet the general standard. But overall, it was very nice.

Beautiful place. Came once last winter and this time during summer. They've got so many cute family friendly happenings and the summer bbqs were a fun surprise. The blanket at the foot if our bed was VERY dusty but we just took it off for the duration of our stay. Beautiful views from our room. Omg the restaurant. We loved the brushcetta soooo much we ordered it 3 nights in a row. We also had their tacos and jeez the fries that came with the sandwiches/ burgers were damn delicious. They had plenty of alcohol free fun drinks and as folks on medication for conditions that advise no drinking, it was so fun to try all their different mocktails. Smores every night by the fire. The little creek that runs between the check in area and the main lodge was so pretty and serene. The main lodge having so many games and puzzles... really made our wait time for dinner service go by quickly. Even the cookies and the coffees in their market! They're so dang good - they don't need to be (that far from everything I'm sure people would still buy costco cookies from them, but they don't settle!) The spa- book massages in advance. They're so so worth it. The atmosphere there is so welcoming too - last year was our first visit and it was my first time going to a spa or getting a massage and I was nervous - I was worried folks would look down their noses at me (being a bigger lady) but they'll take you on a tour and you'll see all types there, dudes too so don't worry about fitting in

Property was very busy for spring break so service, especially house keeping was slow. Restaurants were very short staffed and menu limited.

Bathroom was dirty and smelled. Shower water leaked out to the front door. Housekeeping doesn’t come often. Problems with shower and finally was fixed the fourth bday when we were leaving

Dirty sheets - hair, boogers, etc. Asked for sheets to change the beds ourselves. I called a second time to ask for an extra couple sheets and the lady that had to come back a second time looked pretty upset. I was surprised considering I wasn’t making her change the sheets, and was basically doing the most annoying work myself. Also, there is no TV. May not be an issue for some, but I like to have it. It’s probably the first place I’ve stayed in decades that didn’t have one. They say there are “ample amenities” so I found that interesting.

Each time we came to our room in the late afternoons it had yet to be made. Streaks were left on the mirror and the cleaning seemed very superficial. The food at the restaurant was ok, definitely overpriced, but really the only option in the area. We had only a couple of exceptional waiters, and the food took at least 40 minutes to be served. We stayed at a 2 bedroom villa and paid an absorbent amount for what was offered. The bed was uncomfortable and the room had minimum accommodations to justify the price. We enjoyed our time in Yosemite, sadly our experience with this resort was disappointing, mostly due to the poor customer service. Almost everyone we encountered seemed to give the minimum effort.

Nice resort type property. Lots to do on site if you have kids. Bar/restaurant food was good. Their hours could be expanded. One thing that bothered me was not a single USB outlet in the room in 2023. There's zero cell reception on the property but they have good wifi. Good location to Yosemite when the main road isn't closed. Rooms were quiet except for the neighbor that played his bass heavy music until 10pm every night. Price is a little steep but we would stay here again.

Very noisy you can hear every step of the next door people

No tv in room. No tv except in bar! Too loud to hear a tv in bar. No microwave in room. Had to get dressed and walk to end of hall to warm your coffee. No, relaxing in pj’s with your morning coffee. People above us moved furniture from 8pm to 9pm then started moving furniture again before 7am the next morning. When I complained about these things while checking out, the desk clerk made it obvious that she could care less and my concerns would not be passed on.

No short of being perfect. Only shortfall was that their slow internet especially during busy time of the day.

Water pressure in the villas was horrible ! When you pay over $500 a nite you should not have a shower that trickles with no pressure . Very disappointing.

Our stay was great, just for one night while at Yosemite. The view, service, comfort, and access to the spa were great. The only negative to mention was the water pressure in the shower. It might be due to water conservation, but the pressure was low enough that it requires a longer shower. We would absolutely stay again. Its proximity to Yosemite is a huge bonus.

Loved this resort!! Design and function all well planned. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage. Had a fridge, safe and microwave in room. No TV but great wi-fi and Alexa provided. Great veranda overlooking the heated pool, two hot tubs (which we loved) and property. Did not utilize the spa services but I’m sure those are top notch as well. Fantastic restaurant and bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful buildings and property. Two minutes to Yosemite 120 entrance and about 30 minutes into Yosemite Valley. Great getaway for couples or families with lots of activities (paid and free), including a huge playroom next to the pool area. Board games, billiards, fuse ball, shuffleboard and a climbing feature. Will definitely come again.

Almost everything about this resort is perfect. Our room was spacious, clean and well thought out. The pool was great - not too crowded even the property seemed completely full. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Tons of activities for kids of all ages. Most surprising of all - the food at the restaurant was very good - which is unusual for resorts :) Overall, a great place to come with a family.

