Great boutique hotel, looking like some Greece resort, there was a music of Greece. Room was just perfect- white, clean and enough big for couple. Breakfast was very good - you have enigma choose of food, fresh and tasty. Stuff and security was very nice, they are checking for smokers and tall them not to smoke - for me it was very important . I pretty sure i gonna back to this hotem

The concept for the hotel is nice and we really wanted to like it. However, as its majority ground access, lots of people walk past so in order to have any privacy in the room with 2 glass walls, you have to have the curtains shut, meaning you get no daylight and the curtains get caught in the door everytime you open it. Great location with just a short walk onto the beach, however the beach needed some maintenance as there was lots of rubbish collecting at the waters edge. The pool area is nice. We turned up to breakfast on our first morning to find most of the food had been cleared away despite it being advertised as open for another 45 minutes.

The air conditioner never worked properly, even after the technician was there. The room wasn’t clean. The shower needs to have new rubber on the door. Exposed electrical wires behind the mirror. The shower is just warm to hot, no cold water. For a 5 star hotel I would being it down to a 2.5. The outside of the rooms were dirty.

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding a serious incident that occurred during my stay at a hotel booked through your platform. During my stay, I was injured due to significant safety hazards at the hotel. The area outside the guest rooms had very poor lighting, and there was no safety railing or protective barrier in a location with a dangerous change in elevation. As a result, I fell and severely sprained my ankle. The injury caused me considerable pain, limited my mobility, and completely ruined my vacation. Instead of enjoying my trip, I had to deal with the physical pain and the consequences of the accident. I kindly request that you investigate this matter with the hotel management and provide me with a formal response. I also ask that you consider appropriate compensation for the injury, the distress, and the negative impact this incident had on my vacation. I look forward to your prompt response. Kind regards,

We stayed at Milo’s for one night and enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is just steps from the beach. We would also like to thank Aliza, who upgraded us to a room with a pool, which was a real treat!
