Taxi booking service. I thought it was arranged the day before. What they meant was a bloke in the garage would use his grab app to order you one in the morning. I could have done that myself.

Good hotel with clean, fresh rooms, friendly staff, and a quiet, convenient location. However, the breakfast could be improved as the selection is limited and the coffee machine could be upgraded.

The location is great and very close to many resturants. The staff and security are top notch and very helpful and courteous. The rooms are very clean and spacious with hot water for great showers. It is next to a park which many use for walking and working out. Overall, I was very pleased with the overall experience and will definitely stay here every time that I am in Bangkok. Kudos to the staff and security. They were awesome
