Property was very clean and affordable. The check-in was a problem, we had to wait on the street and phone to get a code, not well communicated. The photos on Expedia lead you to believe there is a hot tub but there isn’t, only with selected rooms. We had to leave a day early and they would not provide a refund. This location is near a drop in centre, several homeless on the street.

Vraiment un beau loft dans le quartier St-Roch avec des restos et un stationnement couvert a 2 minutes à pied. Un gros merci au responsable de l'entretien qui a effectué un immense travail pour le nettoyage du spa. On a été capable de profiter de la magnifique terrasse dans un spa en pleine tempête de neige.
Vraiment un beau loft dans le quartier St-Roch avec des restos et un stationnement couvert a 2 minutes à pied. Un gros merci au responsable de l'entretien qui a effectué un immense travail pour le nettoyage du spa. On a été capable de profiter de la magnifique terrasse dans un spa en pleine tempête de neige.

On a adoré le concept. L’espace est bien pensé et bien organisé. Le seul bémol c’est que le ménage est fait toujours de la même manière donc plusieurs petits endroits ne sont jamais fait (ça paraît) la propreté générale est bien à première vue mais quand on s'attarde on voit des choses désagréables. Exemple: les tablettes ouvertes dans la cuisine où sont les verres sont remplis de poussière et les verres sont tournés du côté qu’on bois sur les tablettes sales ( nous avons lavé les tablettes… si on regarde derrière le meuble de télé ouf… Le cache lumière ouvert vers le haut dans la chambre fermé est rempli de poussière. Bref je vous le mentionne pour améliorer ce point. L’équipement de cuisine est très cheap ( poèle complètement fini.) juste 2 coupes de vin pour une place à 4 personnes. L’essoreuse de salade est presque brisée. Encore une fois c’est pour vous mentionner les points à améliorer. Cela n’a pas brimé notre plaisir et notre appréciation générale des lieux. Revoir la quantité de chlore qui est trop forte. Nos maillots sont décolorés et beaucoup étaient incommodé (yeux) malgré qu’on à attendu avant d’embarquer. Il y a eu de la musique très forte jusqu’à 2 h am vendredi. On pensait qu’il y avait un bar dans le même immeuble samedi ps de problème. Donc c’était peut-être des locataires voisins.

Nice spacious apartments, very well maintained. Modern, clean look. Laundry in the building was a plus! Did not find jacuzzi though. Will definitely book and stay again.

There is no service desk at the location so if you want to drop luggage before check in you must go to another property about 10 min walk away. There is major construction on the south side of the property and a soup kitchen on the east side of the property. Kitchen was equipped. Grocery store, parking, pubs, restaurants, and shops are very close.

Liked the modern and neat appearance of the unit. Didn’t like the no parking, unsafe neighbourhood (across from a soup kitchen), and surprised there wasn’t a hot tub like we saw in the pictures. We were lead to believe we would have access to a hot tub and we’re very disappointed. The lock on the door was also difficult to open.

Le décor est vraiment beau et l’endroit bien meublé, j’ai beaucoup aimé la décoration ! Par contre, le spa est complètement à la vue de tous… il est collé à la terrasse commune et visible depuis la fenêtre de la chambre du haut. En plus, le soir, il y a une grosse lumière qui éclaire directement l’endroit, donc pas trop d’intimité à ce niveau-là. Le lit était confortable, mais ma douillette avait une tache qui ressemblait à du sang, donc pas super agréable. Le soir, la musique des bars autour joue fort jusqu’à tard après minuit. Il y a aussi pas mal de sans-abris dans le secteur, certains parlent fort ou crient, ce qui rend l’ambiance un peu dérangeante à l’extérieur. Le stationnement est aussi un peu plus loin, et c’est là que plusieurs d’entre eux se rassemblent (en groupe). Sinon, la communication avec l’hôte a été excellente ! Très rapide et efficace. En gros, on a quand même été satisfaits de notre séjour et je recommande l’endroit, mais il faut savoir que l’extérieur peut être un peu bruyant et moins tranquille

