Our group LOVED this property! The place was so charming and had amazing areas for group gatherings. There is a beautifully outfitted outdoor area with gas fire pits and each floor had a large commons room that had 2 tv's and a full sized refrigerator with lots of seating options. The breakfast bar had several hot and cold options and we just loved the exposed brick, high ceilings and wooden floors. This is a hidden gem that we will definitely return to! It is right across the street from the train tracks and you could hear the train whistles throughout the night, so take earplugs or a sound machine if you are a light sleeper. A charming town with lots of potential and only 2 blocks from the train station where we got on Dora Trail which connects to the New River Trail. Perfect! We were able to take our eBikes on the elevator and store them in our rooms overnight. Highly recommend!

Jackson Park Inn: What a great place - a former cannery/warehouse turned into a hotel, and great for small to medium size conventions/meetings. In their pictures you can see how the original structure remained visible. The rooms were very well appointed and very clean. The staff went out of their way to offer amenities. EXAMPLE: my wife and I went to a local grocery store and bought a bottle of white wine for her and a bottle of red wine for me. Entering the lobby, we announced that we had his and her bottles... Immediately, one of the staff went into the restaurant on site and brought out two wine glasses to take up to our room. Price was very competitive with other similarly ranked hotels. The breakfast was real food - real eggs, real sausage, etc, etc, etc. The 3 star rating for Jackson Park Inn is certainly deserved! The only small issue that we discovered in our stay was that a railroad line is close by and used in the early morning hours. Would we go back again? Yes, indeed!!!

This is a lovely hotel, with free parking and a good breakfast. There is a good new restaurant in the same building. But what really sets this hotel apart is their restoration of an historic building. It has great character, along with comfort. Pulaski is a town in recovery, but with some new economic policies, I am optimistic that it will soon improve.

I traveled to Pulaski for a family funeral. It was my first time to the city. Jackson Park Inn was wonderful. Modern, attractive, CLEAN, and quaint. The rooms were even prettier and fancier than the pictures shown. I traveled with my sister so we chose a double. The bathroom had TWO vanities (one each side) 2 huge wardrobes, a desk, chairs, and mini fridge as well as a keurig. Staff was wonderful. Outdoor area was perfect with an amazing propane fire and rocking chairs. There was a huge restaurant area that offered a filling continental breakfast. Had we known, we'd have held the after funeral lunch there as it was perfect. Would stay there again. Consider it for parents weekends for Radford and VA Tech. Close enough and very, very accomodating.

This hotel is a beautifully restored historic building that was formerly a factory and or warehouse. It has the convenience of free parking, wifi and breakfast included with each stay. Rooms have nice views, refrigerators, comfortable beds and nice fixtures. As a true factory town, this hotel has an active railway line running by it, so it has moments that are not quiet. The town is at a point where it is working hard to recover from a number of setbacks and I hope that it continues to rebuild.

We stopped here about halfway on a trip from PA to AL. The hotel is interesting and we loved the exposed beams and decor paying homage to a time when the town wasn't so depressed. The room was huge by hotel standards and the linens were inviting and comfortable. But the walls were paper thin and we heard lots of noise from other guests. The faucet in the tub had a constant slow stream, which I should have told the front desk about, but was simply too tired. The mattress was very soft. Again, I was so tired that it didn't matter, but for a multiple night stay it probably would have caused some aches and pains. Breakfast was fine; typical hotel free breakfast, though they didn't have grits which I found weird. The problem at breakfast was that the first four or five plates we pulled were filthy; they had globs of fried apples or something on them. The front desk staff was friendly and hepful. The parking lot was well lit and across the street from a fire station so I felt that our cars, full of furniture, etc. were safe. This is a fairly nice hotel trying to be a fancy resort style stopover in an almost ghost town, but I wouldn't stay again, mainly because of the noise.

We absolutely loved it. The room was gorgeous and the most comfortable bedding I have ever slept in. I want to find some for my bed at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices as well.