First, the positives: great location if you cannot be in the park; very nice grounds, pool, guest services (recreation desk) and restaurant. My negative review is only regarding one issue, but it's a critical one: we booked a suite with a sofa bed for the children. The sofa bed was the absolute worst I have ever seen, and I've seen a lot of sofa beds. I know that sofa beds are rarely great, but this mattress was essentially a thin piece of fabric over springs, with no stuffing whatsoever. It was also concave, so you couldn't lay down straight. Every time the children moved (which was a lot because they were so uncomfortable), the springs made a terrible noise and woke me up. None of us slept well on our first night at Rush Creek. The next morning I asked for a cushion or pad for the sofa bed, and was offered two blankets to provide extra padding, which helped a little. For over $600 per night, I expected a better mattress on the sofa bed.

Serene property with spacious rooms.

Gave me keg for a room that was already occupied by someone else at check in time. Entered the room and saw all bags open for someone who had already checked into the room.

While the best accommodation in the area, they need to listen to needs of the customer. After talking to them multiple times about needing a room for physically disabled person they put us in a normal room. This is very important and ignored even with discussion weeks before arriving.

Front desk very helpful and efficient both check in and out. Friendly staff especially the recreation and concierge services. Also dining was excellent and our waitress couldn’t have been better. Food was terrific! We loved the atmosphere and amenities! Hope to be back again

The property itself and all The amenities were amazing! Rooms are very large and spacious, and the property has so much to offer. However, every single staff member we encountered was rude! Everybody acted like they hated their job and the customer service was terrible!! We booked spa treatments and spent $700 and didn’t even get shown into the restroom or around the spa. We literally were handed a robe & sandals at check-in and got told to go Change in the restroom and wait for our massages however, We had to find the restrooms ourselves. We had to ask if there were somewhere to put our things. We then had to walk around the spa to find the place to wait. Nobody even showed us where to go or what the spa had to offer. Everybody at the restaurant was rude and not helpful. It was just very offputting as we were in a beautiful resort with so much to offer. You would think they would try to train the staff a bit more customer service!

We overall enjoyed our stay at Rush Creek but there are opportunities for improvement with communication between staff. There was a bit of a snafu with our poolside dinner reservation one evening and we were made to feel as if it was our fault. Turns out, it was a miscommunication between the staff. Several times when we asked questions, the staff was hesitant or unsure of the answers they were providing us or we got different answers depending on who we asked. More in depth training would go a long way to help your guests feel confident in the services provided.

Ok, confusion over upgrade offered had to change rooms to get upgrade despite requesting in advance. Appear to have been charged more with out adequate explanation when I queried at check out.

Great location to stay when visiting Yosemite. Close to West gate. Property was very well kept with lots of amenities. Room and Dining areas were nice if not a bit spartan in feel and appearance. Surrounding area is beautiful. All the staff were engaging and friendly. Special mention on the large volume Ice makers. With everyone filling coolers for park visits and they never ran out of ice!!

Tried to eat breakfast at the restaurant and was in line at 7am for opening. Hostess skipped people in line to seat people with reservations and then after seating a table of six told everyone without a reservation there was a wait. Terrible service

we arrived at rush creek after a long day in Yosemite and it was perfect! Very friendly check in, room nice and clean, spacious and nice balcony towards the mountain. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and it was very good. We even played at the game room and had fun! Next day we grabbed what we needed from the store to take out to the parks. You have everything you need and the whole property is beautiful. Very close to the big flat Yosemite entrance.

Everything here is fantastic except for the food. Unfortunately, there aren't too many other places to eat dinner so you are stuck with their kitchen. It just doesn't match up to the rest of the experience. Aside from that this is a great place to stay while exploring the park.

Beautiful property, clean room with lovely deck. Greta experience with smores in the evening. Dinning was not as great as previous years. We waited a long time for our drinks and dessert. I believe they just didn’t have enough staff.However, once we got it, the food and drinks were excellent. I would definitely come back!

Great place with lots to do when not exploring Yosemite. Would recommend and stay again. Was very disappointed with the hot breakfast wraps however, both the veggie and chorizo, purchased at the cafe/gift shop. 3 of us didn’t feel well right away and threw them in the garbage.

The service is good. The dinner is delicious. The children are very happy.

Great lodge and close to Yosemite Park. The place is clean and nicely design. The food at the restaurant is not good but it's a minor detail. The Spa was great and the facility as a whole was super pleasant. Highly recommend it.

The property is beautiful and very child friendly. Plenty of child friendly activities. A 10 minute drive to the west gate entrance of Yosemite. The spa and pool/hot tubs were a plus. The food was OK and they run out of menu items constantly which is not ideal since they only have one restaurant on the property and there are no other restaurants nearby.