First, the positives….. 1) The apartment was really large, airy with high ceiling, spotlessly clean, with solid furnishings and nearly brand-new appliances. A bargain for the price. 2) The location is really convenient; you can walk to the Old City in 20 minutes (or Uber in 5 min). 3) The Metro Plus supermarket, literally a 2-min walk, is a full-sized supermarket, not a convenience store. A pharmacy is the other way, equally close. Some cafes and a restaurant are within a few minutes stroll. 4) It felt a safe neighborhood; you will find homeless people, but they won’t bother you. Now, the negatives ….. 1) Their website says we can check in earlier for a fee, if the room is ready. We wanted to check in at 2 PM instead of 4PM. We text chatted in advance and they confirmed it. Asked us to email and call the day of travel. We did both. They said call after you have landed and they’d check to see if the room is ready. We did. Now the desk person completely denied that such a thing is possible, and said they have no way of contacting the cleaning staff. She was rude and wouldn’t listen to our backstory. Anyway, this cost us some difficulties and some loss. 2) The wifi is quite weak— when it is on, that is. Frequently, it is off; …. when it happened repeatedly, we gave up and used our phone’s hotspot. The problem is, the TV doesn’t work without the wifi either (Netflix, Prime, ..). The remote won’t work for a few hours and will spring to life at some point.

I was really impressed with all aspects of this property, we literally had no problems. The property was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable. Great location for the Railway station just a 5 to 10 min walk, and not far from the city centre. Buses a short walk away to take you to the Waterfall and the old town. Huge supermarket just around the corner for anything you need.

Sad. I try to always book les lofts when I go back to QC city. Had stayed at this property before street level no problem, however this time SF501 faces the plants around the port and the noise level in the bedroom was just way above what would be expected even though the room description says soundproofed. I always carry earplugs but since the noise is a low frequency vibration it hardly helped. Sleep quality was 2/10.

We liked that it was clean and had everything we needed. It was really close to restaurants. The only drawback was in one of the bedrooms it had no where to hang your clothes.

Nice modern clean place. However looks like it’s on the budget. No curtains expect to wake up 5:30am from sunlight. No paper towel no dish sponge provided. No iron. First day I sent email ( it was only means of communication with management) I asked for curtains to be hanged and for paper towel and an iron. My email was ingnored no one ever responded. So I kept waking up before 6am since the windows are big and sun just wakes you up

First, the positives….. 1) The apartment was really large, airy with high ceiling, spotlessly clean, with solid furnishings and nearly brand-new appliances. A bargain for the price. 2) The location is really convenient; you can walk to the Old City in 20 minutes (or Uber in 5 min). 3) The Metro Plus supermarket, literally a 2-min walk, is a full-sized supermarket, not a convenience store. A pharmacy is the other way, equally close. Some cafes and a restaurant are within a few minutes stroll. 4) It felt a safe neighborhood; you will find homeless people, but they won’t bother you. Now, the negatives ….. 1) Their website says we can check in earlier for a fee, if the room is ready. We wanted to check in at 2 PM instead of 4PM. We text chatted in advance and they confirmed it. Asked us to email and call the day of travel. We did both. They said call after you have landed and they’d check to see if the room is ready. We did. Now the desk person completely denied that such a thing is possible, and said they have no way of contacting the cleaning staff. She was rude and wouldn’t listen to our backstory. Anyway, this cost us some difficulties and some loss. 2) The wifi is quite weak— when it is on, that is. Frequently, it is off; …. when it happened repeatedly, we gave up and used our phone’s hotspot. The problem is, the TV doesn’t work without the wifi either (Netflix, Prime, ..). The remote won’t work for a few hours and will spring to life at some point.

Excellent location. Many amenities within walking distance. Clean, bright, spacious and well appointed. Only suggestion would be to install hooks on the bedroom wall similar to the front door to offer a bit more clothing storage.

i loved staying here, the apartment was sooo nice and very aesthetic vibes. everything was clean. the view was also good. there’s a grocery store near the property and they basically provide everything you need to cook. the only thing is that it was scary some mornings because there were some homeless people chilling at the front of main door when we would go out for breakfast. but they don’t really bother people at all. based on the price, i recommend this place. also, most of the tourist spots are walkable (around 10-25 mins) if you don’t mind walking.