A very unique property. Non descriptive building upon arrival. One inside the architectural design was amazing. Exposed beams throughout, including the rooms. Exposed brick room walls and spacious rooms. However, sound insulation not good. Can easily hear other guests voices and tv’s. Rooms could use a little more bright lighting and a full length dressing mirror. Bed are extremely comfortable and amenity’s adequate. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only real issue being the hotel is close to railroad tracks and train passes 2-3 times at night, whistle blowing thought town. If back in area would definitely consider a return stay

Amazing!! Just beautiful and unique. The rooms were a stunning surprise when you opened the door!! I can’t say enough about the esthetic of the building! Our group LOVED this property! The place was so charming and had amazing areas for group gatherings. There is a beautifully outfitted outdoor area with gas fire pits and each floor had a large commons room that had 2 tv's and a full sized refrigerator with lots of seating options. The breakfast bar had several hot and cold options and we just loved the exposed brick, high ceilings and wooden floors. This is a hidden gem that we will definitely return to! Beautiful historic building with clean modern interior. Room was spatious and comfortable. The drive from Blacksburg through Radford and Dublin was very scenic. Pulaski is convenient to New River Trail and other hiking and gravel trails. Only downside we encountered was a few loud trains came through overnight. Would stay here again.

Loved the exposed brick and wood beams, not your typical hotel architecture. Manager said the building formerly was a cannery and grocery. Great re-use of an historic building. We came to the area to bike on the New River Trail, and the hotel is only a block from the Dora Trail which connects to the NRT. Municipal buildings, including police station, are next door, so perfect location for trail access and we felt safe leaving our bikes on our car rack overnight.

Great hotel away from the interstate in an old town area. It is near the railroad tracks but the noise was minimal. We checked in around midnight and left at 9am. The first train we heard was about 5am but it wasn’t crazy loud. It was a great property and stay overall and I would recommend.

Great accommodation. Downtown Pulaski is somewhat blighted. This town is located in a picturesque area…but the shuttered downtown is not very appealing. It appears that there is an attempt to bring business back downtown.

This is a lovely hotel, with free parking and a good breakfast. There is a good new restaurant in the same building. But what really sets this hotel apart is their restoration of an historic building. It has great character, along with comfort. Pulaski is a town in recovery, but with some new economic policies, I am optimistic that it will soon improve.

I did not have the opportunity to eat breakfast. I was a bit surprised after driving and arriving in the evening that there was no restaurant even though I saw if advertised on a web site. The hotel and my room were immaculate - amazing comfortable bed, water pressure and roomy. There was a bit more noise from other rooms that suprised me. Finally, there was just nowhere open in Pulaski on a Saturday night to eat! That was frustrating. Parking was super! Love it - will be back.

Truly a gem of a hotel. The Town of Pulaski itself is limited in offerings, but staying at this hotel was worth the drive off the beaten path. Beautifully restored factory building. The in-house restaurant was being converted from one restaurant to another so there was nothing offered on site for lunch or dinner, but the staff was able to recommend great local options.

We absolutely loved it. The room was gorgeous and the most comfortable bedding I have ever slept in. I want to find some for my bed at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices as well.

The room was great—full of charm, very clean, and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy. However, the walls are extremely thin. We could clearly hear the people in the next room talking until 3 a.m., which made it hard to sleep. You can also hear water flushing, and on top of that, trains passing through town honk their horns during the night. If you’re a light sleeper like I am, it can be challenging to get rest here. As for dining, there are very limited options in town—maybe one or two places—so plan to eat before you arrive. Though some of the aspects of the hotel are a little worn, it was spotless and the space was huge! I really thought the room was great. Some staff were fantastic, some were not as enthusiastic. Breakfast was a standard continental, limited choices in some areas but it was good. I would stay again. I have to mention again, how clean and spotless the hotel is. Parking was very easy.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff, the cleanliness of the room and entire property, and let’s not forget the great continental breakfast. We were also able to walk to the nearby brewing company and pizza place which were fantastic. If you are looking for a nice place, this is a must.

Great place, location and staff. The facility was wonderful. Only reason I gave it a 4 was there were several trains that came by between 4 and 6 in the morning you could hear. Not extremely loud but loud enough that it might bother a light sleeper. Everything else was fantastic. Staff was extremely helpful.
