Check in was very nice, warm nice reception people. there is not enough parking and got a ticket while I double parked to check in! The rooms are small but clean, bathrooms out of date and poorly repaired. Massage was amazing, great staff . Gym and in door pool was under construction but out door pool was very nice .

Super stay. Everything was convenient, the beach super close, restaurants and everything within walking distance. Hotel was great. Maybe not the most modern amenities, but everything superb. Spa seemed crowded in the afternoon, but earlier in the day, it was empty.

When placed reservation hotel listed Steam Room as part of the amenities available….needless to say there was no Steam Room. If you want to call a 3x3 ft hot-bath/bubbleless a jacuzzi and a Salt Water pool a full SPA facility to cover the entire hotel you need to make sure you understand what a SPA is, we ended up going to the next door hotel for the pampering we were long waiting for. Air condition heat or cool in room did not work, toilet in room would not flush our waste because there was no water pressure to flush it out, had to use the shower head to assist flushing. Food is subpar, my travel partner is vegan and there was nothing that he could eat there, chef was not available to accommodate dietary basic needs for Vegans, not to mention the lack of availability of simple Club soda or anything carbonated, Asked at the bar for an Aperol Spritz but was told they cant open a bottle of champagne for just one drink…Say what ?!?! Bottom line if you looking for real hotel that knows how to operate and take care of its guest stay away from this place, seems like they are driving this place to the ground. I travel a lot, this took the award for the lowest score in every category possible. Safe travels 🙌

Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr alt und teilweise quietschen die Geräte, werden nicht unterhalten. Besonders unter unter den Geräten sieht es so aus, als ob der ganze Dreck jeweils darunter gekehrt wird. Beim Pool sind Schilder mit Rauchverbot ausgehängt, leider halten sich die Gäste überhaupt nicht daran und es wird auch nicht kontrolliert, was ich für die Nichtraucher sehr schade finde.

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was excellent but I was frankly disappointed with the Spa. The treatment services seemed to be excessively expensive for what they were offering. Also, the mineral pool in the spa was smaller than the pool I have in my own home and did not appear to be inviting to use, all crammed with people, so I did I use it.

I enjoyed the fine piano that was there for guest to use.I loved everything about the place the fine heated swimming pool with heated Dead Sea Water, the excellent breakfast the amazingly beautiful garden etc etc

L'hôtel est très viellissant, mais surtout pas entretenu, des hommes de chambres qui sont tres bruyant le matin, de la poussière dans les recoins. Le spa devait être beau auparavant mais aujourd'hui ce n'est plus cela, les vestiaires sont sales, on n'oses pas mettre les pieds par terre...bref un séjour sympa car la mer morte est magnifique mais surtout pas grâce à l'hôtel !

It's all right for the cost, given how expensive the area is, and the staff was reasonably polite. The main issue is that the rooms are small, smell bad and are not particularly clean. For example we arrived to find a pool of water on the bathroom floor. Fortunately, the spa and pool are in better condition.

Great location. Walked to everything. Parking was easy. Lobby and pool area fancy and clean. Breakfast was great. Spa and rooms a bit dated and dirty. Overall good place to stay, but not as luxurious as I would have hoped.

Good location and lovely hot dead sea pool. Good food and entertainment. Rooms are small especially the bathroom and its impossible not to flood the bathroom when having a shower. Rooms need some maintainance, underneath the bed was thick dust and staff could have been more helpful. Shame rooms don't have balconies and full sea view. Reasonable for price but unlikely to go back.