Beautiful loft. Nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with qualify linens. My one criticism is the unit had no place to unpack suitcases. No closets or drawers. One bedroom had no place to put suitcase on floor without having to step over it. The 2nd bedroom had a bench for suitcase and a hook on the wall with 4 hangers. This would be a problem for a long term stay. Also we had internet issues - while we could connect, we would lose the signal within minute(s). We communicated this issue thru the booking office every day of our 4 day stay. They keep telling us the entire building had a strong signal throughout. Well, we didn’t.

We will stay here again when in Quebec City. Lifts were well situated, quiet, clean with nice amenities. Staff was very helpful communicating off site parking options prior to our arrival and responded immediately when we had entry issues which were my fault. Great stay!

Terrible experience! They gave me the wrong passcode for the key box! We can’t go into the room! Made me and my whole family waited at the door until 11:15pm(we waited from 10pm). My mom was too tired, she had to sit on the floor waiting for me to call the receptionist to get the correct code. The lady at reception was really rude as well! We had to call her 3 times to tell her the situation, and she hang up our first call for no reason! The room is right above the bar! And it was really noisy at night. My wife couldn’t even sleep until 3am! They need better windows to block the noises!

Homeless service zone right in front of the front gate. Walkable to old Quebec area and grocery was 3 min from the loft. Very clear and overall condition of the property was fine. French was better for communication with agents. It was hard to be connected with agents. It took more than an hour to get an access code and we had to stand at the gate while it was raining. Transaction was doubled and got a refund later. [Overall] property was really good, but operation system was poor. They need to improve their system.

Amazing amenities in the loft. Great kitchen Great close to a grocery, nice coffee shop, but I communicated 2 times about small concerns in the room and never got an answer back. Note they do not provide coffee packets for the coffee maker like most hotel do.

Staff was very helpful - there was an initial mix-up of the booked rooms and after a little language barrier, things were resolved very quickly. The area appears to be gentrifying; lots of restaurants; walking distance to Gare du Palais (central train station); 20 minute uphill walk to the Old City.

We arrived at the apartment around 11:30 am after our cruise. We knew that check in was 4 pm but as normal hotels, we thought we could leave our luggage and go around. But when we arrived, there was no reception. We were told to go to another place to store our luggage. We walked 20 mins dragging our luggage. This was NOT communicated to us at all. So later we come back to get our luggage and go to the apartment. It was in a very scary area. We got inside and found it very clean. But then we realized that there were no closets in the bedroom to hang our clothes. So, we had to live out of our suitcase. The bathroom sink was also very small. No place to keep our toiletries. There was no air conditioning in the rooms. It was very hot. Not a good experience at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was a really great apartment well stocked. It was nice having a bathroom in each bedroom. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. It was a 20 min walk to Chateau Laurier. We parked in the recommended parking that was a two minute walk. $20 for 24 hrs

The apartment itself was nice, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Having a nice kitchen was a bonus. Unfortunately, i felt the neighborhood was a bit sketchy amd i was worried about parking my car.

There is no service desk at the location so if you want to drop luggage before check in you must go to another property about 10 min walk away. There is major construction on the south side of the property and a soup kitchen on the east side of the property. Kitchen was equipped. Grocery store, parking, pubs, restaurants, and shops are very close.

I was really impressed with all aspects of this property, we literally had no problems. The property was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable. Great location for the Railway station just a 5 to 10 min walk, and not far from the city centre. Buses a short walk away to take you to the Waterfall and the old town. Huge supermarket just around the corner for anything you need.

Good apartment, nice furniture., very comfortable. Sadly, there were a few homeless people around the area. We had understood that there would be a queen size bed in the bedroom but it was only a double bed, The toilet seat in the bathroom needs to be fixed.... There was no coffee capsules or tea bags in the apartment. Finally, it was 16 degrees C and freezing when we got into the apartment. I find it absolutely unacceptable that hotels are setting ACs at 16C. What a waste energy and how damaging it is to the environment.
