The food spread in breakfast was amazing, with live counter and bakery items apart from the general breakfast items. Very nice decor and seating place. The location is quite good with many other restaurants and Candolim beach nearby. Very helpful & polite staff. The games area with Table Tennis, Pool, Carrom and Video game console was great. The swimming pool experience was also nice. The only reason I am not giving a full rating is because it did not have that WOW factor of a 5-star hotel. There is something extra in the care, service, facilities, space in a 5-star hotel. That was missing !!

Our stay at was nothing short of magical. The property has beautiful pools. The kids' club was a huge hit with our little ones, keeping them entertained for hours. The breakfast buffet was a delightful affair, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I will not only recommend this property to my friends and family but I will stay here again in my next visit too.

Nice welcoming hotel and super friendly staff. Breakfast was great too. Only thing that the rooms bathroom could do with a super clean as bottom of shower tiles had mould and we could smell it. Also bad smell in lifts. They need to scent it regularly for an 5 star hotel. Otherwise all good.

This is no way a 5* hotel! the hotels is is poor condition with water leaking all over the top floor and buckets put to catch the water . Smelt of of damp , dark and dingy!! shame on the Hyatt brand putting their name to this place. Coin lhr wait to check out. Food offering was pathetic and tasteless. Avoid this place like the plague . No way what’s expected for 5 star !

This Hotel was just amazing. I loved everything about it from the entrance with the vintage bike and GetLostInGoa sign to the rooms. The mesmerizing part was the outdoor breakfast place was like a dream with umbrellas hanging and the water falling and the ambiguity at its excellence. The rooms were big enough for two and the bathrooms were spacious which I love. So many cabinets and the perfectly tucked tea/coffee area was brilliant. Definitely a great place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

was good stay Staff amazing. however they had over 100 kids showup and noone thought to block kids on same floor as a group so they all came charging down the halls between 2245 and midnight and up all night being loud through corridors even knocking on my door several times thinking their school mates were in my room (wrong room) Otherwise hotel was ok

This is no way a 5* hotel! the hotels is is poor condition with water leaking all over the top floor and buckets put to catch the water . Smelt of of damp , dark and dingy!! shame on the Hyatt brand putting their name to this place. Coin lhr wait to check out. Food offering was pathetic and tasteless. Avoid this place like the plague . No way what’s expected for 5 star !

The staff were amazing from checking in to checking out. They were all super polite and extremely attentive and always smiling and greeting you in the most hospitable way. Our check in with a young lady who’s name is Asthena I think (originally from Mumbai) was super helpful and made us feel very welcome. I felt like we were being greeted by a good friend. Also Ganesh from housekeeping was incredibly polite and helpful. These two are an asset to this hotel and absolutely deserve promotion, pay rise and bonuses. Because of them we are already planning another trip back and I will be bringing the whole family👍

The only problem with the hotel is check in and check out times. As your domestic flight lands at 6.00am in the morning you cannot check in til. 3pm in the afternoon. The reception do not help you accommodate to a spare room till your room is made available.

The food spread in breakfast was amazing, with live counter and bakery items apart from the general breakfast items. Very nice decor and seating place. The location is quite good with many other restaurants and Candolim beach nearby. Very helpful & polite staff. The games area with Table Tennis, Pool, Carrom and Video game console was great. The swimming pool experience was also nice. The only reason I am not giving a full rating is because it did not have that WOW factor of a 5-star hotel. There is something extra in the care, service, facilities, space in a 5-star hotel. That was missing !!

All the staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The taxi stand is conveniently located just outside the hotel and the beaches are very close by. The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing with different veg and non-veg options everyday . Will definitely return here soon.

We had a leak in our bathroom causing constant flooding in the bathroom. They tried to repair it by putting tape on it. Took 3 nights for them to finally move us into another room. The 2nd room had a loose shower head, which fell onto my son's head causing a bump. They came and tightened it slightly and it fell again causing more injury. They failed to clean our room a few days, which left us having to use dirty towels constantly. When providing towels, we kept having to call down for them to provide towels as the house cleaning kept taking them and not replacing them. They did not provide bedding for the sofa bed, when I called for it, I had to set it all up myself. The hotel was under renovation, they we drilling and banging until 2am for the first 2 nights until I complained.