I’m n addition to the little review here, I’ll definitely write another one in a normal and more legible format, the check in process was Ok, we got the room Exactly on 3pm , so Ben if the hotel wasn’t full and NOT really busy cause it’s low season, once we get in to the room- small refrigerator is leaking, floor was wet around , night stand on my left side was broken, bed- queen- it’s not , they just took two singles and connected them . Ac- barely working. Bathroom- while showering- water splashing out and not option for cold water . Toilet- not even a brush in case you wanna clean after you do your needs . Towels- fine. Mattress- too soft Sheets are ok. Cleanliness- I’ll say -POOR. Breakfast- was ok , stuff is friendly . Hallway- super dirty and carpet Not really clean. In conclusion- in pictures on the website, they show something else, but when you there - it’s Different!!! We will not come again, and we are looking for a compensation for the 12 hours we paid for.

ロケーションがよく死海にすぐ行ける点が良かった。ホテル自体は新しくはないが清潔にしている。どの部屋からも死海が見える作りにはなっているが、窓は小さくバルコニーは無かった。

The hotel is easy to find and has a reasonable sized car park and is set back from the beach in this resort. Check in was friendly and we had a good sized room on the seventh floor with views over the beach. There was a good sized desk, plenty of sockets, good wifi and the room was quiet. We were doing the sunrise walk at Masada so we didn't really have a chance to explore any hotel facilities and we should have stayed another night. The late breakfast until midday option was very useful though!

Or they should charge less for that night. Charging a full price and depraving tourists of at least 4 hrs' rest is cheating. Moreover, even at 7PM (time they wrote we may check in) their computers were not working and we had to wait more to get our room. With the checkout at 11 we had access to our room only for 15 hrs. The room itself was good and the breakfast was nice, but the whole impression was ruined by late check in.

Great location across the road from the beach and overall good hotel. Room was clean and cool but fairly small. Breakfast was typical buffet - good choice but hot food was not hot. Pool area was lovely but was very busy and lot of people smoking. Manager came after someone complained and everyone hid their cigarettes and lit up again as soon as she was gone. Nice outside sitting areas, bar and lobby.

Неплохой отель. Понравилось спа: бассейн с водой мёртвого моря, джакузи, хаммам, сауна. Только вот в мокрой сауне очень неприятно пахло. Номер нормального размера но очень неудобно открывать окно из-за занавесок. Приятным сюрпризом оказались вода + конфеты. Большое спасибо. А вот кондиционер не хотел работать на тепло.

Generally it was nice. Breakfast is not as rich as in other Israeli hotels. Friday night dinner was really good. In the room we had flies (or similar) that terribly disturbed.... You should know that the room has a great view to the Dead Sea but the window is quite small and when lying in bed you don't see anything. I was quite surprised to have to pay an additional 150 shekels for a mozei shabbat late check out. Many hotels don't ask anything in addition for this. I also have to mention that we had asked Saturday at the reception till what time the spa was open. We were said 18.45 but at the end we were asked to leave the spa at 18.30 as that was the time they decided to close. Location is great. We came early and could get a parking spot at the hotel.

You should know that the room has a great view to the Dead Sea but the window is quite small and when lying in bed you don't see anything. I was quite surprised to have to pay an additional 150 shekels for a mozei shabbat late check out. Many hotels don't ask anything in addition for this. I also have to mention that we had asked Saturday at the reception till what time the spa was open. We were said 18.45 but at the end we were asked to leave the spa at 18.30 as that was the time they decided to close. Location is great. We came early and could get a parking spot at the hotel.

Returning guests. Welcomed warmly by Nuriel at the front desk and Hofit the guest relations manager took great care of us. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of choice. The spa pool and jacuzzi were excellent too.

We had accidently double booked at the hotel, and the hotel staff, specifically Nuriel, was incredibly helpful with trying to cancel one of the reservations, while working with us to try to lower our costs elsewhere. Much appreciated!

The hotel is old and is in need of some TLC, however, for the most part our stay was awesome. This is mostly due to the people that work there. They are awesome and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was awesome. Great location and atmosphere. The food was amazing and the restaurant staff, Mahmoud/the manager and Ruth Cohen were absolutely wonderful as well as the staff. The front desk personnel, including, Alona were so pleasant. I wish I could remember some more names to tell you about but they were awesome as well.

Or they should charge less for that night. Charging a full price and depraving tourists of at least 4 hrs' rest is cheating. Moreover, even at 7PM (time they wrote we may check in) their computers were not working and we had to wait more to get our room. With the checkout at 11 we had access to our room only for 15 hrs. The room itself was good and the breakfast was nice, but the whole impression was ruined by late check in.

As we arrived I found out that the price is not what I saw because the hotel charged us TAX ... when we got the room we went to rest - we were disturbed twice - first time the room maid opened the door without knocking and turned on the lights, when she heard that the room is not empty she closed the door and left the lights on - I had to go out of bed to turn the lights off. second time she knocked to ask if we have bathrobe... in the morning the room maid knocked at 7:30 un the morning ! too early for people on vacation. I also mentioned we are celebbrating Birthday with no Reference. There was no bathing cap or tissue, disappointing. the Spa was ggod - we liked the Hamam

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The property needs a better parking situation for sure, but it’s the way all the properties are there. We had to walk past 2-3 hotels down the way to a dirt parking lot to find parking most of our stay. But overall, it was a nice place and the breakfast buffet was very nice.

Super stay. Everything was convenient, the beach super close, restaurants and everything within walking distance. Hotel was great. Maybe not the most modern amenities, but everything superb. Spa seemed crowded in the afternoon, but earlier in the day, it was empty.

Great location across the road from the beach and overall good hotel. Room was clean and cool but fairly small. Breakfast was typical buffet - good choice but hot food was not hot. Pool area was lovely but was very busy and lot of people smoking. Manager came after someone complained and everyone hid their cigarettes and lit up again as soon as she was gone. Nice outside sitting areas, bar and lobby.

Great location. Walked to everything. Parking was easy. Lobby and pool area fancy and clean. Breakfast was great. Spa and rooms a bit dated and dirty. Overall good place to stay, but not as luxurious as I would have hoped.

When placed reservation hotel listed Steam Room as part of the amenities available….needless to say there was no Steam Room. If you want to call a 3x3 ft hot-bath/bubbleless a jacuzzi and a Salt Water pool a full SPA facility to cover the entire hotel you need to make sure you understand what a SPA is, we ended up going to the next door hotel for the pampering we were long waiting for. Air condition heat or cool in room did not work, toilet in room would not flush our waste because there was no water pressure to flush it out, had to use the shower head to assist flushing. Food is subpar, my travel partner is vegan and there was nothing that he could eat there, chef was not available to accommodate dietary basic needs for Vegans, not to mention the lack of availability of simple Club soda or anything carbonated, Asked at the bar for an Aperol Spritz but was told they cant open a bottle of champagne for just one drink…Say what ?!?! Bottom line if you looking for real hotel that knows how to operate and take care of its guest stay away from this place, seems like they are driving this place to the ground. I travel a lot, this took the award for the lowest score in every category possible. Safe travels 🙌

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was excellent but I was frankly disappointed with the Spa. The treatment services seemed to be excessively expensive for what they were offering. Also, the mineral pool in the spa was smaller than the pool I have in my own home and did not appear to be inviting to use, all crammed with people, so I did I use it.

L’établissement est bien entretenu dans l’ensemble , certaines chambres doivent être un peu de rénovées mais dans l’ensemble le personnel est serviable et le petit déjeuner est bon et varié ainsi que le dîner. Dommage que les transats de plage sont payant. Idéal pour se reposer et passer un bon moment au spa ! Je recommande

I checked few hotels in Ein Bokek. Some of them have AC very noisy. This hotel was very quiet in this matter. Another good thing was, no kids. It was another reason for a quiet place. The only problem was, I was in non-smoking area outside with the sign "No smoking". Some people disregarded the sign and they smoke. I asked person on front desk to get involved in this matter , but he just ignored it. He suppose to stop them from smoking or to send then to a smoking area.
